First off, I really like using the mobile app and then having the order brought out to me. It's simple, there are "deals" available, and it greatly reduces any communication problems when ordering via the drive through. (Not to mention, my order usually comes much faster when doing it this way than even going through the drive through. The staff has been friendly and the food has been good. I'm mostly here for the nuggets and that's all. Anything else just doesn't matter...lol The only "complaint" i have regarding the mobile app is that you don't seem to be able to order a free cup of water (at least at the time of this writing). read more

Ordered 2 deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwiches and Happy Meal. Got no receipt and 2 dry chicken cutlets on bread with 2 pickles each. Guess they don't know the deluxe has lettuce and tomatoes and my son got exactly 6 fries in his Happy Meal. This place has become so poorly run. There's nothing ever wrong with the food other than sometimes they mess up my order, but that's anywhere you go. This is the issue: I have never been to a slower McDonald's. Every time we come here, it's never less than a 10 minute wait, FOR THE DRIVETHROUGH! It's ridiculous. I understand maybe it's short staffed or whatever, but in the 10 months I've lived in Washington, it is ALWAYS slow. Every. Single. Time. It was very busy I was about 6th car back. I heard this voice that was so pleasant. Every person he asked if they would like to round up their bill for the Mcd house everyone said yes. It is a good cause but he was so nice and pleasant how could you say no. No one said no. I kept listening and was so impressed what a nice guy who likes his job. Went through the drive through for lunch and they told me to pull up and wait for my food because they wanted to make sure it was hot for me, I did. When my burger and fries got to my car they were so hot and delicious. It was without a doubt one of my best experiences at a McDonalds period. read more

Sometimes, I get a craving for McDonald's. This was one of those times. I just wanted a Big Mac, with no onions and a small coke. I drove up to the drive through ordering station, told them 3 times what I wanted and twice they wanted to know what size fries which I said I didn't want. Getting to the window, I paid, grabbed the drink and the bag and off I went to find a quick spot to eat. Opened the bag to find a fried chicken sandwich, a small order of fries, a small Dr Pepper and no straw or napkins. At least all was fresh and hot. There was no one ahead of me and no one behind me. Sarah Gabel, the general manager needs to be fired. She started a fire on company property for the insurance money and framed a former employee to take the fall and was then wrongfully terminated. Also hope you like cockroaches in your shakes or food was dropped on the floor. So unprofessional. Look I know it's McDonald's but come on! I ordered some breakfast for me and my granddaughter I paid and then I got my coffee that I ordered but then when the actual food was supposed to come, it took 40 minutes just for it to come and they still got our order wrong. The food was fresh and hot. We got EXACTLY what we ordered. My iced coffee was even on point. Which has never happened to me at any McDonald's. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the lady at the register had a very poor attitude. And when my sister and I tried to bring a small problem to her attention. She laugh in our face and told us we were wrong. Other than that..the staff was very friendly. The manager even came up to me to make sure my coffee would be correct since Miss Attitude rang it in wrong. read more

Absolutely disgusting. They gave my children expired juice boxes. The employees eat straight out of the French fry bin. Employees go from cleaning tables with chemicals to handling food for the customers. I experienced these things myself by going inside this place. I am so disappointed and won't be going back to this place. read more

This used to be a good McDonalds, quick sevice and the food was made correctly. Since the remodel it has been horrible. I am sitting parked waiting on my small one combo breakfast order because they didn't have hashbrowns ready. This has happened every Sunday for the last three weeks. I am not coming here again. This mcdonalds is complete ass. All the workers are rude and the food is cold whenever it is served. Couldn't tell if I was eating fries or cold frozen potato slices. Awful! It took 4 try to get our order placed correctly. The french fries where only about 2/3 full, when I order a I expect to get a full order not a parcel. The french fries where very cold and tasted like grease. I will not be going back to any of the local McDonalds. read more

For the fast food employees wanting $15 an hour maybe they need to learn some manners and how to greet the customers at the drive thru window instead of just handing the bag out the window and not even looking my way because she was having such an important convo with someone else. This McDonald's is a little scary it used to be really good food but I'm kind of afraid to eat what I just ordered. I ordered through takeout and was given three separate amounts of what it would cost and then when I got up to the window the guy that was standing there was just laughing like crazy and he looked like he was on something and he really needed a bath...I'm sorry but that's what I saw...I am really not trying to judge these people truly; but my gosh they should at least look clean and the girl at the window that took the money didn't have any teeth. I'm afraid to eat this food and I'm not going to. Will not be going back but McDonald's you need to clean up your act!
