listen let me start off by saying that i do usually get good food and experiences from this mcdonald's, so I can't give it a low low rating but tonight was really rough. First of all i was the only one in the drive through it was 10:40 at night. I pull up to the drive thru and understandably they need a minute maybe something is going on inside. However i don't get a huge order just a 10 piece nugget meal. I sat there for 15-20ish minutes. Never had the window open to pay nothing just sat wondering if i was going to get my food. No one was at the counter inside either i could see it. I finally get my food and i drive 2 minutes home from this location. Me and my fiance go to start eating the fries and nuggets and they aren't hot at all. Like warm and some on the brink of cold. It almost seems like they made it and let it sit. The fries were so overcooked one was hard enough when i went to bit it cut open my top gum... Love you usually mcdonald's but this was rough. read more

Standard order: Double cheeseburgers with 10 pickles. I had to educate the person taking the rider that 'Xtra pickle', which was showing on the screen only gets one extra pickle, and that typically this has to be input as a special request. They changed it. However... when I checked the order, because it felt light in the hand, only 1 extra pickles. I sent it back. The manager grabbed it and slammed it down with a sour face. I sent word back to remake it because if you just put more pickles on it, by now many people have handled the food and it will by the time I get it, be COLD! They remade it, handed it back. I checked again, because it still felt light. Now the pickle count was up to six. Still we can't count to 10, and now the food is very barely room temp WARM! I handed it back and demanded a refund. The manager finally got there with my whole $3.23, and when I informed her that I shouldn't have to ask for it TWICE, and get it wrong BOTH TIMES, she claimed she stood there and watched the cook count to 10. Really, honey? Doubtful, then, that you can count too. Waste if time,and money and effort- ALL the way around! This store smells like the employees look. Dirty and funky butttt. I never eat here and feel bad for all the dashing orders coming through here. Very often will you see the employees outside on their smoke break right next to the door and as soon as break is over, they walk straight in and start fixing your order like nothing. read more

We spent 36 minutes in the drive thru this evening!!! After ordering on the app and having already paid for the food, I didn't feel like we could leave the drive thru line and go somewhere else. I've been eating at this McDonald's since the early 90's and feel like it's gotten consistently worse every time I've visited over the last 3-4 years. I won't be back, ever. The place is disgusting!! If I could put zero stars I would! I went through the drive through after midnight and my order was all old food (almost $20 order) there were lots of cars in line aswell. Anyways my food looked like it ways days old I didn't even end up eating it I threw it away. When I called in the morning they told me to bring receipt in and hung up in my face. When I showed up with receipt the manager tells me they can only do cash returns within the same day kind you I came after midnight so it was the same day! She refused to give me my money back and that she could only remake the food. So I said fine even though I was already pissed off and then my reorder was just as nasty. You guys have pretty good food, but you promote diabetes. You aren't helping the economy, and your salad has more calories than a Big Mac. Maybe put something of the menu that is more healthy? Hands-down the worst service ever. This location always messes up our order, even and most especially when I do the mobile order. How in the world can a mobile order be wrong when they have it written down in front of them? We have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for the food and although it tastes fine, half of the time they don't have the Mc Café drinks that I have even ordered. I would not go to this location but the other ones are so far from me and this one is just most convenient. Today we ordered a happy meal and I chose fries and apple slices for my son on the mobile order. When we got home, of course there were two containers of fries and no apple slices. This happens every single visit. The restaurant itself is clean and they have remodeled a couple of times in just a few years. We stopped for a cheeseburger and a drink (the most basic meal on the menu--which we found out isn't even considered a meal anymore) and we literally stood there waiting for 25 minutes with at least 6-7 other people waiting and the workers kept getting people's order wrong. They definitely don't know what they're doing here...some were literally tripping over themselves dumping trays full of fries onto the ground, but didn't have enough time to clean it up because they were already so far behind. The manager was disrespectful when someone didn't get everything in their Happy Meal and she neglected to say a word to anybody who had been waiting as long (or longer) than we had. There chicken is subpar. There fries are soggy and too potatoy. Ronald McDonald stares creepily at me reminding me that satutes are alive. I see him in my nightmares Ronald please don't hurt me. There burgers are small and not made of cow meat or China. This makes me sad. The workers there are like potatoes yummy and full of fun.
