I don't get McDonald's very often and now I remember why. Went inside to place my order and possibly eat in an air conditioned environment. Walked in greeted by a large computer screen where you have to place your own order. That didn't print out the receipt that you are supposed to take to the counter to get your food. The staff is nice and sweet but they just like actively avoid giving sauces, it sounds crazy I know. I have placed multiple orders, 10pc McNuggets selected sauces with it AND added extra sauce on the side but still got nothing. The next time I order from this location I will order literally 20+ sauces and keep them in my fridge. I give up. read more

Just did a carry out order from the store. Ordered a Big Mac, Chicken Nuggets, 2 CheeseBurgers, and two McDoubles. The McDoubles were just Cheeseburgers in McDouble wrappers. Called to talk with the manager on 9/27 @ 1030pm and the manager said they would talk to them and hung up. They did not offer to make it right or even apologize. Stay away. read more

I've lived close to this McDonald's for 4 years now and am really impressed by how well they operate. We all know fast food can have shitty, slow service. But I have never had that experience at this location. The workers are always super friendly! My food is always fresh and they always get our order right. I have no complaints from this McDonald's. The workers at this location are VERY rude and lack customer service. We went there today at 4:45pm and first the guy taking our order was rude and couldn't hear me make my order and instead of clarifying, he just told me to move forward. Once I got to the window they proceeded to get my order wrong TWO more times until I had to physically go inside. They were all rude and I do NOT Recommend anyone going to this McDonalds. Why do I never learn. It's always hit and miss with this location and the past 3 times has been horrible. This last time, no straws, no condiments and no napkins. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it's a cold, breaded disk. The bun is hard as a rock. I do not understand how they ask you to pull to the side because your order is not ready and yet I get this. It's one thing to wait and get hot and fresh food. There is no way I'm going to force myself to eat this, I tried two bites and I it's beyond crunchy. I know I'll probably be in the bathroom if I ate it. I took off for home to find shakes were runny and had some assembly required. 2 we're runny vanilla ice cream over a bed of green stuff. I do not recommend this McDonalds. As soon as I walked in the first thing i noticed was the messy floor and dirty tables. I ordered a frappe with some other items and she told me that her machine was down and she would be right back with it as soon as the machine was fixed (which was fine) as time passes i walked up to her and asked what had happened and she started laughing stating that she forgot. customer service was not great at all. Also there was trash piled up on top of the trash bins. very unprofessional and i would not recommend this mcdonald's to anyone. if they're restaurant can be this messy who knows if the kitchen is clean. read more

I came to this location for lunch I went to the drive-through they messed up my order twice first I ordered a combo meal and they told me too park so I waited for 10 minutes. So when 10 minutes up I got my food I left about 5 minutes so I open my bag I didn't get French fries so instead of fries I got chicken strips so I had to go back and told him that I didn't get my French fries so finally I got my french fries again five minutes later I ordered a double Patty I only got one single patty so now I had to go back and tell them I need a refund because this is twice I will not go back to this location at all I live in Brighton and I have no problems with their McDonald's there and I also work fast food I never seen anything like this before bad customer service I will let people know not to come to this location at all read more

I understand a lot of people have some very valid negative reviews at this location. I however haven't had a bad experience and have lived next to this location for some time. I have to say that they have a better day shift crew overall as they really get it right with their breakfast. Their fresh made eggs are great size for the price and their hash-browns are on point. Their food has always been fresh even when ordering ahead. Now there have been sometimes where they have forgotten a drink or didn't have an item as requested. These times have been few but also the way they handle this is what really matters. Most have simply just replaced the missing or wrong item and there has been quite a few times they've offered to upgrade something to make up for the mistake. In this day I'm age there isn't a perfect establishment out there with inflation, unfair wages, and the transition in employment. What I look for is the overall quality as well as the ability to handle the wrongdoings. This McDonalds location on 128th does that. read more

Absolute god awful service. The little girls taking orders don't know how to listen to an order and have to retake it at the window.
