A person is at drive thru, ask your name and deals with your order and you can pay, right there. The food is usually good. Today, my side-salad looked questionable and good thing, I checked my order because salad dressing (light balsamic vinaigrette) was missing. In the past, my husband and daughter do not check food and usually, one of us, has to figure out something else or don't have meal to eat. We are tired, don't want to go back and at times, we'd end up, waiting a long time on side and/or try calling, without any remedy. They don't care after you have left premises, unless you decide to come back. read more

Unfortunately due to lack of care, an order promised to be ready by 11:30 took TWENTY minutes to prepare after I finally arrived five minutes past the promised time to begin with. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 12 piece chicken nugget meal. Besides the fountain drink, the rest of the food was absolutely lack luster. For what we are paying for simple chicken sandwiches and fried nuggets, I'd expect at least the quality to be in line with the almost $25 cost. Nuggets look twice fried ( pre-frying and then holding until someone orders to refry and over cook them, same with the spicy sandwiches. Fries were just mushy and mostly seasoned) At least the staff was were good customer service ambassadors. read more

FAST FOOD REVIEW: This is a large fast food chain so the rating is based on other fast food establishments. This is a good to really good Chick-Fil-A location. I have never gotten food here that wasn't prepared well and I have never lost an item from this location. The employees that work here are pleasant as are all Chick-Fil-A employees. I like that they have big insulated cups for drinks. I normally get the standard spicy chicken sandwich and then some chicken nuggets on the side. I skip the fries as the nuggets are actually less calories than a medium fry. Though the waffle fries are good I am not crazy about them as some people are. Also, I feel like they used to taste better. Now that I think of it...didn't all their food used to taste better? Did the switch from peanut oil or something? Compared to large corporate fast food places, Chick-Fil-A and this location specifically deserves a four star rating. read more

I'm not sure why this Chick-fil-a has poor reviews on service, because mine was absolutely refreshing and a five star experience! Per usual, the line outside was waaaaaay too long to wait for only a drink so I skipped inside. There was absolutely no one in line inside, just a smiling employee at the cash register. He took my order, filled up 2 large diet lemonades - light on the ice, and handed them back to me with a smile! Ordered Deluxe #2, good fries and drink, the fil-A was smaller than 1/4 inch thick, considering chicken is cheaper than beef and they probably get at-least 8-10 fil-A s, out of one chicken breast, there no other excuse for mostly fried breaded and 1/4 of an inch of chicken meat!!!! Super slow. Walked in before 10:30 but the person taking orders was so slow that it was 10:31 when he finally got around to taking our order. Of course he refused to take a breakfast order since it was 10:31. Never been to a Chick Fil A where the ordering process was so unbelievably slow. Took another 10 minutes to get our food. And they got the order wrong. The sandwich bread was super soggy which doesn't make sense since it should have been just made at 10:31. Our other sandwich had lettuce that was just gross. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures this time, especially of our yummy shakes, but I will in the future and will add them to my review. This location NEVER disappoints us. Consistently good and hot food. The one complaint I do have is the amount of time spent in the drive-thru line. I know they're doing the best they can, but there's only so much that can be done. I love visiting the Longmont location because of their "app order" line. We order from the app nearly 100% of the time and having the quicker line is a time saver and nice perk. The ambience inside is your typical Chick-fil-A location. Nothing exciting, just what you'd expect from one of their franchises. Overall, we always come back for the service, food, and fabulous shakes. read more

This time I was at the window waiting for 7 minutes when finally someone told me "we are just waiting for your muffin" two minutes later another person comes and said "is taking a moment" to which I said "it is more than a moment." Terrible experience! At the drive through I waited over 20 minutes for my lunch and it never came out. They said pull over into one of the overflow spots, and I waited.... and waited... and I waited some more.... car after car went through but they could not explain where my lunch was. Superb service - we were greeted with a smile and the gal took the time to answer and double check some things to be sure they were gluten free. I enjoyed the grilled chicken bites and fries, with Polynesian and honey mustard sauces. All of that was gluten free (and usually is at chik-fil-a but I've learned to always double check because some stores have reported their fries are not GF). My husband and kids had a bunch of fried nuggets and a chicken sandwich, plus lots of fries. Only complaint would be the fries containers seemed half empty when they used to overflow with fries. Got two cookies and cream milkshakes, one regular and one large. Both came out with flat lids on top, no whipped cream, no cherry, and were under-filled. My previous time at this location I ordered a #1 and they did not include the fries in the bag. Since the drive-through is the only option, they should be a lot more careful about what they are giving people since it is not easy to go back and let them know something is wrong. read more

It is cow day.. it is not even 7 AM. Store is empty. I tried to get a free iced coffee and was told they don't do iced coffee for free... not true online. Repeated and said she can't give it to me. Lame........ false advertisement or poor consideration on the young woman's part. Went through drive through, as I repeatedly told the girl I would do. Jed working through there was just as unhelpful. Refused to give me the name of the girl so I could follow up, so I told him I'd step into the store, again. Asked a group of 3-4 workers (car through guy, original cashier girl, new woman, and guy who was putting away silverware or something a few minutes earlier) for contact info for supervisor. Ignored me and muttered to each other for a few seconds and finally pointed to the wall where a sign with store owner/operator name, store number (I called quickly after to no result, of course), and a toll free number. I reiterated several times to Jed (and others listening) - "it's not a big deal, but the point is that you were unwilling to accommodate with an item that was listed and provided live reference (website) when all this could have been avoided for customer service and to help everyone of us have a good morning." I reminded them that the coffee costs less in $ and materials, and that, in the end, it is simply the lack of customer service (on a day supposedly dedicated to it!) that was unnerving. PS I got a sandwich (egg white).. so I'm grateful for that. Thank you. I normally LOVE chick and it's a go-to fast food option for me. Never had a bad meal there until I went to this location. Every time I've gone something has been messed up in my order. Last time they forgot sauces and gave me stale and burned fries. The time before that they completely forgot my chicken biscuit (which I paid for) so I had to go back. This time I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich with no cheese and extra pickles. They gave me a sandwich with cheese and no pickles, literally no chicken (was all breading), mushy vegetables, and so much grease it made sick. And they forgot the sauce again. We just moved here, and we love Chick-fil-A, so we have been frequenting this location that is closest to us, often. Honestly, we had a terrible experience yesterday. We ordered online and waited forever for for the meal, while sitting in the direct sun, on a 98 degree day. We ended up calling and finally getting someone to help us. I said I would not go back to that location. Well... my kids wanted Chick-fil-A desperately today, and we were near, so.... Went through the drive through, all went relatively well. Then we got to the pick up window and Ari was handing out orders. He made our day wonderful. I will now continue to go back to this location, because of Ari and any others out there like him. So sad this Chick-Fil-A is not operated like the rest. Never fails, every single time I've been here my order is incorrect, they leave something out or takes 20+ minutes for a curbside order as I realize ordering ahead is much slower than going through the drive thru. I think what is most frustrating is when they charge you for items they do not give you & request you drive all the way back to them for your partial refund. Today, I ordered a simple meal with a fruit cup and was not given the fruit cup. I called for a refund and the gentleman said I needed to come back to the store. He didn't seem to be bothered that this would be a major inconvenience for me to be refunded $3. I have invested around $40 in food I've never received from this location. Ha! I all my years traveling to the US and hitting up Chick-fil-A's here and there, I never knew they did breakfast. Not sure if it's a new thing or not. While I do think their regular menu is better, the breakfast menu gets the job done. Like other fast food breakfast menus they have the basic breakfast menu options, just obviously the ones here involve chicken. The prices aren't quite as cheap as Other fast food joints, such as Taco Bell or McDonalds... however, I can always count on having the highest quality service at this location, which more than makes up for the price. First of all, food is always good so no problem there. But this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Chick Fil A. I have never have an issue with service at any of their locations, until today. We walked in to a pretty good line which was being served by one cashier while multiple employees stood doing nothing behind the counter. Waited for at least 15 minutes which could've easily been avoided if another team member hopped on the register. But by far the worst part of the experience was the 2 employees taking their lunch break in a booth behind us, talking about workplace drama so loudly. One of the woman was talking bad about her trainee and it was completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful to talk like in front of customers. I expect more from a place like Chick Fil A. read more
