I'm a big fan of the matcha as Jorge makes it perfect for my taste. One of my favorite moments was when I asked him what he had for drinks, and he told me that he'll make me anything I want as long as he has the ingredients! We ordered oxtails with eggs on cocoa bread with cheese, along with jerk chicken with French toast. When the food came out, the order was incorrect--they brought jerk chicken with waffles instead. My mother-in-law politely explained the mistake to the waitress (a middle-aged woman), but instead of fixing it right away, the waitress began going back and forth with her, insisting that waffles were what we ordered. I stepped in to clarify that we had definitely ordered French toast, but even after that, the situation wasn't handled properly. When the dish came back, it was still wrong, and the waitress had an attitude the entire time. While we were there, we also noticed that other customers didn't seem satisfied. Several plates around us looked barely touched. The man sitting next to us ordered the same oxtails with eggs on cocoa bread and cheese and didn't eat his meal at all before leaving, which raised even more concerns about the food quality. To make matters worse, as we were getting ready to leave, I tried to place a to-go order. At that point, the waitress was still going back and forth with my mother-in-law. She then took our plate and said she wasn't going to deal with this and refused to take our order altogether, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
