It has a shelf life of 5-7 days on average. Of course, you want to eat salads, wraps or sandwiches first. Most all dishes come with veggies, often replacing normal pasta with veggie noodles. Dressings are homemade and it's quality ingredients. Many meals start at $5, some a bit less and it gets more. If eating healthy is a priority but you don't always have tome to cook you've got to give them a try! Oh and if you have questions they are super quick to respond on their Facebook page!
