*** HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! *** This review is based soley on treatment, exclusion, and frankly a questionable violation of ADA regulations, based on having a trained service animal with me. We walk in the door with 3-humans and 1- service animal (with identification on). * Manager on duty: "If you have a dog you need to sit in the room." *points to private dining space where no other patron is sitting, the room has the lights off, all the chairs are on the tables, and the heat is off* * Me: "Pardon? This is a service dog, and we'd like to sit with everyone else." * Manager on duty: "If you have a dog, you need to sit in this room, because we have a kitchen area in the main dining area." * Me: "Okay, but this is trained service animal and we would like to sit in the same space as everyone else." * Manager on duty: "These are the food and beverage regulations." ... he is now saying something even more asinine than before, clearly not understanding that the ADA exists for inclusion purposes. We did not want to argue with this man any further, as his attitude and lack of knowledge was already frustrating enough. The Manager on duty turned on the lights in the room, and then had the audacity to leave the room, while my boyfriend was left taking chairs off the table so we would have a place to sit. We stayed for about 45-minutes, ordered food and had a beer. Prior to us leaving my boyfriend's mom (who frequents this place and even helped them stay open during COVID with purchases and donations) went to have a conversation with the Manager to help clear things up and educate him a bit... he responded to her with, "There are no exceptions, a dog is a dog." To the owners of Third Wheel Brewing: I am truly saddened and disappointed in the lack of empathy, education, and understanding of individuals who need accommodations, and use service animals. I would HIGHLY recommend you provide additional education and training to your staff about ADA regulations, and the treatment of patrons in relation to such. While at times, certain accommodations are acceptable, this one was isolating and intentionally exclusionary. Please do better.
Been coming to TWB for years! Service is always friendly. The usually have a hard cider on tap (gluten friendly). This time it was a peach cider - really crisp and sweet. They offer a variety of events like beer bingo on thurs (free), one Sunday a month for Sips n Spins (album dj), and special seasonal events. The beer dinners are especially fun...which brings me to the food: The Window at Third Wheel has some great food and a Sunday brunch menu. Be sure to check them out when visiting.
Place had some nice character and ambiance on the inside. Bartenders were attentive and offered samples. We settled on our beers and ordered the fish and chips from the window. I regretted not ordering one of the salads with chicken as someone picked up 2 and they were huge and delicious looking. But fish and chips were ready after about 15 minutes and were very hot and fresh. Good tasting and decent sized. Next time I think I would try a burger or the salads, but was happy with the fish and chips. Would definitely recommend for food and beer and would come back again for sure!
The bar and restaurant were nice and clean. There is an easy going and friendly atmosphere. Music was on but not blaring. I don't know about you but I really hate it when I can't carry on a conversation with the person I am dining with because of the "background" music being too loud. The food from The Window was delicious. And the beer was cold, it hit the spot on this hot summer afternoon. Caught a glimpse of their salad, it was huge! Gotta come back and try that next time.

Third Wheel Brewing is such a fun and delicious spot! They have great food, great beer and lots of fun events. I highly recommend their grilled cheese sandwich with waffle fries. If you like sour beers (like me) they have tons of options. My first time here was for Harry Potter trivia and it was so much fun! I can't wait to come back for another event or to just hang with friends.
I was in St Louis for the day and stopped in here for lunch on the way out of town. Food was good and I ended up taking half a wrap home with me for later. There are a bunch of beer options and syrups that can be added to those beers. The location has a very large hall that you can rent out for events and the main bar area is also very large. Looking at the upcoming events I wish I lived closer some of them sound like they would be really fun.
I was looking for a brewery to check out in the area and heard nice things about trivia brunches at Third Wheel Brewing. The seating was spacious, with large tables and plenty of people throwing back beers and snacking on pub food. The staff was inviting, friendly, with big smiles and a strong midwest nice energy. I tried their St. Peters Porter and Scotch Eggs, the porter was a perfect blend of somewhat sweet, but not too sweet, and bitter with a chocolate aroma, truly well crafted, the scotch eggs were well seasoned and perfectly balanced on the cook, the pork was nice a warm but not burnt, breading crispy and not too hard, and the eggs whites soft and chewy with a nice creamy center, it's surprising how few can make great scotch eggs and Third Wheel Brewing nails it.
It's fine. The food was okay, my wrap was more greens than anything else. Everything is self serve or order at the window so it's on your own timing. Very relaxed atmosphere but if you have a group come early because it is seat yourself.
The service here is about what you'd expect from a brewery--nothing standout, but solid. The beer is decent, though I wish they offered more lighter options that weren't just sours or IPAs. That said, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the food is pretty good. I mainly come for beer bingo nights, which are a blast. They give out free beers and beer-related prizes, and someone in the group almost always wins. Definitely worth checking out on those nights. The pretzels are a highlight, served with beer cheese and honey mustard, and the wings and gravy fries are pretty good too. The nachos, however, were disappointing--no one at the table really enjoyed them. I will be again for a bingo night at some point, not in a huge rush though. 3/5 for most nights, 4/5 for bingo nights.
I've bee meaning to try Third Wheel Brewing since they offered a tasting at Barrel Blends a few months ago. The lot was pretty full when we arrived but they have a large dining room so seats were available. You order beverages at the bar and food at the kitchen. Plenty of beers on tap to choose from. Canned beers and growler fills to go. Pricing is reasonable. The kitchen serves a variety other than usual bar foods with a few fun variations. We ordered the Buffalo Wings, a Cubano sandwich and the Fried onions. The wings are meaty and the sauce was good. The sandwich had a generous amount of ham and pork. The fried onions are thinly sliced onions dusted with flour and fried. The house made sauce is tasty and spicy. They also serve cocktails. They use Cardinal Vodka. I tried a flight of beers, Clutch It Pilsner, Gotta Have It IPA, Orbital Contusion Black IPA and Inner Saboteur Imperial Double IPA and a pint of Trixie Pale Ale. All are worth trying. I love black IPAs but the Inner saboteur was my favorite.
One of my favorite breweries still! Third wheel always has good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Even though they are not a big brewery they have a good selection of beers with a lot of variety. The food is delicious and I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all good, trust me. It is also always fun to check out the various events they have on their website or Facebook. Beer bingo is really fun and free (as long as you buy a beer).
Casual Craft brewery with plenty of space to relax, enjoy a cold brew and order some eats (food offered at 'The Window'); several TV's to plus watch a sporting event too. Friendly service, order at the bar and sit at an open table. Order food at the kitchen 'Window'; pay tabs separately as the business is not managed by the brewery. Overall, 4.0 rating for good craft selection, ambience, food variety and pricing. Expect to pay $6-7/pint and $10-12 for shareable app or burger/sandwich. Today we ordered a couple IPA's and Pale Ales. All were solid brew picks, tasty and refreshing! And to complement the brews, ordered hand-made Ravs, filled with smoked pork steak, cherry bbq, ricotta and parmigiana cheeses served with house smoked marinara - excellent! Also enjoyed the Reuben, with house cured beer braised corn beef, beer-soaked sauerkraut, gruyere and house-made Russian dressing; sandwich was good on dark rye, however a little heavy in saltiness flavor for me. Plenty of other creative sandwiches to try next time. Bottom line, if you are craft brewery fan, check out Third Wheel Brewing and The Window (house-made food kitchen). Enjoy!

Came out to check out the Mock'n'Roll and enjoy some local music with the bf. Band was phenomenal and really fun! Lead singer also happens to bartend here so make sure to come to support him when he isn't on stage slaying the guitar. Food was really good, we ordered their Window Wings, STL Af Ravioli and the Beer cheese BBQ Pork Nachos. Loved the wings, ravioli was a smaller portion size of (3) but wow the flavor was so good! Favorite dish of the night was the nachos... they didn't skimp on the toppings and that pork was perfect. Definitely coming back soon to grab some more grub n beer and enjoy more of there fun events they are constantly hosting! read more

Wings were good. I got the buffalo sauce, I'm looking forward to trying the others. The buffalo sauce was flavorful and had the right amount of kick to it. Not overbearing spice but just the right amount. The blue cheese was good, which is always a plus in my book. read more

This establishment looks unassuming from the street. Don't let that fool you. It's pretty cool inside. Staff is wonderful and attentive. The owners even stopped by our table to make sure we had a good time. My first visit there I attended a special event with about 250+. The event space is really nice with hanging lights, artwork and fun paint colors. I'm not a beer drinker but if you are, you will be in Heaven with so many choices. I was grateful they had a local hard seltzer as an option. Cool spot to hang out with friends. read more
We headed here on a random Sunday evening because they were on the Pub Pass and it turned out to be a great night! A great local microbrewery with many seasonal offerings. The food is delicious, and it seems like they have a lot of fun themed nights. There is also a variety of card/board games for customers to play while they relaxed. The bartender was great and made a phenomenal espresso martini for us. read more

Great burgers & brews! We popped in after a long work week and evening of car shopping and were lastly surprised by the large space, food quality, beer selection, and shelf of games! I had the almost famous cheeseburger and it was excellent! The burger to bun ratio was perfect. I had the special sauce on the side, it was good and very flavorful, in the future I'd have it on the burger. You order food at the food window and drinks at the bar which works well for couples to divide and concur when ordering! read more
The Window at Third Wheel Brewing serves up good food with an interesting twist. I'd tried it before and enjoyed it but since it had been a while, I ordered the PB&J Burger. It's a good size burger topped with house-made peanut butter and a house-made strawberry jelly. It's a tasty and interesting mix of flavors! The peanut butter is not sweet and the jelly is only lightly sweetened. This is served with waffle fries, which are pretty good. My daughter ordered the STL AF ravioli. Three large, spaceship-shaped pillows full pork steak meat came on a tray with pasta sauce for dipping. She wasn't to hungry and wasn't sure what to think of them, so her Dad finished them for her. He said they were okay. Husband ordered the Hot Brown sandwich sand liked it pretty well. The food is ordered at the Window inside the Brewery and picked up when your buzzer buzzed. All drinks must be ordered at the bar (even soda) and there are free refills on soda. Though their website notes that they make all of their food from scratch, it usually doesn't take them long to put your order together. This place is spacious and they recently bought the business nextdoor to expand. There's lot of room for a big party, plus you can reserve space also. read more
Talk about a hidden gem! Nice chill vibes here. Came on a weekend day and live music going on with a dancer. Service was great at the bar. And when I mean bar is like wrapped around huge!! Supporters of locals here. Food was amazing that I do remember! Right off highway 70 in st.charles. Would definitely go back. So many fun drinking options to try! read more

It's always a good idea to make an afternoon stop at Third Wheel Brewing for a refreshing beer! Conveniently located in St Peter's right off of highway 70, this place has plenty of room and lots of offerings for locals and visitors. They have a stage for live music however I've never visited when they have an event going on. They have seasonal beer offerings plus year round favorites. There is a kitchen so you can order some food to soak up all the alcohol, but I do have to say I'm not a huge fan of the food. This particular visit we did not order food, but we have several times in the past, and I just feel it is overpriced for the quality. The other thing I'm not a fan of is their mixed alcoholic drinks, which is normally what I order. I prefer to order the beer here! They have packaged beer you can buy and take home, which is usually what we do when we visit. Check it out! read more

Love the beer, love the bartenders and love the big ass bar. Not the most scenic brewery and the noise from the highway is loud if outside, but the beer makes up for it. Knowledgeable staff and friendly patrons. Ever changing seasonal sangria, daiquiri and ciders. Lots of space so good for big groups. read more

The food was excellent. We had chicken tenders, recommend the beer cheese sauce, chicken salad, nachos, wings, and the chicken quesadilla. Gotta say all of the chicken meat were soooooo tender. The chicken tender were some of the best we have ever had in recent years. This is soo much better than Bar Louie yet nothing in comparison in terms of price tag. I personally don't drink beer so here my husband's input. He thinks the beer selection is limited but doable. We rate the food and service 5 stars and beer 3.75 stars. read more
So, I reeeeeally appreciate it when a Brewery had OTHER than beer, and this place didn't disappoint! I had the Maple Bourbon Cider cocktail and it was VERY tasty! For food, I got the Peanut Butter & Jam Burger which deserves whatever awards they've received for it. It had a crazy amount of textures AND flavors! I'm surprised it wasn't "too much". My one disappointment was the Sweet & Spicy Slaw, that I found to be NOT spicy at all. Even more disappointing because I was upcharged for this "premium" side. Was here on a Friday evening, before heading to a play, and the service was pretty quick. I think if I make it back here one day, I'd have to try the mac and cheese, which is also an award winner. read more
If you want a beer drinking experience that feels personal this is the place to go. Bartenders always are friendly and offer knowledge and suggestions to help you maybe try something different or new. Good selection and as a fan of sour beer they never disappoint. First time trying the food offered by the separate dining option. Good variety with options that you may not try many other places such as the Peanut butter and jelly burger or the Mac and cheese burger. Good fries too! I'm excited to see several different events offered in the next few months. Hoping to make one or two. Such a comfortable environment, combined with great beer should equal a good time! read more
