I'm a Dasher and I was the victim of racial discrimination. When I complained they sent a negative report to DoorDash, on a day that I wasn't even working. Corporate continued to blow me off and now I'm afraid to pick up there. They have cost me money and I will never eat there again. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had when it comes to service. I used the app hoping it would make things quicker, but it didn't. I ordered a small coffee and waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes. When I finally reached the speaker in the left lane, several cars in the right lane were being served while I was completly ignored. I said hello to make sure they knew I was there, and the person replied that they'd be with me "in just a moment", but two more cars on the right were served before anyone even took my order. Staci who brought our Mobil order to our car was exceptionally friendly. Her friendly demeanor, kind words and smile made our trip special. She smiled and said hello to our toddler who moments before was having meltdown (we are on long drive/trip from California), this instant kindness turned his attitude around and made our drive and lunch much more pleasant. When I got to the bottom of my cup of coffee I was surprised to find out the bottom of my cup was filled with coffee grounds and that they didn't bother to take the time to ensure that I didn't have coffee grounds in my cup. I went through the drive-thru. My Fish Fillet was so dried out, the tarter sauce was barely even white it had been sitting so long, the cheese was dry and hard on the parts sticking out of the sandwich and ONE EDGE OF THE FISH WAS MISSING! I tried to call when I got home but there was no answer. I don't know what is going on at this McDonalds. I had such high hopes for this new location! Only go here if you hate fast food, because the service here is so slow that you might as well get a table and make a night of it. I waited over 30 for a TO GO ORDER! The staff didn't even know my order existed I spoke with them many time about how I had yet to receive my food, it was a waste of time. I had to give them my receipt so that I even got something from them. My order was completely incorrect I got nothing I asked for, which makes the 30 minute wait baffling. The manager was no help either she disappeared and didn't handle the problem. By far my least favorite part was that I couldn't even STAND ON THE FLOOR it was so greasy my shoes were sliding out from underneath me. I wouldn't go back if you payed me! ok, it's a McDonalds. I'm not going to rave about the food. I think we all know McDonalds food. What I will rave about is the help. I'm a coach and I've taken my teams there several times. The school I coach at doesn't have the richest kids. I usually have two or three without money. What I like about this place is every time I go there there seems to be a couple extras that seem to appear. Result being each time I go there everyone of my kids get fed. To me this is a big deal. Dirty dining area. Dirty restrooms. Figure the kitchen is just as dirty. Loved to go to McDonalds with the kids when they were younger. Then, Ray Kroc passed away. Almost all McDonalds in Oklahoma are now filthy. Looks like they haven't cleaned them since 1984. Don't know why the staff won't clean the place. Mop the floors, clean not only the tables but the booths as well. The seats we sat in were sticky from prior use. The metal between the booths was stained and gummy. They need a high pressure hose to clean the gunk off and then would probably need to sand blast everything unless they are willing to replace all the booths in the eating area. If they ever got it clean, they would need to keep it that way or the cleaning would be a waste. Lived here eight years and only went to this restaurant once right after we got here. Haven't been back because of all the filth. If you have been there recently and they have cleaned it up, write a review so we can know it's safe to go back. Will then change my review.
