I stopped to pick up food for my teenage son and his friends who had requested chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and sweet tea. I'm not a fan of fast food in general, so this was my first time ordering from here. This location has a double drive through that is ALWAYS busy, and I assumed that I was going to be stuck in line forever, but they have somehow managed to organize the chaos and keep the lines moving. How the staff manages the drive through line is very impressive and their internal systems of communication are spot on. I have no idea how they do it, but they make it seem effortless and the team members are polite and friendly. I paid around $9 for a 4pc of chicken strips that were smaller than my fingers! The food tasted alright, but not worth the price. I know my gut will pay the price for it in the end. The service was subpar, with the establishment overstaffed and everyone bumping into each other. Had multiple people operating one register, and just noisy and many staff with nothing to do. I am normally a huge Chic-Fil-A fan, not only because of their quality and tasty food options but mostly for their superior customer service (compared to other fast food chains). But today I had the worst customer service experience I have had at one of their locations. The lady taking my order today (pony tail, braces, glasses and what appeared to be a permanent frown) rushed me through my order at the speaker (repeatedly saying "is that it? Is that it? Anything else?") and then when I pulled up to the window the only words she said to me was the total. No hello, no thank you, no smile, nothing. She took the money, handed me my food and quickly looked away, seemingly in hopes I would drive off as quickly as possible so she can dispense back service to the next shocked customer. Well I know it's just a bunch of teens on their 1st job so you can't expect much. I normally like the chicken club sandwich but tried out the chicken nugget meal and it was like they don't trim off the cartilage on the chicken or something so it was gross . The fries were ok, very salty, luckily I like salt. The young girl behind the register was really sweet, polite and seemed to be doing everything including getting drinks while a group of employees stood by her laughing and chatting. I'm sad to say that at this location, my favorite chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich is just not very good. The piece of chicken is too small and the biscuit is too big. I visited this location on a Friday night around 6:30p... so naturally it was swamped. Drive thru was so busy it was split into two lanes, and was so long it extended out into the street. However, much to my surprise it moved quickly. After just a couple minutes, I was near where the line begins to split in two. They have staff that come to your window with a tablet and take your order. I observed this so quickly tried to Google the menu so I'd be ready, but I wasn't. The girl who took my order was very polite about this and had me pull up to not hold up the line and ran back up to complete my order. She was very polite and patient. They take card payments on the tablets but I paid cash. Once I got near the pickup window I saw other staff, "runners" who collect your name and cash payment (if needed) and bring back your food and change. This kid was also polite and quick. I wanted to tip him but once he dropped off my stuff he was like a lightening bolt helping someone else. The whole process was super quick, definitely less time than I ever expected and BY FAR beats out any other fast food chain in the efficiency department. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, a small waffle fries, a small Mac and cheese, and a vanilla shake. Everything was awesome. The chicken could've been a little crispier but was way better quality than other fast food joints. Mac and cheese was really good and the shake was perfect. Fries also good. Chick-fil-A has made a booming expansion to the Massachusetts area, including this restaurant along Route 1 in South Attleboro, in a new shopping center called "Shops on Washington" near the plaza with Burlington Coat, Petco, Staples, and other spots. There is a double drive through in the rear of the building that appears very efficient. Inside is also very nice and well air conditioned (thankfully!). Interior is very modern, as most Chick-fil-A restaurants are. Spacious enough with plenty of seating and what they call an "indoor playground". Service was extremely fast and efficient. Yes, it's fast food, but definitely much superior to other places like McDonald's, even KFC. Staff are always professional and on top of everything. Very satisfied with everything here and would come back. Would highly suggest this place for quick lunch or dinner. 4 stars. read more

I gave Chick-fil-A a few more tries and seems like I had to order the right thing to get what the hype's about. I've been ordering the spicy deluxe sandwich that comes with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, wow it's smack your mama good! I dip it in the best sauce ever there, which is the sweet & spicy sirarcha. The lemonade is great too, it's not overly sweet and has some zing to it! Waffle fries have been on point and crispy when they're fresh. A few times I got some Soggy ones. read more

FRESH fast food, costumer service is always great here I even came in 10 min before they close and I think we all know how that usually goes but they were all very sweet, box time pressuring and didn't have that annoying announcement "excuse me costumers we close in..... min". The cashier threw in an extra sauce for me and on of the staff offered me a moist towelettes and an after dinner mint while I reached the end of my meal.
