i honestly have never been more upset with an experience. they are rude and never get anyone's food right. they always talk about the vaping in the lobby but i would like to say i have seen almost every single worker vaping in the lobby and even the bathroom as well as smoking marijuana. they say we loiter when all we are doing is eating our food that they can't even get correct. another thing is we have been asked for CIGARETTES by the workers. whenever we order it takes at least an hour to 30 mins for the food to come out and when it does it's still cold not even fresh. they constantly up the prices of things when we get to the counter. the workers themselves have admitted to vaping and smoking weed in the back . sometimes lying about the ice cream machine and how old the fries are (the workers have told us that they do let the fries sit over time even when they are not supposed to). there is constantly fights i have seen multiple arguments back and forth from workers over the counter and with customers. people constantly sell marijuana at this place (especially the ones who ride bikes nothing electric). i have NEVER been so upset at the general manager change as well the whale heather the new general manager has now recently rejected me for a job she told me i DEFINITELY had i have the message of me being hired and have bought my shoes and everything and she had RESCHEDULED my orientation when i was told by my friends that work here that she had plenty of time to get off the floor and come do it with me because she was just sitting in her office on her phone. only workers that are nice are Celeste Shelly and Bree Hollon and they actually know how to do their job correctly so DO NOT. Every single time I go through the drive thru I get told to pull forward and wait. Even it no one is behind me. Manager, Jen Till (so?) said it was because I am on a timer. Because they don't want the owner to know they are Not putting out orders as fast as their computer is tracking. read more

I stopped by this location for a quick burger at the drive thru. Not quick! I had to repeat my order twice. Extremely long wait in drive thru line. When I finally got my order, it was shoved out the window with the comment, "here sweetie, have a good day". A little too familiar for my taste. As to the food. The double cheeseburger was covered in catsup, inside and out. The fries were stone cold. Not just fried earlier but actually cold. Like they had been sitting for quite a while. Parking lot was a disaster. Construction being done and most of the lot was blocked by dumpsters and construction vehicles. I suggest that you avoid this location. I realize McDonalds isn't gourmet food, and actually the food was ok. The restaurant itself was a hot mess though. Not a peak time but the drive thru was snaked around the horribly configured parking lot and even inside everyone had ordered but it was standing room only with people waiting on their food. Things happen, I get it, but on top of all this the area behind the counter was a mess with half full cups, wrappers, napkins, and spilled ice cream. I'm assuming they were short staffed or something but with the amount of people Just standing back there waiting of food, someone could have cleaned up. Just not a good experience from a chain that I usually get decent service at. read more

Would not recommend this McDonald's. Been to this West Milton location several times over the years. They continually become worse with each visit, even under new management. Waited in line for 26 mins over the weekend to only be greeted with them turning off the signs and lights as we were ordering! The cashier stopped the transaction and decided they are now closed. No apologies were given and neither will be my money to this location ever again. read more

I wanted to get our order using a drive through experience. Isn't the drive through experience supposed to be the quicker way to get your order? Aren't you supposed to be able to handle the full transaction while waiting for a short time in your vehicle? Apparently some managers don't understand why a person wouldn't want to be told they should park and then come inside to give the manager more time to take care of a mistake that was their fault. Maybe they knew it would cost the customer more time, energy, trouble, and gas to park the auto and come in while the manager corrected the error. When an employee doesn't listen to the customer errors will happen. One large mistake was corrected before I got to the window. The first mistake was corrected when I noticed they were going to charge me too much for the things I had ordered. The second error was a smaller error (cost wise) but the employee couldn't repair that problem. The manager stood there smiling and acting as though she wasn't able to correct the error unless I parked the auto and came inside. When a manager doesn't know how to handle correcting simple transactions and the manager wants that little bit of chump change so badly they will not find another quick way to repair the problem then maybe it's time to stay away from that McDonald's in West Milton, Ohio for a while. If another friend or family member wants to give them a try I may go through that drive through to see if their service gets better. I don't have a personal desire to go there for a while. read more

If I could rate this lower I would. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They are constantly changing managers, and each new one is worse than the last. They don't train the employees worth a darn, the service is slow, the orders consistently messed up, they are constantly out of things. Just drive 10 more minutes to Tipp, Troy, Englewood, wherever. Don't give this location (it's a franchise store, and the owner gives even less of a hoot than the manager and employees do) any of your hard earned money. AVOID. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This place can never get an order right, the staff there shows nothing but pure laziness. Tried to go there for free fry Friday and the extremely rude customer "service" rep at the window wouldn't take my coupon and said "you should have told be before I cashed you out" when I tried to hand her my phone before my card. I am not sure what has happened with this Mcdonalds, a few years back it was ran a lot better and rarely had an issue, first of all something is happening with the second shift, no help in the back, what is that about. it could be a combination of things, I used to work at Mcdonalds in the 80's and the service was a lot better and it was ran more efficiently MCD has obviously changed the way things are done in the back and the way service is in the front, and now they have the order on your phone and the kiosk, that could be causing problems and way too much on the menu, it used to be so much more simple. If it is not getting help, I don't know what to say with that, the younger generation were a great asset when I worked at Mcd, they did their job. read more

They should start hiring better employees. I've been to a lot of McDonald's all over this country and this is probably one of the worst I've been too. Even worse than the slums of LA. I steer away from this location when I come back home because of the workers and I don't want some of the people in there making my food. I've heard a lot of bad things since I left my hometown. Grew up coming here. And through my 20 years their service has gotten worse. When you order anything for McCafe, they never have it or they "need to clean the machines". Or their menu is limited, then you have to wait for your order. I don't recommend coming here. Maybe it's time to put in a new restaurant. read more

Spent 160.00 on gift cards and they never loaded the cards so cards were given out at Christmas and couldn't be used...... Went back on the 24th do get them fixed only to be told the GM was unavailable and come back on the 26th cause the manager didn't know what to do about it. Waist my time and gas. I stopped in for breakfast this morning around 10:00am. No one was in line but I had to wait a couple minutes to be helped. The only reason I was helped is because someone eating at a table, I'm assuming it was a manager or the owner, told them someone was waiting and to take their order. Wait time was a little long but not too bad. When I get home I realized they didn't give me any hash browns. I've had stuff missing from my order multiple times at this location and this is last time I'll step foot in the McDonald's at West Milton Ohio. Order number was 149 if a manager or owner is smart enough to check reviews for their store so they can fix this issue that clearly is happening to many people judging by other reviews. read more

We have gone to this McDonalds on multiple times, and I almost always end up being asked to pull aside while my order is being completed. This morning, I had to pull over to wait on hash browns at breakfast. Normally it is for French fries. In addition to the wait, I did not receive any butter or syrup for pancakes. read more

Website (currently) listed location as being open until 4am. Arrive at 1:50am and all lights are on, ignored at drive thru until 1:55am then told "Sorry we're closed." Which is really the kind of abysmal experience I have come to expect over the years. Other fantastic memories include - being repeatedly stiffed on Apple juice for kids meal then asked for receipt proof upon returning (ALWAYS request receipt) - being charged for other people's meals - being flat out told by evening shift workers "I don't know how to work the McCafe machine" - my personal favorite, when they mistakenly make you a HOT latte but you asked for iced so they DUMP the scalding hot coffee over ice so you can enjoy a warm watery coffee (and then balk if you ask for an additional cup of ice) - empty box with no chicken nuggets in kids meal - Ice cream machine constantly broken down. I can honestly say this is the WORST McDonalds. Unfortunately this is the only fast food drive thru in the entire town, so if you're local prepare for disappointment. read more
