Still wondering how my order took 15 minutes. Despicable service for sub-par food...

My husband and I are usually night owls, he works the night shift. We ordered around 1 am a couple nights ago at the Wellington, Ohio McDonalds since they are open 24 hrs. After starting to eat our fries, they tasted old and we thought they would be fresh because he had waited for the fries in the waiting parking lot. Then I had my triple cheeseburger which tasted like it had been sitting out for hrs, it was slopped together with no onion, 1 pickle, ketchup and old tasting cheese (I ordered the toppings that a regular cheeseburger would have on it, but didn't have) after I started eating my 2nd cheeseburger, I could not finish, this food just tasted sooo old and off. When my husband ate his chicken nuggets, he said that 3 out of the pack he ordered were spoiled, so he couldn't eat those pieces. Just a couple minutes after I stopped eating my food, I felt so nauseous, had bad heartburn indigestion and my body was boiling like an oven with shaking, I knew immediately that my body was fighting something bad. My husband had mentioned that he had a tummy ache and when he was picking up our order, the lady that brought the food out gave him a strange look. I will NEVER TRUST any food or service from this McDonalds again, I would rather save the money and make our own burgers and other food. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Wellington, Ohio

Slow service. Food is standard like all McDonalds. Took my kids recently for nuggets and fries. Had to wait in line about 20 minutes and then when we got to the window to get our food they were still waiting on fries. It was Friday during dinner rush but seemed a bit long for fast food. read more

Long waits, worst customer service. After a long wait I had to leave without my order and was refused a refund.

This McDonald's location has self order kiosks which takes away from having employees take your order. There was a lady standing in the lobby to assist anyone who needed it with the kiosk. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate which was a choice on the kiosk, then as I'm waiting for my meal I hear someone yelling asking who sold the peppermint hot chocolate because they don't have that this year. I spoke up and said it was mine and I ordered it on the kiosk. I had no problem taking a regular hot chocolate instead, but I am disappointed it was offered in the kiosk when they don't carry it. My sandwich was made correctly (I always ask for no cheese) which doesn't happen very often. I also ended up with a large hot chocolate when I only ordered a medium. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant is clean. It looks like it just recently went through renovations. read more

McDonald's - Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Wellington, Ohio

Ordered breakfast at 10:20 online and arrived at 10:26 waited for 15 minutes before I got to the speaker and was told they didn't have McMuffins and that they could only give me my frappe and asked if I wanted lunch instead. What I wanted was my breakfast that I expected to be made before hand for a quick grab and go. The fries here are nasty they taste reheated and never fresh in the 20 + times coming here I only had fresh fries once. The drive through is always slow and some workers have an attitude which is understandable at times but I wish they wouldn't take it out on the customers by shoving their food at them. read more

If you like WAITING ford your FAST FOOD this is the place they never seem to be perpared no matter what time of day it is. Absolutely terrible. read more

manager Kelly is rude and ignorant gave my food to somebody else after I waited over 25 mins for a mobile order then got an attitude with me for being angry like I was wrong then proceeded to offer me a job when I refused because I'm business owner she was rude saying she doubts I'm a business owner the whole thing just redicious and and she should not be working in customer service. read more

The worst McDonald's in America. They don't greet you when you pull up. They don't say please or thank you when you pay. When you finally get to the "2nd" window they have you pull up to a waiting parking place so others can get through the line while you wait. I used to think it was because I ordered the Quarter Pounder because it's supposed to be cooked fresh but no... today I ordered a burger and fries (you know, what makes them McDonald's) and I had to pull forward and wait again. The Manager brought my food out and it was cold. Now, if I had to wait for them to make it, how is it cold? The fries toasted like they've been sitting around for a while and the burgers were over cooked and cold. There are plenty of McDonald's in this area so I would not recommend going to this one. It's worth the extra drive time to go somewhere friendly. You know any other McDonald's in America. read more

Slow as can be and they even mess your food up when there is no rush at all. You could be waiting 10 minutes and be the only one in line, yet the food still gets messed up. read more

The manager, Sam, was very rude to my friends and they did nothing wrong. When one of my friends went to apologize to her to be the bigger person, she ignored my friend. Horrible attitude. Food also takes forever to come out at night when they aren't busy. Definitely do not recommend!! read more

manager cherokee said i had an ugly face. it was very hurtful but the fries were very good. i think she was the love of my life.

Ordered a dinner box and a mcdouble and it took 20 minutes to get and we get home and the burgers are burnt. Highly highly disappointed. Come in Wellington McDonalds you can do better then that!! read more

To address the previous review below, I think Sam is a very nice manager! My boyfriend and I used to frequent this location every night because we worked nightly delivering papers and we personally think she's very nice and always gets our order correct! I'm pretty sure when "reviewing" a business, It doesn't mean you need to falsely bash someone. That's rude and no one is going to take your review seriously if that's the case. Horrible bathrooms. I would expect a national chain to have a Standard. If this is the standard then that is sad. Go elsewhere to get your food. You might get sick here if their kitchen is as clean as their bathrooms. Horrible. read more

Pretty good car dealership, smells like greasy food everyone is nice but get confused when you ask for certain cars and the prices al really cheap $20.99 and under that's not bad a found a 1999 Cameron in the parking lot I still have it I get pulled over a lot but runs good I do recommend this car dealership to others, even tho it smells like open grease read more

approached your drive thru around 12:30am ordered two big mac meals and a mcchicken sandwich the meals inxluded orange soft drinks. Since when did sliced carrots become part of the big mac and mcchicken line of sandwixh. Being allergic to carrots I hate to inform you that I experiencdd unannounced carrots slices on both big macs and my mcchicken. Thankfully I checked my sandwiches before eating them otherwise id of been in a complete and utter mess as carrots cause me an allergic reaction. I've also dealt with the man who was working the drive thru multiple times and he was rather rude and inpollite. read more
