We've been to this Shake Shack before, but this visit was truly special. The staff, especially a woman who went above and beyond with every interaction, made it memorable. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the food arrived quickly, piping hot and delicious. I tried the Parmesan fries with aioli for the first time, and it was a hit. We'll definitely be back!

Two lettuce wrap burgers . One single one double

First take my review with a grain of salt. I do not eat fries or milk shakes. So I ordered two lettuce wraps. One single patty. One double patty version. Both with cheese. Made to order. Hot and fresh. Excellent, But burger to burger , not sure how different compared to 5 G's ? Smash B and others in the Battle of the Burgers. Again , excellent but how do they compare, maybe I am not one to rate it as I do eat their other offerings that maybe the difference that counts??

Shake Shack is one of my favorite places to grab a burger and shake! The food is so tasty and comes out pretty fast. I like the different seating options in the restaurant as well and it's never too crowded here.

I think in general Shake Shack is great. Yummy food, tasty shakes, and generally nice employees. It's great that this location was able to open up as I believe more and more are starting to pop up around the area. I love the variety of options they normally have to choose from when it comes to burgers/fries and their shakes. Last time I stopped in here with a friend I ordered the Shroom burger with a lemonade and it was pretty good! Now, I think I must have either terrible luck or there seems to be an overall shipment issue but this is the second time at this location where I've been told they aren't able to make any shakes. Of course when I'm told this I'm a little bummed as it's one of the main reasons to go but I don't cause a fuss as perhaps we are just going too late in the day. Aside from some items being unavailable, I still think this is a solid location.

My friends and I were visiting Michigan and luckily happened upon this Shake Shack location as we don't have it in Canada. The location was good, near a lot of shopping so it worked out well in our favour. The location had ample parking and a good amount of seating inside. The place got pretty busy but they had self checkout machines as well which made it go pretty quickly. The food was delicious as expected from Shake Shack. Got to try the Korean Fried Chicken, not necessarily my favourite but still not a bad option/variation for chicken. My friends got the Shack Burger and Smoke Shack, and those were excellent as well. Location is good if you're craving burgers and quite well maintained.

I just want to start by saying the food is a five out of five! Our goal is to visit all of the Michigan Shake Shack locations, and we were excited to see this location open. I had the shack stack with the mushroom and the burger. The burger was cooked well, the mushroom crispy and the cheese oozy, just the way I like it. I also added pickles, it was so good. I also got the cheese fries, delicious. I love to also dip it in their top notch ketchup, and some mayo, their food is the best. We normally share fries, but not this time, we really all wanted our own and nearly finished them all. I like the space, it has some cute cartoonish food poster decorations and some good seating. it is very small and narrow, but probably a perfect and efficient space. There is also some seating outside for warmer months. As stated in other reviews, some of the issues revolve around pacing and the time it takes to get out the food. Now I understand a few things, I think this location is new, so they will work out the bugs and possibly get faster. They have a drive-through, so with that, in person ordering, kiosks, plus mobile ordering, they will definitely get backed up in the kitchen. I do not mind if I am not in a rush (I wasn't) and the food is the right temperature for what I ordered, (which the food was but not the dessert). Another issues was with some rowdy customers. There was a group of people who were not just loud (that is not an issue for us) but taking the chairs and slamming them periodically on the floor which can be jarring for certain people and taking out speakers and blasting their music. I could see the individuals who worked here noticed, but they did nothing. Another customer had to talk to them about picking up and slamming chairs on the ground and blasting music. The customer was polite and they stopped. But the real issue for the lower score was that the family ordered two milkshakes and a float. While it look a long time to prepare (understandable with so many customers) they frozen treats did not all come out at once and the ones that did sat out and melted while they waited for the complete order. They could have given them to us as they were prepared, or like at the Rochester location, put them in a cooler until they were all prepared. So the family was left with not so thick and melted milkshakes and floats. We did not say anything we just drank them and left. One family member proclaimed to like the Rochester location the best, it is really well managed and they are on top of the food, plus I appreciate the cooler they use to keep the frozen treats frozen. We may come out here again, but I know there is at least one more location to visit for now.

When I'm in NYC I like to stop at Shake Shack on 8th Ave. for a late night shake or malt. I was eating at the establishment next door and thought I should grab a strawberry malt for the ride home. Went through the drive thru about 5 cars in front me. I got to the place to order and a polite voice greeted me with a welcome to Shake Shack how can I help you. So we ordered our shakes and it didn't take it that long to get our shakes. My strawberry malt was excellent. Was not disappointed. It made for a nice ride home.

Great presentation, but everything else was pretty unimpressive especially for $11+ for a single patty burger and fries (no combo options). The fries were the best part. The burger was very plain and dry. I was excited to try their sauce, but there was so little I couldn't taste it. I appreciate that the meat is supposed to be steroid and antibiotic free though.

Food is always fresh and hot. We had burgers and a hotdog, which were all good. The cheese fries were amazing. Workers are very nice too.

The staff was so friendly and working so hard cooking what looked like super fresh chicken. It tasted even better this weekend. I love the spicy fried chicken the most with adobo rice and spaghetti. The gravy was not my favorite the first time, but so good now and the biscuit was my second fav to Popeyes being first, but still fluffy and buttery. And while I tell you it was fast and fresh service, it was prime time dinner time on a weekend, and the long lines did not slow anyone down, they seemed to have worked out all of the bugs. I love the pineapple drink the most, but the kids got some refreshers, and I love that they still have those fun drinks, I got one the time before. I would love to see an expanded dining room, but I would also love to see more metro Detroit locations. I bet Novi would be a great spot to open, I will be your customer! People love it here so I bet it would do well if more opened. Since this seems to be a claimed page, just putting my plea to open more locations. I would also love to see Jollibee serve the palabok noodles in Michigan as well.

Have I never written a review here? Let's change that right now…read more.. I have visited here a handful of times in the past. I prefer this location over one that is much closer to my residence. This trip, I ordered online through their Android app. I was able to select my meal quickly and schedule a time for pickup. Once I arrived I scanned the counter as I passed by to wash up before dining. Yep, my order was ready and waiting (about 1:45pm). As I entered the restroom, I noticed that it could use some attention. The sink area was untidy, mirror could use a good cleaning and the sink looked as if it belonged out in a shop area somewhere. It really needs a good scrubbing! The paper towel dispenser was totally out of toweling. On to my meal ... I ordered a mixed 4 piece meal, spicy with an unsweet tea. Unfortunately, my tea was sweet - oh well. The rest of the order was correct. I liked their version of Cole slaw. Now, on to the chicken ... Popeyes served breaded chicken, heavily breaded chicken. You can literally take a bit and get a mouthful of breading, no chicken. Sometimes I don't bite too hard, just in case there is a bone hidden inside. Okay, besides the breading, the chicken is cooked well, but still moist and tender. The spice level is about perfect for my taste. My final portion of the meal was there biscuit. As usual, it was tasty, not overcooked. Overall, had the restroom been clean, this review would have been a 5 star. Offering a clean washroom for patrons it a must in my opinion. I will return.

She didn't look at me, nor was she friendly. If you don't know how to handle a simple job like this why are you in customer service? Just because they are all the way in the suburbs, the low class ghetto people somehow infiltrate good neighborhoods that have places like this. This is Sterling Heights, and I'm very disappointed.

Personally I am probably not coming back, but that does not mean you should not try it. We heard…read morethat a TX Chicken place was coming to Novi, so we decided to try an already established location. The parking lot was packed, but not for this place. For most of the time, it was empty and we were the only customers. A couple other parties did come in, but it was not as crowded as other big name chicken places. The décor was cute, but my husband was confused by what the actually theming was. Was it Houston? No clear direction. But it was eye catching. The people who worked here were mostly friendlyish, but the main person was super dry and not at all personable. It seemed like we were bothering this person even though she was fair and efficient. Just not friendly at all. The food was super expensive, especially for the portion size. The meal cost more than a typical sit down restaurant, especially for the experience, portion size, and the quality, and that's not okay. I guess I would rather have a sit down experience compared to this. I can go to our favorite Mexican restaurant for cheaper chicken and fries plus chips and salsa for less money. The fries were really good, well seasoned, crispy and thick. The cheese dipping sauce was really good, but pricy for the amount given. The house sauce was not bad, but the BBQ was just a brand name pre-made cut, and not a house sauce, surprising for a chicken place. And the syrup was also a pre-made cup, not a house made syrup for a place that wants to do waffles. The waffles were good, very sweet, seemed like a Belgian liege style, I would recommend it and they do offer a la carte waffles. The chicken sandwich was probably the best of the chicken. Both kids got the honey butter sauce. They were tasty, but so small for a $12 price a la carte, and even more with fries. The strips were disappointing. The chicken was not juicy enough and the actual chicken had very little flavor. We got plain, honey butter, mild and medium. The plain one did not have much flavor, even good seasoning to it. The mild and medium were red in color but lacked flavor. The lemonades were very good, but super expensive. Honestly, go to Shake Shack down the street, their lemonades are great and refillable, also larger and less expensive. Personally, Dave's Hot Chicken would be my go-to in the hot chicken category of fast food. And Shaquille O'Neil's chicken place is the place I would return to for a variety of options plus milk shakes. The shakes here were honestly too expensive to try even though they looked good. Since parking was limited, I imagine most people were at Panda next door, where the prices are better and the portions are bigger. Plus there are so many wing a strip places around us, I would need an amazing experience to come back soon and this was unfortunately not it. But, if you are a hot chicken fan, give this place a try and see for yourself.
