On Thursday March 1st around 545pm, I was in McDonald's. It was VERY busy. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get 3 shamrock shakes. There was only one cashier. I heard a customer in front of me say something to the manager that was on duty. I heard the manager say something abt being short ppl. Now I know as a manager if you are short ppl that you should help on register. Well he didn't til I got up there. Then he waited on me and walked away. He wasn't doing anything but walking around. On March 9th, I was in there around 1130am. Once again it was busy. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. I get my food and they put it on a tray. It was to go. I was going through the drive through, being all nice and asking for my order like anybody else would, and I wanted a diet coke, because one of my passengers in the car is a diebetic, so I needed that set aside from the other cokes, they handed me one and said it was diet, but it was weird because they didn't mark the cap diet, regardless I handed the coke to the diabetic the diet coke, and they said that the coke didn't taste diet, so we had to look for the diet, and we couldn't find it. A typical McDonald's but tell me why the drive-thru always takes so long? Word of advice? Put up a big sign on the menu board telling everyone that you don't accept food stamps. Went there on 11-3-17 and was disgusted! The place looked like the city dump exploded inside, not one table was clean, food all over the floors and tables and the trash cans where so over full that it was pouring out on the floors. It looked like it could have been a place where rats and roaches would strive in and a real good place to catch food poisoning or a good case of ecoli. The play area and the bathrooms where just as bad. Also you had an employee licking her fingers after touching the fries so we left with out ordering nothing and won't never go back. read more

I went there the other night on my lunch break! It was dead. It still took 15 mins for my food. Ok whatever right? It happened to be the "night time manager" she was super rude very unfriendly! She about threw the food my window. Her attitude was worse than her actions. Maybe a course refresher on costumer relations would help her a little. The cashier had her finger in her nose, up to the knuckle, while taking the order in front of me. The whole time!! My order didn't get read back at all and was wrong. It was corrected promptly by the staff after the classy cashier told them that I, the customer, forgot to tell her. Burnt nuggets. Burnt burger. Cold, old fries. Like the other person said how are you asking for $15 an hour? My last order from there had cheese on a burger when it was specifically said no cheese. This time today had cheese again when it was written in 4 places no cheese. Learn to read you idiots. One of our burgers was missing completely. How effing hard is it to make a damn burger. Hello, I am currently at McDonald's and I asked (politely) for some soda lids because they are currently out, and she kinda looks at me (kinda chubby, ponytail, and glasses) at October 19th 2018, at around 10:20pm, I was waiting for the kids for my drink and when she finally came back from the back she wouldn't even glance my eyes so I had to go back to my table, less than pleased with my visit, she was too busy talking with her friends then even take the next person in lines order, I would suggest to either fire her or atleast get some better employees at the night shift where there is no manager then throw her back into training.. thank you, and if I see change I will change this review to a more positive review read more

Suck's that this McDonald's is the only McDonald's with a play area, if it wasn't for the play area this place would probably be out of business. The workers here don't wear hair nets (half of them have long Justin Beiber hair). I have seen a worker fixing her hair right by the fries area, the people who make the burgers would probably get the orders right if they weren't goofing around half of the time they are making the food. This place always looks so dirty specially the play area, the floors in the play area looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks! The bathroom located in the play area always stinks and the toilet bowl looks like it hasn't been washed in god knows how long. Place is gross! Would rate 0 if I could this place is a joke I wanted to have my sons birthday here and I called 2 days prior and spoke with a gentleman named Tim about my sons birthday because I wanted to know if you could bring outdoor food in or if you had to buy their food Tim was extremely nice he said they had no rules against outside food that we could bring anything in I asked if pizza was fine he said yes and wished my son a good birthday, I came in with my guest to set everything up and one of the workers i don't know if she was a manger or if she was jusut a regular worker but she did not have a name tag on and was extremely rude and told my guest that we could not bring the pizza in and that if we did no one was to eat it she then came over to us telling us. That they don't allow outside food they only allowed snacks so I explained to her we called in ahead of time and asked and spoke to tim about outside food and he said it was alright she then says "I don't know why Tim would tell you that but no we don't allow that since we offer this space for free we expect you to buy our food " like for 1 I just spent $30 on pizza I'm not going to turn around and waist $30 and spend even more money on McDonald's. I had no issue buying McDonald's food I had plans on it until I spoke with Tim about it bc I figured pizza is more of a birthday party food then McDonald's is.... we ended up leaving and doing the party els where since the lady that was throwing a fit would not leave us alone even after we told her we where told we could like it's not our fault I guess we where lied to talk it up with your worker not us so if you have plans on throwing a party here I suggest go elsewhere read more

I've never been to this McDonald's and had my order given to me correctly on the first try. There have even been a few times when I get a completely different meal than what I asked for. I don't even consider this 'fast food' by the time I have to get my food fixed; I've gotten into the habit of just checking my order as soon as I get it at the window when I go here. Staff seems unpleasant and unprofessional every time I have to tell them my food has been given to me incorrectly. There was even an instance where I could hear the other employees in the background complaining that I came back. read more
