My experience at this McDonald's was terrible. There were homeless people going in and out making their own food while there were many people waiting for their food they ordered and paid for. The employees were wearing no gloves or hair nets while working with food. There were people wiping their faces on their clothes and then working with food without washing their hands or anything. The tables and floors were also disgusting. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to get my 1 thing I ordered and then I didn't even get the right food. read more

If I could rate this lower, I would. I went to McDonalds with my grand kids and my dog, because my dog was in the seat next to me, peeking his cute little nose out of the window. I of course went through the drive through, not wanting to drag the little ones out of the car. I buy food for me, the kiddos, and my dog. For my dog I got a hamburger with nothing on it. I gave it to him and after a while he started to act weird. My poor Stevie was at the vet because of food poisoning. with about 5 people working in the kitchen, it took over 20 minutes to get my order. I'm a door dasher, so every time I have to sit and wait for an order, I could be making money. The employees were walking around eating, talking, and leaning on walls just chilling, and making absolutely no effort to actually do their job. When I asked about the status of my order they ensured me it was being worked on, however I didn't notice anyone even begin working on the order until about 10 minutes later. In the time it took me to sit and wait for this one order to be made, I could have done 2-3 more deliveries. The App has never worked right before and did not this time. After pressing all the appropriate buttons and waiting for 20 minutes, (I stormed up to the front) they told me that my order did not go through. Oh, I do believe that. The app IS the problem. I've already made a review about this, but my and my mom and friends had went here we ordered 2 number 7s a small fry and 6 nuggets 3 dr peppers and 1 water. First of all after correcting them 4 times we still were not given the water.and the cashier did not help our situation by NOT giving us a receipt then after we corrected them the first time we got eyes rolled at us then after sitting there waiting for it for 10 MINUTES we got out burgers we wanted, NOT Ketchup only which is what was asked for multiple times then the manager comes out of the window asking if she can help with a stank eye then after 10 more miner got our burgers back again, it was the same goddamn burgers as before. Then after they told us to pull up to the extra spots then after another 20 MINUTES we got out burgers the manager comes out hand the food and my mom was trying to apologize for the inconvenience and the manager just walked away and rolled her eyes. first off I ordered chicken tenders, with a sweet tea and an order of fries, they charged me extra for the drink, that was suppose to come with the meal, I left it go didn't say anything to them. then when I began eating the tenders I noticed the first one was , a little tough. I still didn't think much of it the second one was just a big mouth full of tough stringy uneatable mess. so I pulled it out and it was not chicken, just a whole bunch tendon's or something. not chicken. If i was able to rate this place zero stars I would. It all started with the fact that the sign says the lobby is open 24/7 but it closed at 11. This was very inconvenient because we had a whole group of people. That is when we decided to just go through the drive through. We arrived around 11 pm to get some food and the lady working the window was extremely rude to us. We said "hello" like the sign said to do and the woman at the window replied in a very rude tone screaming "Stop yelling in my ear." At that moment we were not going to put up with it and Mcdonald's lost a good amount of business. We decided to go to Wendy's and had a very satisfied trip. A couple of the people in our group decided to stay at Mcdoanlds and the service was extremely slow and someone even found a hair in their french fries! DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.
