Trying to order in the drive thru. Kids meals. When we asked for clarification value meal #9 was repeated back. When we tried to tell her we said kids meals she argued with us that we said a number. We didn't and tried to explain and she continued to argue. We left. One of the rudest experience I've had at this already terribly run location. Pros: Food was good Cons: 30 min wait, wrong orders, not truthful -looking at past reviews these are repeat problems that have not been addressed I put in an app order and got into one of the drive through lines for pick-up. A car was finishing up, my turn was next. I watched 4 cars go through before a VERY faint voice and crackle came through. I could only hear it stop. Another 2 cars went through. Finally, I just got in line. When it was my turn at the 2nd window (1st window was closed), I was given the wrong order twice (this is likely because many cars were leaving the line bc of the wait) the window gal sounded perplexed before saying "oh, your order just now came through!" -I'd put it through 15 min before this point of contact. I waited at the window for a while and then was told to pull forward and wait. 28 minutes for an order -what's even more disappointing is that looking at past reviews, this is an old and consistent problem that has not been yet corrected. I can't imagine the money this McD's is losing from customers that leave the line without paying -and also the customers that never return. read more

They rarely have the ice cream machine working and tonight I placed my app order and got there and was told they couldn't see screens to make any food due to poor internet connection. I used the app and sent the order way before arriving. Showed up at 1:30am and the girl working the register said they weren't taking orders. This location has a reputation of being poorly run and they often miss items with our orders. It's sad that you have to often double check your order at this location because their lack of attention to detail. Management does not know how to properly run a business at this location. read more

Came here after millenium park with kids and friends. Took 30 mins + to receive our food and we were missing a good portion of our order which included 10 piece nuggets, sauce ,three large fries and this is what the Mcdoubles looked like . along with workers out loud swearing and complaining about customers food orders just adding cheese and pickle to a mcchicken and more. A lot of people in the waiting room standing around waiting for over 30 mins or so for just a small bag of food and when a customer asked for his receipt a worker purposely ignored him and walked away! dining room was unkept and ants on the floor near our table. i'll never come back here again and i encourage others not to as well. trash . this place deserves no stars. read more

It's truly disappointing how you are encouraged to order via the app now at McDonald's and that when you have picky eaters you assume the employees will get the information and be able to read and follow through on what's being asked. According to shift Manager Liz. Our order was too complicated the way we placed it for her employees to understand. This either means McDonalds is in need of a better delivery of the orders from the mobile app or Liz hasn't trained her line workers how to use the system. Then let's talk about shift manager Liz and her fantastic attitude towards people. Complaints are met with a disgusted look and she managed to point out that our order was messed up because of how we ordered it. I get the customer is not always right, I get our order was complicated. Because apparently a plain burger with no toppings is complicated. And the cherry on top. Apparently the employees are opening adult happy meal toys and putting empty boxes in the adult happy meals. Because that was a thing with our order. Drive further and go to any other McDonald's in the area. It's not worth your time and effort. If the shift manager doesn't care I doubt anyone who works for her does either. read more

I came here after driving from my downtown class. I ordered on the screen and my receipt did not print and the order screen was not on. After waiting for 25 minutes, the person in front of me got their food, but it wasn't even the right order. The lady serving the food was not looking at the order screen and just going off of what the people were telling them they had and each time she came back she couldn't remeber what she was told. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally got their order figured out. Then they said who had "my meal" I said I did and waited another 5 minutes then finally got my food, the older lady that gave me my food was kind enough to give me free fries for my wait. But they were over cooked and tasted horrible. My chicken nuggets tasted like rubber, but thankfully my qp was good. I would not go here and regret wasting my time here. read more

More than half the time the food is cold, the costumer service sucks, they claim they're 24 hours when they're constantly closed (most of the time before 9PM), and they always forget stuff in your order. The kiosk has things they don't offer (McRib), the floor was so slippery with grease and water due to snow. Their solution, not wipe it up put up caution cones. When the order was wrong the cashier didn't know how to correct it, nor did she say she was sorry. Overall, bad. read more

The service is always rushed and they don't double check what they give you before they hand it out, i went and got a Large Iced Carmel coffee and when I got to the window it was pale colored, not the right color for the drink so I asked them to remake it, after the lady in the window was arguing that it was indeed Carmel I kept asking for them to just remake it. I waited until I got to work and put it in my Starbucks tumbler and went into work, upon tasting the drink it tasted like waste water. I was unable to drink it and decided to dump it out in the sink, when I did this another object fell out of my cup as well, when I inspected the object I saw it was a large screw. This was very concerning since I tend to drink my ice coffee with no lid or straw and this is something I could have swallowed and choked on, I brought it back after my shift ended at work to see what could be done and they informed me that they thought I was trying to scam them and that since the drink was gone (because I had dumped it out of the original container) there was nothing they could do. I told them this was a safety issue and they said there was no way it came from them without even looking to see if their equipment was missing a bolt. They also informed me they knew they were using ice tea for the ice coffee this morning and that's why it tasted like sewer water. How do you not notice the ice coffee is tea? The floor manager at the time seemed like he was trying to dismiss me rather then help fix the problem. I requested that he take my information and pass it along. I was able to get a refund but I feel like more should have been done since I could've choked on this, thank god I didn't. read more

This is sad. The inside part of the building was getting worked on, so there was no other way to get food other than to go through the drive thru. I'm deeply disappointed with the fact that me and my colleague could not simply walk through the drive thru, even though it was clear that the employees saw us. We took our business elsewhere, to the Little Caesar's down the road. i have gone to this McDobalsa for years, having been raised in Standale. Tonight, I went through the drive through to pick up 2 Coca-Colas. There are two drive through stands and I was acknowledged almost immediately, and asked to wait a moment. while waiting three cars in the other drive through went ahead of me, two of which pulled in after I did. I waited and no one came back in the speaker. At which point I got a bit perturbed, and said something out loud . Apparently the operator heard me and got mad. A bunch of teens twits were standing in the pick up window shouting, don't come back. Well guess what I wo be calling management in the morning and I will not be back. Two nights ago I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with no ketchup because of my dads tomato allergy. The the employee wrote it as minus ketchup add tomato. Came home and my dad calls McDonald's and we give our info. They promised if we just give our name we would be given a free meal. The following day we try to resolve it with a manager. She game nothing but attitude as we said he could have gone into anafelactic shock. She then gave more attitude asking if we wanted a refund. She then proceeds to open the drawer and pay my father more than what a sandwich would cost (about $6). And takes our receipt from us. We were paid to be kicked out of the restaurant. I had to say hello and he said "hi were working on something right now on minute." My friend and I got there at 9:50 then our other friends got there and the doors were locked at 10 when it clearly states that it closes at 11 plus we saw a big bug come from the kitchen.
