i didn't order a mf mcpickle. the night shift consistently makes the worst food and im usually pretty lenient because im a cook myself but today was the last straw. my burger had a hand full of pickles thrown on it and my patties were slapped together so carelessly that there was an inch of patty coming out either side. the bun soggy as well. this is the only mcdonald's open late by me and i go there often bc i get off work pretty late most nights. there's nothing worse than having a shit night and then getting a shitty burger as your dinner for the day. i know it's just a mcdonald's and you get what you pay for but this is in no way worth the 10 dollar price tag for the combo meal. don't even get me started on the fries. come on guys get it together. read more

Okkk I would first like to say I'm not the type to leave reviews due to me working in the food industry ( I understand how it works ). But I have had problems with this specific location for a while. The food is not made fresh ( I understand the difference between made in a batch recently and the food tastes 30min cold), they never give me my right order. I ordered spicy nuggets and they were completely cold and stale. I ordered an additional 20 piece spicy nugget and they were half spicy half regular. Honestly just do better I will definitely be calling. I let my last orders slide but there should be no reason that I have to drive to another McDonalds that's further just to get some good service read more

This McDonald's is great in the morning. Don't go for dinner though - they always mess the order up! I went through drive-thru and they forgot a McDouble and my sauces. So, I went back through drive-thru like most of my dinner visits here. I told them at the speaker about my missing items, they told me to pull up. I sit at the second window for 5 minutes because the person taking orders didn't tell the grill about the burger. The girl at the second window asked what I was waiting for and I told her the McDouble and sauces that were missing from my order. The manager brings my burger and I ask if the sauces are in the bag, and he asks me "what sauces?" wow... I got 1 sauce and ordered 6, but I guess that's better then nothing. I get home and the Quarter Pounder was supposed to have mayo, extra pickle and no onion... We opened the box and there's nothing on it - a plain Quarter Pounder. Wonderful. The fries are cold and unsalted - the nuggets are old and cold - the pies are also cold (like they just came out of the fridge). If I was rating breakfast only, this would be a 5 star review. Zero stars, this location could possibly be the worst in the United States and I have lived in both Los Angeles and New York City. If you want to be greeted at the intercom with "What you want?" then this is the place for you. The manager, Scott, is sarcastic and rude, clearly inexperienced in both life and zero customer service skills to manage any type of business let alone people. Scott belongs in a closet counting brooms not serving people food. Waste of time and money visiting this McDonalds. Save yourself some strife and drive the extra mile to the Silver Lake location. Sad to say it's mostly Mexicans that don't speak yet I absolutely prefer that over young, rude, inexperienced, disrespectful and careless jerks. Manager Ashley is extremely rude. I have been here two times in two nights with friends and Ashley was incredibly rude both times. After I addressed her for being rude she began screaming. It's not gourmet food, it's McDonalds. When I just want something quick and familiar, a McDonald's meets my requirements. In this case I needed to kill a little time and came in for breakfast. What I got was hot food, fast, and friendly service as is the case at most fast food restaurants. Differences in service quality are often a management issue for that particular location. This McDonald's can be slow at times but delivers McDonald's quality food. Every once and awhile they mess up my order but that not my biggest issue. Ever since this pandemic has started I've noticed the crews working don't ever have masks on or gloves on. I find this upsetting especially now since it's required to wear a mask, this shouldn't be a option to not wear a mask at work especially if your preparing food for people to eat. Some employees had masks on but if they did it was around there neck not on there face. I hope they can fix this issue to ensure a safer environment for its customers and to help prevent future out breaks like this spreading more and more. read more

We went to get dinner at 4:30, we where the second people in line. We ordered two Plan mcchickens and chicken nuggets with hunny mustard. We got hot mustard I checked before we left and I asked for the right mustard and they where not nice about it. Trip to McDonalds this afternoon, two Big Mac meals and a happy meal to go. This particular McDonalds does not provide napkins or straws in the lobby and have to ask for extras at counter. Come On everyone knows how sloppy a Big Mac is! Asked for a reason straws and napkins are no longer in lobby and was told it is a cost saving measure. Upon arriving home and unpacking our meals noticed ketchup packets which were not asked for. As I reached into the bag was met with not one Or two ketchup packet but 29 of them. Easily the worst McDonalds in the entire area. Every single time nothing is ready and you will have to pull ahead and wait. Nothing like 15 min waits and spending $35 on cold food. The best part is the manager who brings out the food offering no apology for the wait or the complete lack of organization. While there, every single car that was waiting was either brought the wrong thing or only part of their orders. I'd forgive this if it was a one time thing. But obviously it's every single time here. I suggest going to the KFC next door for better service and hot food. read more

I've had fries upside down in the bag etc after being ignored for a month while calling the 800 number the owner contacted me and offered a value meal at the McDonald's on Woodward by south Blvd. In Pontiac, he referred to it as his "inner city" store.... The staff at this McDonalds is more concerned with socializing with what appear to be non paying teenagers just hanging out than serving customers. It has happened enough times that I am taking the time to write the review. Unfortunately when I decided to bring it to a Managers attention, I realized he was the one front and center of the social circle.
