I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. i only got the pancakes and the sausage...no egg, no cheese. i also ordered sausage mcmuffin, which was never given to me but paid for. i did not get what i paid for and morning staff is never the best. don't recommend because this isnt the first time i've had problems here. they ask you what you want, and you say 1 thing and their already asking if that's it. you can't get your order out without being interrupted. you don't get what you ordered and you have to wait so long for only a little amount of stuff. read more

Just stopped in this morning and ordered the Egg McMuffin meal. First off, the lady working the cashier window had no personality. Very rude and did not speak at all at the window. I then got to the second window and received my food, left the drive through to discover I received a Sausage McMuffin instead of the Egg McMuffin I paid for. I shouldn't have to check my bag every time I leave the drive though. read more

Stopped for food after some Christmas shopping. 1) couldn't place our whole order before getting cut off and told to pull forward 2) sat at the food pick up window for 3 minutes with all of our stuff at the window while they "gossip" and finger the apple juice (pulling up the side flaps, ripped off straw, and was messing with part you put the straw in with finger nails). Now I understand having to wait for food but again ALL OUR STUFF WAS AT THE WINDOW. When corrected and told to give us a new apple juice we got nasty looks and snappy attitudes. SAVE YOUR DAY. I am an avid fan of McDonalds breakfast menu. Today I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins. I understand that for $2 dollars you can't expect much. I took a bite from sandwich #1 and it tasted terrible. The sausage had a funny taste to it, like a microwaved rubber greasy semi cold patty. The cheese tasted especially processed and fake. Sandwich number two was the same. very rude and awful. me and my grandparents came today at about 1:46 pm, and the young lady at the drive thru window was rude, rushing my poor grandparents and cutting them off mid sentence, she didn't even get half of their order leaving them very frustrated. when they showed her mistake she charged them for the meal missed but didn't even ring it up leaving them to pay twice for their meal. the boy at the second window was very helpful and respectful even trying to help us figure it out. however overall i'm disappointed we had just gotten back from visiting their sick dog and just wanted food. i wouldn't wish the treatment they were given here on anyone. if i could i would give it zero stars. i do not recommend!! read more

This place is horrible. We haven't been there in over a month and decided since we were in a rush last night to try it again. Well there is a reason that Wendy's next door line was a mile long and their wasn't a car in their line. It's slow. It's always been slow. I think it is staffed by a bunch of unwatched teenagers. Don't go to this restaurant, if you can avoid it. Lines are always long, staff is usually less than friendly, and food isn't quite what it should be. I've been annoyed with their service several times to the point I won't go back. read more

This place is pretty good. There cheeseburgers aren't the best but their nuggets are Devine. They also have a good variety of pop. Between both caffeine and caffeine soft drinks. They do have pies and there apple is pretty good. During the Christmas time they have a amazing holiday pie that is heavenly. There fries though have a lot of salt and it makes them taste not as good as they could be. They always have nice staff and the place is almost always clean. The bathroom is also usable and clean compared to some places. But now don't forget their ice cream. It is amazing and is something you should try. It is also really good for children. This is one of the best restaurants in this town! This is just an amazing family friendly place. It also helps that it has a drive through for family's who can't sit down and eat inside which helps when your on a trip and passing by. read more

I stopped in for a burger last week because I was craving one and I hadn't been there in a while. There were about 7 teenagers standing around behind the counter, and clearly only one of them was actually working. After placing my order, I went to get a drink and the ketchup dispenser had blown up all over the counter, leaving a huge mound of ketchup all over the place. I got my food, and the tray they gave me was slippery with grease. I mean, absolutely coated. I told the manager about the ketchup, and he went about cleaning it up himself, but he didn't touch the ketchup dispenser handles, which were completely grimy. The trash cans were overflowing, there were napkins on the floor, abandoned cups on tables, mud all over the place, torn seats... it was a mess. Really gross. And the manager wasn't making any of the kids do anything. What happened to your standards, McDonald's? And if this is what the front looks like, what's going on in the kitchen? read more

As far as McDonald's locations in Delaware County, this is probably the least awful but only by the smallest margin. I am thrilled that McDonald's is offering Egg McMuffins all day but I wonder if I'll ever be able to get one. Two days ago after a long day of work and then working in my yard until dark to get it ready for winter, all I wanted was a quick dinner. I went to this, my local McDonald's. I understand the wait for breakfast items during non-breakfast times is a bit longer, and I'm OK with that. So when we were told it would be a few minutes on the eggs, there was no problem. I offered to pull forward so the people behind us could be served but the worker said not to do that. It wasn't too long, and we got our food. Once getting home, however, we were given the wrong item. It was too late and I was too tired to drive back there, so I had toast for dinner. Waste of my time and my money. Find some other place to eat in Sunbury rather than this McDonald's. read more

Worst McDonalds ever. There was an explosion of ketchup all over the ketchup dispenser. The employees were just standing around yelling back and forth and arguing about how many big macs that they needed to make. It took twenty minutes to get my food. And the manager was just mopping the floor behind the frappe machine and was doing absolutely nothing to keep order in the kitchen. I am never going back there again. read more
