As you can see by the pictures this chili cheese dog was completely inedible!!!! The chili was literally BLACK!!! I took one bite to see if maybe it would be okay but something in my head said spit it out you could get food poisoning!!! Why is it black? This is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I ordered from Uber Eats. Apparently, they are not willing to earn my repeat business by making this right for a time that is convenient for me. I have to do it today or they are basically like too bad and we don't care that we could have given you food poisoning by serving you this sludge on a bun! JUSTIN said they have a "Remake today only policy"! That is absurd! Not everyone is able to go back the same day for you to fix an issue YOU caused. This policy is not good for a store that is clearly suffering from lack of business and staff and you would think they would want to make this right. I don't think I'm asking too much. I just want my chili cheese dog! THAT'S IT! I'm not asking for my money back or complaining about the whole order (the fries and blizzard were good....well the fries were cold but fries are always cold when being delivered, they can't help that...just dip them in some bbq and ranch and you're good). I almost never write reviews but then again, I almost never have a great experience. Here is an exception, at DQ of all places. Upon walking in I was greeted with enthusiasm from a girl way back in the kitchen, instantly making me feel welcomed. Wow x1. Next, the gentleman who came to the register looked me in the eye; smiled and ask how he could serve us. Wow x2 - customer service with a smile. Our order - chicken and blizzards. The food came out quick. Normally I would be suspicious - quick food is often the enemy of good food. In this case the food was fast, hot and great. Wow x3 I couldn't help but notice how impeccably clean the place was. Way cleaner than most fast food places I've eaten at. Tables had no greasy feel to them. Floors and counters were perfect. Wow x 4. Lastly the guy who brought our food and ice cream took a moment to complement me, and took another moment to have a rather enjoyable conversation. Wow x 5 In a day when customer service is all but dead, how could I not recommend this place? In fact, I'm going to wrap this review up so I can go buy another blizzard for those we left at home. Terrible. I don't come to this location even though it's so close to home. However my family went to pick up a birthday cake for my little brothers 9th birthday. We went in where the place looked empty and theyre fridges were broken. We then went to the cashier and manager assisting him and said very clear as they repeated so we could purchase a vanilla ice cream cake. Less of a Blizzard and more of a "flurry"?? We love our local DQ and the service is always fast and friendly. I hate to be a snowflake about this but lately, the blizzard quality has not been great. After receiving yet another blizzard that is not properly blended, I have to file this complaint. We get blizzards... a lot. In fact, it's not uncommon to order them multiple times a week. I always order the Oreo Hot Coco blizzard and when blended properly, there is no better treat. However, as was the case today and the past several times, if they do not take the time to properly blend the blizzard, you end of with vanilla ice cream on top and all the toppings stuck at the bottom. Today's was so bad I couldn't finish it. Quality is a training issue. I hope the management team reads this and takes a few Minutes to properly train their team on Blizzard quality. read more

I like this DQ. It's close to my house for one thing. The food is good especially the crispy chicken sandwich. It's not too big like some places. Fries are good too. The young ladies working the counter went above and beyond in assisting me with a cake at this location on Veterans Memorial and Bryan Road. The accomplished what the other DQ couldn't/wouldn't and the did it with a professionalism rarely seen at fast food joints. The cake is beautiful. The lettering looks artsy and classy. No explanation was given. Paid for food. Stuck in drive thru line for what seemed like 15 minutes. Employee finally brought food. No "thank you", no apology.....no nothin. Sandwiches had no condiments at all. Drive thru line too long to go back and complain then. Started to eat them on parking lot and they turned the lights out on us. Trying to give us a hint maybe? You think? I mean I understand they have to turn out the lights sometime but at 10pm on 4th of July seems just a tad early!! What a joke!! This is the best DQ by far in the O'Fallon/St.Peters area. It is very clean, food portions are very good and the food itself is excellent. The staff is always very friendly and you never really have to wait for anything. I would recommend this DQ to anyone. I would however stay away from the one on HWY K and the one on Mid Rivers in St. Peters-they are both pretty bad. Haven't been to the one on HWY M in O'Fallon so I can't speak about that one. I use to go to this Dairy Queen every week I really like the fries and they have good food items I am never disappointed at Dairy Queen and this location is my all time favorite the workers are always nice the bathrooms are clean and the manager if super nice and very friendly. I recommend this location its family friendly and lots of parking and the ice cream is really a treat after every meal or just a snack before or after dinner time. Go check them out and oh don't worry you don't have to wait till summer they are open year round serving you good fast food and a brain freeze to go alone with it. I have been a DQ fan as long as I can remember, and this DQ allows me to continue loving their treats. We come here quite a bit. Sometimes we pick up food on a busy night -- the wife and kids love the chicken strip basket -- as good or better than any other fast food chicken strips. Sometimes we head for a treat after a kid's school concert. The drive through is usually pretty efficient, and inside the ambiamce is bright and nice for fast food. There workers have never been anything but friendly and polite. If I had to come up with one complaint, its that this DQ does not serve the BBQ sandwiches found at many other DQs. read more

My father introduced me to Dairy Queen as a young girl, in 1986. My favorite part was getting a Mr. Misty because my name is Misty, so naturally that was awesome. In all the years I have gone to Dairy Queen I have never been served with more professionalism, more enthusiasm, more kindness, more piping hot food, or more speediness then I have had the honor of being served at the Veterans Memorial Parkway Dairy Queen. These folks take their job seriously. And they do the job well. Very well. On top of the exceptional service I have received from this location for the last 8 years, today was the ICE CREAM on the cake. While at the drive thru window I realized I did not have my wallet, it was still on my kitchen table where I had been paying the bills that afternoon. I was in a panic, luckily I found a MasterCard gift card in my purse but no other cash or credit or debit cards. The gift card managed to cover most of my meal but there was a remaining balance of $2.60. Eek!!! I was so embarrassed and so nervous. But the young lady at the window insisted she would cover the rest. "I do not feel comfortable doing this," I said. Then I told her to just hold my food and I would be right back. She insisted again saying it was truly no big deal and she was glad to help. Then there was another lady employee who approached the register and asked what was going on and after explaining, she too offered to pay. I was feeling so blessed and thankful at that moment. When the manger was called to help, she too said it was no big deal she would pay it. Wow!!! Talk about a pay it forward kind of moment. To these ladies this was no big deal but to me it was a blessing to be shared! Needless to say I rushed my food straight home and returned with my $2.60. These ladies were absolutely amazing!!! They made my day and gave me even more reason to stay a loyal customer to them. Honestly folks, this is the very best Dairy Queen in all of the state of Missouri! Seriously the best!
