I ordered a large Oreo McFlurry. The MANAGER just poured ice cream in the container and a little bit of aero on top. I asked the Manager if she could mix it. She said the machine don't work and did not provide the Oreo McFlurry spoon that comes with the Oreo McFlurry. The manager did not offer a solution or refund. This is the second time this happens, the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt because it was a regular employee. The second time the manager didn't offer any solution, just stared at me as if this it was the norm and no one ever has a rebuttal. I also did not get a printed receipt from the kiosk which again, happened to me before. When I asked for a receipt from the front counter, they said they weren't able to do that. The same manager in a prior purchase of caramel iced coffee, forgot to put caramel in my coffee. When I asked her to please remake my coffee she said it would be a long wait till it was remade. 20 minutes passed and when I asked her where my coffee was she had forgotten about my coffee. When she had remade it she had a bad attitude about the whole situation as if my request was too much for her. When ordering at this location I received nothing but negativity. When ordering at the drive through, the worker who was wearing a Nike Tech (very unprofessional by the way) laughed when repeating my order. Once I received my order, we got many more drinks than we ordered and I requested to have it returned and the girl (who was wearing a hoodie which was also unprofessional) yelled at me while saying no and how she cannot take back the drinks. Which I understand but the negativity was unnecessary and uncalled for. Also forgot my sauces, will not be returning unfortunately. read more

Has a nice play area and party room, but the seating area for the play place feels every small and crammed. The main seating area is also very small Food took a long time to come, there were lots of customers but maybe not enough staff/ kitchen space. Employees were all very kind and helpful. The play area had a small to it, and the lobby but nothing compared to the bathroom stinking a lot and you can tell it's not the smell of someone that just went, but likely a permanent stench that will never leave.... Food seems cheaper than other McDonald branch. Got the happy meal burger (add cheese for 30cent) and replaced the meal drink with a medium caramel macchiato for only 80cent; $6.50 total with tax. As you drive up you can smell the rancid grease but this is just a start to the nightmare. Automated ordering is good but you don't get a receipt. Food takes forever to get to you, I'm talking a 30 minute wait, and when it does arrive it is cold and does not taste good. Terrible customer service a whole bunch of kids working they got an attitude because they put whipped cream on the frappe frappe and when I reminded them no whipped cream, they snatched it back from me and we're very rude. Then they forgot to put pickles on my sandwich when I asked for extra pickles, all they did was take my sandwich. ABSOLUTELY horrible service from the 2 ladies working the drive thru window on 7/21/2025 at about 12:15am-12:30am. Beyond rude and disgusting behavior and attitude from them. Will never return to this location if this is the behavior they allow their employees to have. The way they talked and handled the issue was beyond unacceptable, you should NEVER threaten your customers when you guys messed up the order and didn't want to take accountability, but rather decided to have attitude and resort to threading a DoorDash driver rather then just fix the issue that they could have prevented. Also didn't know you could have a customer wait at the speaker for 5 minutes, and then help someone who pulled up after them after telling the first customer they would be with you in a second. I have had a few instances where the order wasn't fully correct or fries weren't exactly the best for that batch, but I understand that not everything is perfect all the time. We live in a world of humans, we aren't perfect, but the one thing I've never found wrong here is the customer service. Even tonight having not eaten until 9pm because just life, Sara was running the drive through and even though it's just a 5 minute interaction for my medium fry that I'm paying with change for because I forgot my wallet, she was so pleasant to listen to. She is bubbly, you can here it in her voice and even 9pm, still making you feel welcome and like it's a great day to be alive.
