Horrible service. My order has been messed up time and again. When I had been given the wrong sauce the person behind the counter stated they wouldn't help me because they where on break. if i could leave 0 stars i would. This McDonald's needs to be closed and get a new owner and management. my last 10 trips have never had a correct order. I've wasted money to get custom added items only to not get them. I've had cold food, rude service, and a lack of care from employees. i used to work at this mcdonalds and while it wasn't great, it was lightyears ahead of where it is now, and that is also with the opinion that the store manager previously needed to be fired long before she was. Ordered a value coke, cheeseburger, mcchicken, fry and 6pc. Received a small coke...? They had me pull ahead and wait for the large that is currently $1... As for the food, had a hand full of fries that were decent. Took one bite of each sandwich and 2 nuggets before I decided to throw it all out. Look, you get what you get at McDonald's. It is fast and it's tasty enough. I go there quite frequently as I live in the area and love overeating! Occasionally it takes forever due to the person in front doing the whole menu challenge for their tik tok. "Look at me gorge myself guys I'm eating the whole menu ahhhhhh!" Anyways, if you ask the cute girl, she'll tell ya I eat two McDonald's McDoubles. Though, just recently I switched to the bacon McDoubles. But I'll cut to the chase, boo boo! Terrible restaurant, they are always forgetting orders. I ordered breakfast items for my family and I as we were going to a trip. More than half of the stuff were missing. I called to let them know and they said they would write my name in their book to reimburse me for another time when I would go. I go back and nobody remembers anything. It be nice if they can actually focus on giving people what they order and pay for to get them to come back rather than just get a whole bunch of people going in and messing up their orders. They also need to work on their attitudes, the manager was just downright rude, and for sure, seem to not care at all.. It is not my fault that whoever I talk to on the phone Did not write down the info properly, at the end of the day I paid for my food and did not get it. And they do not want to reimburse me for it. I have heard many times from many people about how they are very bad at fulfilling orders, and they are always forgetting several items. I would for sure not come back here at all. Went through the drive thru to get breakfast. The person taking our order was rude & didn't recap the order to ensure accuracy. Pulled up to pay & that person only asked dollar amount, didn't ask what we ordered. When we got to the window to get our order, the girl handed our drinks and was handing my husband a Diet Coke. When he told her that he didn't order that, the girl looked up on her screen & told him he did order that & she can't take it back because he touched it. I said he didn't order it! I worked here for two months. While working, the managers pulled me aside and forced me to write a fake good review for them while I was clocked in. The thing that pisses me off the most is that I never received my last paycheck even though I gave them my forwarding address in writing before I left. The service is usually pretty good, but then again they have on average 12 to 15 people working, most seem to be standing around alot. Makes you understand why the prices are so high. An average family of four is about 30 bucks here. read more
