The female older, Hispanic manager here has got to be one of the rudest employees. She will talk badly about you in Spanish not knowing that you also know Spanish. I have complained about her to Corporate and the GM has told me she has had multiple issues with her before. Yet, she still continues working here. They completely messed up a $40 order gave me the entirely wrong order and I was told to bring my receipt and they would refund me. Because I've found it the quickest way to get "fast" food I order through apps, skip the drive-thru backup, and have my order delivered curbside. When I arrived here at mid-afternoon--well after the lunch rush--there was a line at the drive-thru. That time of day makes you wonder if McD is really that busy or the operation is that slow. We are tourists. It was super late after a concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, we wanted food and there weren't many options open in the area other than mcDonalds and Waffle House. We got to this location right before there closing time, maybe 10-15 minutes before they closed. We pulled up to the drive thru menu, there was already a car in front of us ordering, they ordered and then we pulled up to the menu and someone said 'we will be right with you' and then 5 or so minutes later the menu lights shut off. It still wasn't technically close time just yet. After waiting 5 minutes I said "hello?" And no response. We continued to wait for another 5 minutes with a car behind us as well and nobody took our order. We pulled up to the window nobody would come to talk to us. Sometimes you want FAST food, well.. not Fast. there are 2 drive thru windows here, so that means a person behind you in line does and will always get their order before you and go in the other lane ahead of you in line. that is so messed up. This McDonald's actually had some of the best customer service I've experienced from any McDonald's. The young guy that took our order was nice and polite. Then another worker brought us some free samples of pie. And then when a lady didn't want her sundae, she gave it to us. Then another manager gave my son some stickers.
