I am a manager for fast food and if my employees acted like these ones do none of them would have jobs. And the GM that runs that store is a huge joke. I've never had a good experience here. Service is always extremely slow regardless of time or business. Business says it's open 24 hours but you come after 9 and it's closed. This place used to be good and now it's beyond awful simply because I shouldn't be waiting a half hour for a couple mcchickens and fries. GAAAAAARBAAAAAAAGE! Sat at the intercom for like 2 minutes. Literally had to back up and drive up to the other intercom because I thought that wasn't working. Nope! Told the worker that I didn't think the intercom was working. She said "no it's working. I told them to take your order. I don't know why they didn't." Every time I order from this place, I never get what I ordered. I don't know why so many stupid people work in one place at the same time, but I'd rather trust a child to make my orders than these people. McFlurry machine is constantly down. I wish I could give zero stars! VERY slow service and bad customer care. I had to drive off even after paying for food I ordered so would not be late for work. I tried to call to get my refund and no one answered. When I went back to explain to the manager, NO apologies or come back again. Just gave me my money.... I'm the one who said thank you. We just left- if I could leave 0 stars, I would. My husband, sister, my 3 year old daughter and 3 year old niece came here to escape the rain and grab a quick bite. We sat at a clean table near the door. It took 20+ minutes for a small order of some drinks and kids meals. There were several kids in the restaurant that were joking with employees (I'm unsure of whether or not they work there, or are just friends with some employees). After my husband got irritated that he couldn't get a shake after waiting so long, the employee said he could upgrade. Then he came back to tell us that he didn't have the ingredients for the upgrade. My husband asked for a pop and a credit for the price adjustment- which they did give, even though a manager didn't take the time to speak with him. My sister informed my husband and I that the employees were laughing at my husband and telling each other "not to apologize to rude a** customers" while she was waiting for her order. Shortly after, I realized that there was an OPEN CONDOM (not sure if used or unused) that had been thrown onto our table, in between my daughter and I. We promptly threw it in the garbage and asked for a manager. Absolutely disgusting. The manager on duty told me he didn't have access to the cameras and called the GM who told me that they would contact me tomorrow. I will not be back to spend money here but will certainly follow up with the GM tomorrow. This is unacceptable. read more

Yet again, they packed my order wrong. Egg McMuffins rather than the Sausage McMuffins that I ordered, paid for and were clearly on the receipt. They didn't care. Just "OK, let me get you those" They didn't apologize for my inconvenience of driving home, finding the wrong food and having to return. in fact, no apology or admission of a mistake. I was treated like an inconvenience by Ebony who said she was a manager. They have got my order wrong 6 out of 8 times in the past month. HEY FRANCHISE OWNER!!! PERHAPS YOU SHOULD SPEND SOME TIME HERE TRYING TO FIX THE PLACE. Maybe Corporate has a class or adviser that you can utilize. I have been to this McDonald's several times because it's across the street from my bank for breakfast I'll be leaving the bank I would go there to get breakfast and I did and 1028 2000 I ordered two sausage McMuffin's and a hash brown and a big breakfast my whole order was wrong I got two sausage and egg McMuffin's three hashbrowns and pancakes with my big breakfast which I did not order and was charged $13 and some change I repeated my order two times to the lady that was taking orders that morning and I actually read the order back to her again the second time she said all right got it and read it back to me when I got home everything was wrong this is not the first time this is happened at this McDonald's or the one on Wayne Road in Palmer McDonald's doesn't seem to care about their customers anymore they give them whatever they want to give them and that's what they get very dissatisfied I will never go back there again. read more

I went through the drive thru around 11:55 ordered my food and I told her I wasn't done ordering my food and she gave me very bad attitude. I was told to move to spot number one, waited until 12:35 and I still didn't get my food. The people in spot number 2 received there food before me, so I had to go inside. And what do you know! My food was just sitting in the landing zone. I received it with an attitude and none of my sauce or utensils were in there my food was cold. I will never be back to this McDonald's. This McDonald's location is the worst I've ever been to. We didn't even get food this time, but went through the drive thru and ordered 1 large coke and 1 large iced tea. Pretty simple, right? We were at the window waiting about 5 minutes after we paid and someone came and asked "what did you order?" We told them. They handed us the drinks, and the iced tea cup felt warm and clearly had no ice in it. I'm assuming that it was warm because it was freshly brewed. So we just asked for a small cup of ice. The girl at the window said "The next time you come here, ask for this from the person when you order instead of holding up the line like you are right now." I simply said that I would have asked ahead of time if I had known there was not going to be any ice in the iced tea. I have never bothered to rate any fast food restaurant on yelp, but there is just no need to treat customers this way, especially after we patiently waited over 5 minutes for 2 drinks. I have been here on multiple occasions and as a picky eater that has worked in fast food am usually pretty patient and understanding. I order my fries well done because I don't appreciate French fries that are limp and mushy. I usually have to send them back more times than not, employees think I only want fresh when requesting well done. I'm not mad about that, I'm used to it and simply send it back stating again that I'd like them well done please. A manager at this location argued with me that I should have said crispy the first time because well done means fresh... I tried to politely explain that well done means to cook longer and apologize for the confusion but she had an attitude and was very rude to me during this encounter I'm done with this location as this one sided argument went on for several minutes along with several other issues in the past.
