Start getting orders correct. You need to check your order every time you go there. Ordered one thing, and they messed that up!

I keep giving this location a 'second' chance as it is very conveniently located on the drive to work, making it ideal for an off-the-cuff unplanned breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately they always seem to make simple errors that render my meals unpalatable. This morning, for example, I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins and one hashbrown. The receipt and the cost were correct, but once I opened the bag to eat I found a crushed up hash brown at the bottom of the bag that seemed glued into it's wrapper, and instead of two sausage mcmuffins I received a very dry and crumbly sausage biscuit along with a sausage and egg biscuit. I can choke down the sausage biscuit (while not at all enjoying the crumbs and biscuit chunks that fly everywhere), but the abhorent egg on these is egregiously nasty - perhaps they mistakenly believe the yellow snot will hold the biscuit together. I have no idea how anyone can stomach these yellow rubber 'eggs', I certainly cannot. This morning will be the last time I waste my time and money at this location, and give me serious doubts about visiting the chain again anywhere read more

On our way to church, in a bit of a hurry. Service well done. Got in the drive thru with 2 other cars ahead of us. Cars were moved fast. Ordered 2 bagels and an iced coffee. Took our order fast greater with a smile. Food was fresh, and coffee for McDonald's--- well it's not like a coffee cafe... but definitely was fresh and hit the spot. The food was very very good. Me and my buddy ordered the mcchicken and fries and they were actually really really good. You could tell they were fresh and warm even tho one of them wasn't plain but that's ok we managed. But reason this is getting a one star is because of person who took are order was very rude and pointed her finger out instead of asking nicely to slow down and gave us a dirty look so this is why I'm giving this such a bad review maybe she was having a bad day or is she always like this. I rate things off if good quality food and service and if service is bad that going to effect it majorly. I was kinda of mad about it and so was my buddy. Place is where to go to be treated rudely for no reason. And they purposely make your order wrong if use a deal off their app. I know this because she let me here her talking bad about me as I was leaving while mentioning that she cheated me out of the espresso I paid for. And the mens bathroom has been disgusting for at least 4 years. In 4 years they haven't fixed the toilet or urinal so do not go in there unless it's a true emergency. Terrible. Tried ordering a drink with no ice but they put ice in it and I asked for the right thing and the workers got confused and gave me the wrong drink AND it was a small but I ordered a large. I did not have the time nor patience to fix it so I left. read more

If you have to eat fast food in Wabash, avoid this McDonald's. I don't know what's going on there but over the last several months the quality and service have declined sharply. Today we went there at the request of my two small children and after being rang up wrong, then arguing about it with the window person we finally got our food. When we got home I discovered that one of the sandwiches was egregiously overcooked (see picture.) Personally, I'm done with this place. There have been too many cases of incorrect orders and slow service for me to continue to spend my time and money here. read more

During my visit here I witnessed an innocent employee being yelled at by a disgruntled manager who seemed to be having a bad day. I was perturbed at hearing this when I was sitting and eating quit a bit away to where I wouldn't have heard an inside voice. I was trying to eat but wasn't having a decent time hearing that the employee getting yelled at took one minute too long to mop the restroom and how the employee was extremely lazy. Management should definitely learn how to handle and talk to their worker in a more discreet way to where the customers can't hear or see these actions. I believe McDonald's has just earned Burger King a new customer. read more

Horrible service. Let a line of cars sit in the drive through for 30 mins with no cars in front of ordering. When cars pulled to the window to see what the hold up was they were ignored. When knocked on the window lthe management was very rude. Will NEVER go there or possibly another McDonald's period. Just awful read more

If there was a way to leave zero stars or negative ones, I would have. Absolutely hands down the worst service and food quality that I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. If you complain to the staff, you're told to not be rude and disrespectful. I was hoping with the remodel that it would improve...it did not. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I don't visit McDonald's very often. However, today I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Chicken McGriddle breakfast meal. This was the first time ordering this sandwich. I must say it was very good. It was so good I had to order a second one. read more

This McDonald's sucks. Went to get breakfast at 1030 and the witch at the drive through was very rude and said they were surving lunch. Its suppose to be a 24 hour breakfast option. It was never posted anywhere that they stopped doing all day breakfast. They also mess orders up all the time. Never going there again. read more

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. I am from out of town, went here on Sunday for breakfast, and there was not a single clean table to sit at. The chair I originally pulled out to sit on had black footprints on it. The beverage bar had spilled drinks, ketchup smeared, lids & straws and straw wrappers everywhere. Ants inside crawling in the ground. Told workers behind the counter about the issues, they said they would take care of it. Was there an hour and not one employee ever came out to clean or straighten anything. Garbage was overflowing when I went to leave. read more

I will not comment on the food, because everyone knows what that is like, just the atmosphere. They have recently done a remodel which is very nice. However, I am currently sitting at the only table I could get and I see: my table has not been wiped off nor have any around me, a decaying basket of flowers, and two trash cans that are overflowing with trays stacked up all over the place. I had ordered 5 sandwiches and a 10 piece chicken mcnuggets through the drive up. When I arrived home I discovered the Big Mac sandwich had no cheese and almost no lettuce. The chicken mcnuggets were cold. I had thought there was a mixup with the Big Mac sandwich so I called the store to ask if there was a problem. I was not given his name and I asked for a name of the male who answered the phone and got no reply. He was very abrupt with me and said under no circumstance could they replace the food items without bringing the order with receipt back to the store. I told him this was impossible as I was on my way to work. I had purchased the food for other people so I wasn't able to sample everything. He continued to argue with me and made me feel as if this was my fault or I was trying to get free food. I had observed the employees at the drive through were playing on their cell phones and we waited several minutes for our food. My concern was that your employees were not doing their jobs and it was reflected in poor service. I am a former employee of McDonalds and I think it's a bad representation of your business because I believe McDonalds to have higher quality standards than any other restaurant. I only ask that the store owner/manager investigate this matter so you do not have future unhappy customers. I will not visit this McDonalds again because of its consistent bad evening service. Their daytime crew seems to be fine. read more
