Store is right off the Interstate and hours posted on the door and in the app clearly say dining room is open until 11. We get there at 10:07 on a Friday and the doors are already locked, lobby is being mopped by a guy who opens the door and says they closed at 10. I told him their hours clearly say 11, he says he doesn't know, he just "works here" so he calls the manager over who comes and points to a random paper to show me where it says they closed at 10....it does not. Nowhere is it posted that they close the lobby at 10, only 11, so I suggest they put up a handwritten paper with their "hours" to let customers know of their "change". Funny thing is the McDonald's near my home says the lobby closes at 11, and it does. I read the reviews that this store is one of the top three worst in Tucson - I haven't been to many, but if this experience is telling, I don't doubt it. If I were the owner, I'd be fuming that my store had such a bad reputation and do something to fix it, or maybe corporate should consider taking it over to prevent further ruining their legacy. read more

i ordered through uber eats , i ordered two spicy crispy and i only got one spicy crispy and one crispy and both were burnt , horrible i've worked at mcdonald's whenever i would do ubers or doordash orders i would double check the food and fries and drinks because i would expect the same back to have my order correct . read more

24 hour drive thru but after certain hours they limit the menu to cheeseburgers, hot n spiceys and nuggets and then they STILL make you wait despite the limited options you can choose from! They messed up our order horribly and didn't use the deals we had prepared for our order. Instead of one burger, they gave us four completely different burgers that we didn't ask for. We even had to ask for coffee that should've been in the order and tried telling us no. We got our coffee but they made it taste disgusting. I waited an hour waiting for my drive thru order after about 30 minutes I went inside, it was complete chaos they were most definately Short staffed the manager was being, the staff was doing their best, and the owner was no where to be found....if I was the owner of this location and all hell was breaking loose I'd be livid if I wasn't contacted. This is the most horruble Mc Donalds ever. Tgey never have tea and ice cream machine is always out tge manager Sara Hoot is very rude. She claims that they make all orders perfect yet every time I have ordered it is wrong. A salad never comes right. They always make you wait and it takes 15 to 20 minutes extra only to come out wrong. What is tge point in convience if your always inconvienced. No wonder people don't show up for work. I have occasionally visited this McDonald's because it is on my way to work. However l've opted to go out of my way to another McDonald's in most cases because of the lack of customer service and drive through. And it seem that this continues to be a problem, I went through the drive thru on 6/3 and order a quarter pounder meal and as usual I had to pull in the front and wait for my meal. This seems to happen almost every time I visit there drive -thru. What I consider a basic order requires me to sit in front for an additional 5-10 minutes. You'd think this would make there staff more willing to put on their best customer service. But they look very stressed and they typically greet you at the drive-thru with "what can I get you" or "what do you want...". There have been time where I have driven up and heard this and just say no thanks and drive off (which I guess I should say thank you because it keeps me from eat an unhealthy meal). read more

Something need to be down here. Is there no Management? Went to McDonald's a few months ago around 4. Ordered 3 McDonalds no onion or pickle, small fries and large coke. Waited 7 min in line just to pull to the said for another 10 min. They brought out my order with no drink. They went back for it. Waited another 2 min then when I got home. Burgers had no cheese. Didn't go back for a few months. Went back last week and the same thing. Waited in line 8 min after ordering. Came to the second window and see 2 female playing around and laughing. Not getting orders out to customers. Manager standing there. Watching. They ask me to pull to the side again. Waited 11 min. Girl comes out hands me the food and they forgot my hot and spicy. Got down and told the manager. He was to busy with the 2 employees who were playing around instead of working. He was rude too. Like it was my fault. Went home. Told my son i will never go there again. he tells me that its not the restaurant. Its just the shift that's working at that time. So, I decided to give it another shot. Went there at 12:15 midnight. Ordered number 1 with no onion. The car in front of me goes to the first window. Waits about 2 min. Nothing. I go up wait 2 min. Nothing. As im waiting I see the car in front of me. Knock on the window. After another min. He leaves. I pull up and see no one in the window. Was about to leave when I finally see a kid. I pay there and he gives me power aid. Told him i ordered a coke. He goes to the back. I wait and he comes to the window. Gives me my order and Im off. Finally. As i drive off I checked my food. Burger and fried where cold. My big Mac had onions and the meat was not even warm. Cheese was as cold as the meat and one side of the bread was hard. Fries were stale and tasted gross. I was so tired from work and hungry. I didn't feel like agreeing with a kid. I took a bit of the burger on the softer side of it and nope i couldn't eat it. Drink my soda and through $8 in the trash. Never going there again. In the drive thru, no matter how large or small your order is, they always ask you to pull up around the corner, even if you are literally the only person there. Extremely poor customer service. Only drive thru due to renovation (quite understandable). Order was wrong! I received 2 cheeseburgers (they forgot the Quarter pounder, fries and apple pie). when brought to the windows attention, was told to wait. Again no problem. I was called to the window and presented with 2 more cheeseburgers... when I said I already had 2 cheeseburgers the manager was called.. rather than acknowledge the error. The manager asked me to leave as she felt I was disruptive (really)and gave me a refund (shorted by a dollar). The manager made no effort to resolve the issue or even ask me to clarify.. Requested Uber Eats, once order arrived to my home, the order came in wrong- they forgot the main McDonald's ingredient- THE FRIES!- once I spoke to a representative of this specific location, she stated she was the "supervisor" and there was no way to fix their mistake other than for me to request another Uber Eats or cancel my order. Considering this mistake was done on their end it is not right that I have to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. Once I requested the "supervisor's" name she replied with: " I am not allowed to disclose that information to you" can some one explain to me why I am not allowed to have a supervisor's name? Specially if an order was brought incorrectly??? I am very dissatisfied and upset at the type of costumer service provided by this establishment. When promoted such said "supervisor" for a corporate number the information was also denied, this is in addition to her hanging up on me. read more
