We waited an excessive amount of time for such a simple order. Ordered 3 chili cheese dogs that didn't come with any cheese and the chili was scorched. 1 order of onion rings that were overcooked and EVERYTHING was served cold. This meal was absolute garbage. Won't be coming back here when there are other better options to patronize. read more

Is this place for real? Make sure you check your bag and your food before you leave I guess. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese curds ( which they charge extra for) fine . And the flamethrower combo. My bag had 2 French fries in it , no sauce packets , I ordered ranch and marinara , no napkins. I was not going to go back for cheese curds. Go to eat the chicken sandwich and it was literally 2 chicken tenders/ strips laid on the sandwich with one tomato slice and a squirt of mayo in one side. So you can't say you ran out of food and used chicken strips instead of a patty? Or like where is the lettuce or the actual build of the sandwich. What a waste of money. I don't like anywhere where I have to double check an order let alone wonder if the food is gonna be properly made with all the correct ingredients . I wish I took a picture. Pass . read more

I live in the area and frequent this location at least once per week. I dunno if the others giving this location 1 star are reviewing the correct DQ location. Every time I've been there, the customer service has always been akin to the customer service you get at Chick-fil-A. Courteous, friendly, and they make you feel like a valued customer. I always order the 4 ct chicken strip basket. It's always delicious. It's also my go-to spot for ice cream. Sometimes, the drive through is slower moving, but I go in with patience, similar to what I do when waiting in line at chick-fil-a. They have a nice patio area out front - nice to sit out there during the summertime. Dining in at this location is always nice. read more

the food is extremely good! But the service isn't great at all. we've been eating here a lot (pick uo from inside) The guy workers are nice but the women aren't. This isn't the first time. on Sunday 9/22 my husband went inside to pick up the food, he told one of the ladies ther's no ranch in the bag, she rudely responded that he had to pay for it, then he said " even if i ordered food?" she said Yes then she quickly looked at his orders then asked "you ordered chicken?" then she gave him the ranch without apologizing! I understand sometimes they might forget but what? he deserved a sorry. I feel bad for my husband , i should've went to pick up the food instead because his english isn't fluent and i feel like he gets bullied every time he bumps into the ladies. I hope the owner/manager sees this post and say something to them because we just trying to eat without being upset by the workers. again this is not the first time we got treat like this. they could ruin peoples day by just acting ignorant . read more

The food, a crispy chicken salad, was good. The price posted on the menu board was $8.39. When I was told what I owed, it lacked a nickel of being $10. (Water as the beverage.). I was told the price, $9.39 in the cash register was correct but the menu board hadn't been updated yet. With a protest from me I was charged the posted menu board price. Better update the menu board before the cash register! There's a law in Michigan about charging an incorrect price. read more

The food is good but customer service is poor. I don't think within the handful of times i've been to this location they have ever got my order correct, there is always something missing or incorrect. Today I ordered the Chicken basket. I received my food and the texas toast and gravy included on the meal was not in my bag. They also forgot my drink. Not a big deal until i tried to go back in and get my missing items and they refused to give them to me. I then showed my receipt and received my drink but was told that the texas toast and gravy was not included even tho it is in the meal every other time i order it, it is in the picture description, and the typed out description. Visiting in the area and on Saturday evening was interested in a treat. The restaurant was spotless and the service that Will provided was above and beyond most fast food places. He was very helpful, courteous and when he saw us watching Alabama football on our phone he brought us the remote to be able to find it on his big television. You very rarely get that type of attention at a fast food restaurant. I hope the managers see this so that they can praise Will. read more

We come here about once every week or two; whether is be just for ice cream or food food. It is ALWAYS clean and the staff is always friendly. The owner/manager is beyond friendly and he is always behind the counter helping his team. The patio is a nice option as patios are few and far between in GL. read more

You might wanna update your hours here. Drove 20 min just to get here pulled in at 858 and was told they were closed. Your hours say 930 during the week days not 9. Kind of sucks. Thanks for wasting my time. Won't be back. read more

Only 3 days after the grand opening and our visit was excellent! Our family of 4 each got a meal and the kids had ice cream cones. All of our food was delicious and the service was great. Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend it. We will be back, for sure! read more

One word...ugh. I was there last Monday on my lunch hour. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I arrived at approximately 11:55am and left at 12:15pm. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me. When I did get to the window I sat there for almost 1/2 that time. There was a very nice gentleman in a pair of dress slacks and a dress shirt handing out food and taking payment. I did eventually get my food, an order of pretzels (3) and queso as well as an order of BBQ chicken snacker. The 3 pretzel sticks and queso were cold. The queso tasted like nothing at all. The BBQ chicken was good but just a small piece of chicken with some bbq and cheese wrapped in a small tortilla and cut in half. There was no reason this should've taken that long, period. I hope this is just opening month jitters and things will improve. read more
