Worst drive thru ever! They take 2 or 3 from one lane, and then 1 from the other. Used the app to order a coffee in route. On arrival I saw a five-car line at the drive-thru so I pulled into a curbside pickup spot and texted my space number. Within two minutes my coffee arrived at my window. That was quicker than drive-thru and probably quicker than a counter order. read more

never ever ever again. i had a mobile order so i went to the drive thru and as soon as i pulled up they started screaming at me over the microphone. so i decided just to pull around and go on in. and so i did, as soon as i walked in they started calling me names i have never heard. i was obviously confused and they started calling me stupid, idiot, etc. they started hitting the gritty while circling around me, cult like; so freaky! when i tried to leave they pulled me back and started calling me slurs and degrading me (i do have a degrading kink but this is different.) i had no choice other than to cry because i was HURT! also not to mention all the other people that were eating, was actually eating fingers? weird???? now i am hitting the gritty in the cult. This is a good place to stop for a quick bite. We got a lot of food, but our order was done very swiftly. When it comes to fries, this is easily the best location to get them. Just the right amount of salt, fresh, and hot; the holy trinity of amazing fry quality. The chicken nuggets I got were also good. Definitely the best location I've been to in a while. read more

Stopping through on the way from St. Louis to Independence. Food was decent enough, but: No water pressure in the bathroom No toilet paper Floors through out were dirty. All ketchup containers were empty. There was only a family of 3 at a booth when Mom and I arrived. We walked though the whole dining room, but no clean tables. I went to the cashier and asked her for a rag because there was not a single table clean. She was nice enough to swipe our table of the crumbs with what I hope was a clean rag. She "cleaned" only one of the 20-30 tables in the place. There was a lull in the dinner rush at this point being 7:00 PM. The next patrons after us about 15 minutes after we had our food said it best. Child, "All of the tables are dirty!" Parent, "Well, honey, we'll hafta choose the cleanest of the dirty ones." Ordered inside: 2 Happy Meals, Quarter Pounder and Iced Tea. Children's meals: They forgot the apples and also put chopped onions on Children's burgers(??). They gave us a bullshit excuse as to why the lobby was closed an hour earlier. They told us that they were short too many staff members, and that they thought there was a fair going on so the lobby was closed. If you have a business and you're open for another hour you should be properly staffed to stay open within the proper hours that you have posted. Very disappointed in this place. read more

This place is awful! They have 2 drive-thru lanes! They only take orders from one as I watch 3 cars get their orders taken the right way I'm still sitting waiting on someone to help me. This has happened a number of times. If you all are only going to take orders from one lane then Shut the other lane down!!!!! I ordered two fish burgers, they could not place the fish burger on the bun properly nor could they hit the bun with the tarter sauce. Who wants to pick up a sandwich with tarter sauce dripping out the sides and none on the fish burger? Should be Negative ,but not an option. There are not many choices for late night food in Warrenton,so the ones that are supposed to be open SHOULD BE OPEN!!! There are businesses in town that have overnight employees and when they take their 30 minute lunch and run up town to get something for lunch,only to find out that they can 't take credit or debit at this time, cash only, or we aren't taking orders at this time is crap. This has happened on more than 1 occasion to me and God only knows how many other people. If you are able to get food, half the time it isn't fit to eat, either cold, or wrong, fries usually taste like cooked earlier and just dropped back in fryer long enough to heat them up and are tuff and overcooked, even though they claim they are fresh and everything made to order at that hour. 1 night I sat at the order menu for 7 minutes before they took my order and then 19 minutes at the window waiting on my food, so was late getting back from lunch. This place SUCKS, only reason they have any overnight business is because all others are closed,but at least they are scheduled that way and it's not a surprise after you have driven there and wasted your lunch break and still haven't gotten anything to eat. The Owners really need to pay more attention to their business and get some employees who actually care. read more
