I order from drive thru about once a month. Usually a number 1 which clearly states on the menu board that a number 1 or any meal comes with a medium fry and drink. Without fail I'm asked if I want a medium or large. I repeat what is on the sign back to them. Tonight I asked for a number one and was asked not only if I wanted the meal but again what size I wanted. What is the point off having the menu board say exactly what comes with the meal if you have to jump through hoops and questions about the meal? Just give me what I ask for! And somehow I still had an upcharge that I have to investigate further. read more

Wish i could do 0 stars. The AC was not working so it was extremely hot and their was no one taking orders. after we took our order at the kiosk it took 30 minutes for us to get our food. While standing up front waiting for the food i noticed a certain employee with long blonde hair yelling and arguing with his co workers. he was not wearing gloves while making the burgers and was going very slow on purpose. People from the drive through had to come inside to get their food after waiting 30 minutes in line and had to wait even longer for their food inside. We went through drive through, we were told to pull up, there were 3 cars in front of us, one got mad and drove away. We waited 26 minutes for a cheeseburger meal. I actually had to go in and ask about it. It was cold, fries were not full. The girl said they were short handed but it didn't look like it. But it was total chaos in there. So we need something quick on a Saturday afternoon because we were in a time crunch so of course McDonald's is right next-door to everything and that's what my family want it. I got an order messed it up gave the wrong food and the fries were bland and dry i could barely get them down without a drink some people didn't look like they didn't know what they were doing. During the morning and evening are good but by around 5 is when is to be the worst service. read more

We stopped into the drive thru for a latte, strawberry-banana smoothie, coke slushy, a Coke Zero. When we pulled around to order, we were informed they couldn't do special coffee. Then we ordered the smoothy and that's machine was down for cleaning. So then we subbed a strawberry-lemonade slushy. When we pulled around, we were given a watermelon slushy, a Diet Coke, no coffee, and wrong soft drink. What exactly do you have to do to get what is advertised available?! It's a growing problem with McD. Either their machines are unavailable, or the workers don't want to have to clean them so they tell customers they are down. Unacceptable service. read more

We stop here once maybe twice a week because it's "convenient" and almost every time we are asked to pull around the front of the building to wait for our food. Our order is only a couple of burgers and fries. No special instructions. They never have anything ready and it's usually at least a 20 minute wait. read more

We drove through to get breakfast. The lines weren't too bad for a Sunday morning. We had to remind them for creaklmer and sugar for my coffee. I typically wouldn't review McDonalds. I mean, it's McDonalds so most people know what to expect. My son likes their pancakes so we will get them if we are out and about sometimes. When we walked into this McDonalds, it just felt different! Clean and modern, even the bathrooms. We were cheerfully greeted when we entered. I know-What?! Beyond the greeting, the employees chatted with us and seemed to enjoy working there. The only ding I could give was that the drink station/ketchup area needed attention. Who knows, maybe they just had not had the time yet. Located near the French Lick Resort and West Baden, a great option for kids because my son doesn't eat enough to justify purchasing the hotel buffet. read more

BUT they instantly you pull to the window EVEN if there's no one behind you, they have you pull up into the parking lot:( 2 weeks ago and they had me do that there was no parking so I had to go to the other side of the lot we felt sorry for the poor boy trying to find which cars belong to which food. Complete management failure!! So I go there today same thing happens lady comes out with somebody else's food asked me if it's mine goes the next car goes the next car, no these last two times my meal has been completely wrong! I asked and employee they said it's their New employer is a rule that nobody could wait at the window!! Now, often McDonald's is a good fast food place. But sometimes, they will mess up my order. I ask for a Diet Coke, then make sure it's Diet Coke. I pull up to get my drink, it's a Coke. Not Diet. It gets worse, they make you pull up very often. Not only that, but the longest I've waited was 20 minutes. The shortest amount of time was 5 minutes. I was an out of town guest in Bedford and thought that I couldn't go wrong stopping at Mickey D's for a late night meal. The quarter pounder with cheese that I was served was just a burnt, rubbery patty with only a drop of mustard and ketchup.
