It took them 30 minutes from when we ordered to get us our food and it was terrible, she dropped my ive cream infront of my face when she was walking twards me but i was just happy to leave. Every table had old fries and grease covering them and the smell was off putting. If this was the only place in the world that still had food i would rather starve myself next time do not recomend! I went for breakfast and nearly slipped because the whole floor was completely mopped still wet with only 2 signs in the establishment the cashier was very quiet and quick the food took to long to get there I thought it was fast food and there wasn't even anybody at the drive through the hash brown I got was gooey and not very good the sausage McMuffin was good tho and I'm still concerned about the 84 year old man after us hope he didn't slip. read more

I don't eat fast food. I will stop and use the bathroom if needed though and today I stopped in. Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. Crap stains in the bowl and piss all over the seat. Trash overflowing out of both containers. Sink was equally disgusting, happy I was wearing my work hoodie to open the doors. This is truly one of the worst locations I've ever been too. They don't listen when you are ordering. Send you away with stuff you didn't order. I'm currently waiting on the drive through line again for a second time because they can't get orders right. Been in line now for 20 minutes. Also, their soda machine tastes like mold. Avoid this location unless you like to be frustrated by incompetent people or the taste of mold. Had to get some food because I was so hungry I felt like I couldn't wait. Wish I had just waited till I got home. Sent me away with food that wasn't what I paid for. We were in there today. All tables blocked off, take out only - yet 3 out of 4 employees, including the one in the back making the food,were literally wearing masks as chin guards. Best McDonald's in the area. Everyone else slumps on their food but this one...this one cares.

If it weren't for the newly renovated interior, I would have rated this 2-stars. My visit included very slow service (a new order-taker perhaps), cold fries, and an employee behind the counter not in uniform. Other visits have been better, which contributed to my 3-star rating. read more

I am a regular McD's customer, but not of this location, but stopped at this one on my way through. I ordered a value meal and it was totally wrong. This in itself didn't make me angry, but it was cold. I went from the drive through to the main door, which was locked. I knocked on the door, seen employees looking at me, but they wouldn't answer the door. My son is elegiac to pickles, so we asked for no pickles on his cheese burger. At the window, we asked them to please make sure if there were no pickles. They opened it up and said that there weren't. When we got home my son took a bite out of his cheese burger and he had an allergic reaction. We opened the burger and saw pickles. We used a coupon thinking that we were gonna save money, but instead we ended up paying an extra $100 for the expense at the emergency room. read more

Walked in to get two ice coffees no one at register. Waited. It was 12: 15 . I Waited until some one walked by to bring a tray of food to a patron then asked if someone was coming to wait on me . When he came back he got somebody. That was 5 minutes later . The manager was at the fries station The whole time and never glanced my way . I understand lunch is a busy time . But there was no one in walk in . I was the only one . Then a young man waited on me I ordered two ice coffees one with 1% milk made sure he understood that as whole milk upsets my stomach. He then waited on the three orders that walked in behind me and preceded to give the patrons behind me their drinks! That upset me ! I made comments to the manager as she needs to train her workers better. I should have had my drinks first . And to save time because I was drinks only I should have been served and cashed out before waiting on others . This place sucks! The employees are rude, and never make food correctly. The food is always cold and disgusting. The drink machine leaks across the floor for weeks and no one bothers to mop it up. This place is filthy, and the heat and a/c are always "broken". They never have ice, and often run out of things. The sign is always off, even when they are open. I have personally seen the managers scream and swear at employees in front of other customers including children and older people. I will NEVER eat here again! read more

Worst McDonalds in western MA. Dirty tables, staff kept forgetting why we were standing at the counter. Order was placed to eat in, but staff of 2 were too occupied by the drive-up, that they kept asking why I was standing there waiting. they gave us the coffee and forgot the food. no tray asked again why we were waiting, no salad no lobster roll, forget this place. read more

went to drive thru 03-19-2018 @ 11;00 am just after breakfast ended . ordered double cheeseburger. bread was stale, meat and pickle were cold and dry. obviously they are serving me yesterdays food from the fridge and didn't warm it for the correct time ,and I was the lucky guy to get this gem, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me here and the last. called manager she couldn't have cared less. stay away. read other complaints on trip advisor. read more
