I'll start with the staff are very friendly, with fairly quick service. I mobile ordered and sat down to wait only just a few minutes. The place seemed clean. The salsa bar needed tending to but people had just been using it. Anyways, the food.... I ordered the Philly griller and it was definitely not what I received. I got sloppy taco burger in a small burrito shell with onions & peppers. Very unappealing. I also ordered the home wrecker bowl, it looked delicious, though it lacks flavor. The rice seems u seasoned even though I ordered seasoned rice. Even the guac had no flavor. It's just disappointing because I chose moes over chipotle today. I was hoping for better. Nay, Food was ok here. I was not very happy. My first time here and we had high expectations on the place. My girlfriend is not a big fan of this type of food. The only reason I am giving a two stars is because the food was good. However, the restaurant itself was in very much need of a cleaning. The floors were so slippery. You could not get traction to walk anywhere. Trash cans were overflowing. I have seen better restrooms and clean restrooms and Third World countries and truckstops. Being vegetarian i ordered 'Art Vandalay' burrito that's like Starbucks coffee size - name millennium lingo so you look cool ordering . Selection of fresh veggies such as diced onions, cucumbers, corn medley, chopped green peppers and salsa , rice ,black beans and side of fresh chips. Much better choices then chipotle franchise on hot medium salsa condiments any day:) read more

BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANT EATING EXPERIENCES my family and I have had in a long time. The customer service was above reproach!!! So patient with my 12 year olds buying their own burritos and nachos! They even went above and beyond and checked to see if there was cream soda in the back because they were out. Unfortunately they were out, but came by our table and addressed my 12 year old as he was the one that had asked about it. ALL of the employees were so nice. I would give more stars if I could! This was my first time going to Moe's and Bayyy-beeee This particular location in Watertown was very clean. Parking is readily available (next door is Cold Stone--- LookAtGawwwd). I ordered a bowl with the tortilla on the side. The steak and chicken were both well seasoned. I put a load of things on and honestly did not need any extra sauce but I tried the southwest jalepeno on the side vinegarette which was also very good. The service was fast and friendly. There are quite a bit of military people in the area so the cashier made sure to offer the discount which I thought was nice. My total came to about 12.00- not the best but far from the worst. The steak you get at 9 was probably cooked at 7 because they don't want to spend 5 min cooking steak more often so it's fresh. When entering the door you are greeted with a 'Welcome to Moe's' call. The staff a friendly and helpful, especially, when you are unfamiliar with the ordering system. Which isn't complex but with the availability of fresh toppings seems a little daunting at first. There is a lot of good food here to enjoy and for me a highlight is their Queso Sauce and Salsa Bar with multiple selections of salsa and salsa verde. Top it off that this location has the newer Coke dispensers that let you mix flavors and this is a really fun place to grab a bite to eat. 'Welcome to Moe's' indeed. You get a lot more for your money than Chipotle, and I found Chipotle bland and the atmosphere was very industrial and rushed. On top of that there is no free salsa bar. read more

I love Moes and this location delivered great, quick service and even better it was a "Moe Monday" so my burrito bowl was only $6.99! The portions are huge and the toppings options are always fresh tasting. I love getting the chicken burrito bowl with cilantro lime rice and queso is always a must! The chips are always salted to perfect and again queso and guacamole for dipping is definitely a must have. The salsa bar is fun to try different types of salsa - I love that I don't have to pick one right away and can try a few. read more

I like the freshness of the food at Moes, but I don't really like that my food is cold when I finally get it as they put the rice, beans and meat on it and then you have to wait 10 mins for the rest of the toppings as they are always backed up. I ordered a small burrito with meat, queso and shredded cheese. They made me a burrito with no cheese. Just meat. Seriously? First timer, but left a great impression. I got the nacho bowl and it was amazing! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, definitely a great place to bring family. The only con I could say about my experience was the cashier just assumed I wanted a large drink and charged me it, but I just took the drink anyways. Got to try the sprite cherry from that mistake. I typically order some kind of vegetarian quesadilla or similar item off the menu, and am a huge fan of their chipotle sauce for both my taco and my tortilla chips. The guacamole is amazing, the food is great and I love the salsa. We go as often as we can. And if there is ever a problem ask for the manager Jay. He is the best. Unfriendly. What happened? Moe's was great when it first opened but the service has seen a sharp decline in quality. The once friendly personas have been replaced with a miserable brood more keen on their next 15 minute break then stuffing your taco. I gave Moe's a shot twice in the past week because I was seriously craving a chicken club. Each visit left me feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. One employee actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to repeat what he said and I'd missed. The only thing rolling in casa de Moe's should be my burrito.
