By my observation, they were out of sugar packets and the frozen machine was inoperable, so no frappe today. I came to this location on multiple occasions and there is no one at the windows, no one ever knows anything about what their job description is, the make you sit at the speaker on line for 5-15 minutes at a time, then when you drive up they tell you, " go around and wait at the back of the line". The drive thru was fast, efficient. I was asked to pull to a slot and wait for my food since it was the middle of lunch time and I ordered breakfast. I must say, it came out really fast. It's semi fast food that is good if you're hungry & not in a rush. I was able to complete this review while waiting in the drive-thru line. It seems like the two lanes order would make things run smoother but it just seemed to confuse the worker. Now I'm excited for this new pico guacomole sandwich and tenders. Granted it's after midnight and options start to get limited during the week, so my eight minute total transaction time is Ok. I say just ok because there was only one car in front of me. I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but this place is pretty good. If I'm running late and didn't have time to make myself breakfast or lunch at home, I'll stop by this place. I'm wary of fast food because they usually get my order wrong, which is surprising because my orders are really simple (i.e. #5 with a Coke Zero). I make no substitutions, I don't request things to be taken off, prepared a certain way or to be packaged a certain way. But most McDonald's mess up my order by giving me the wrong burger, forgetting it's a combo and worst of all, confusing Diet Coke for Coke Zero (as a Coke Zero addict, I can definitely tell the difference). But this place has never messed up my order. The drive-thru is super efficient, especially in the morning, despite the crowd. My maple & fruit oatmeal is always hot, comes with extra napkins and extra spoons. Today I was coaxed into a steak & egg McMuffin and it was surprisingly good. Served hot and fresh as well. And best of all, they don't mess up my Coke Zero. On a side note - I love that McDonald's now posts the nutritional information on all their food! read more

This entire store is ran by children barely age of 15-16, and EVEN THE SUPERVISORS ARE KIDS! Throughout the entirety of the day when i visit there is always long lines. The drive thru order takers are extremely rude and seem to never be able to listen properly. There are two young girls at the cash register and they're always fooling around.
