I would let whoever invented McDonald's personally rip out their own toenails with a rusty spork and sprinkle the clippings into my McFlurry--I'd still eat it with a smile. I don't care. I LOVE McDonald's. If Ronald McDonald himself asked me to fight a rabid raccoon for the last McNugget, I'd square up with no hesitation. If the original fry cook from 1955 crawled out of the grave and told me to lick ketchup off the soles of their shoes, I'd ask if they wanted me to supersize it. I would willingly be launched into the sun by the Hamburglar if it meant getting a hot and fresh Filet-O-Fish mid-flight. McDonald's could personally bankrupt me, ruin my credit score, and still get a 5-star Yelp review from me for those perfectly salted fries. Seeing the reviews under this is shocking. When I say this is the BEST McDonald's I have ever indulged in, it is not an exaggeration. The infrastructure itself was stunning; it was perfectly sized with big beautiful windows that illuminated the seats. There was a gorgeous light which accompanied our spectacular meal. Usually, for me, McDonald's is pretty sub-par, but at this location, it was like lightning in a bottle... Me and my partner got 2 double cheeseburgers for the price of one, furthermore, I took part in a vanilla cone. This was the first McDonald's ice cream that I had ever seen in real life due to the failing mechanics of their ice cream machine which seems to be a worldwide phenomenon. This feast was incredibly satiating and the lenient staff allowed us to order a shamrock McFlurry after which was just blissful. In conclusion, this restaurant demonstrates the kind of quality I am expecting from all McDonald's in the future. It set the bar higher than the Qatari phenom Mutaz Barshim could ever surpass in his jumping abilities. I'd recommend this to a friend, family member and even an enemy, as I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on such a life changing experience. read more

Abysmal. Thieves, too. Worst McDonald's that I've been to, anywhere in the country. Check your food, check your receipt (they will charge you wrong almost without fail, every time). I'm pretty sure this is (at least) the second time they've double charged me. Last time they gave me food without cheese on it, and after arguing they gave me a cash refund and I gave the food back but they short-changed me. This time they said at the second window that my card didn't go through at the first, on the second of two orders I got. Like an idiot I didn't pay attention and get a receipt from the first window for the second order. They're just a mess. Just, seriously, make sure you pay attention to everything and treat it as if you're interacting with a hustler on the street. read more

I've worked in fast food, and this was the dirtiest bathroom I've seen in a very, very long time.

Where do I begin? The restaurant was a mess. The bathroom was not clean to what I would expect from a McDonalds. One girl working the counter and the drive through. Waited 6 minutes before she said hello and then took our order. Sent the fries back because they were cold and hard. Fries were corrected but once to our veichle noticed the burger and the burrito were cold. Very disappointing experience. read more

This is by far the worst Mc Donald's I have ever been too. The first woman that waited on my elderly parents was rude and very impatient with them while they were trying to order. They settled for what she read back as their order (even though it was wrong!!!) they were afraid to correct her, she had already made them feel stupid and acted as if they were a bother!!! Then the cheeseburger we ordered "special" (just the burger and cheese) for my Grandson was served upside down with the cheese all stuck to the top of the upside down container, NO cheese on the burger whatsoever! I took the burger back to the counter opened it to show girl at the counter who was even more rude then the first, she grabbed the container, went to first rude girl to show her, I heard "oh my God" and eyes rolling from both of them, she came back with the now cold burger, and a cold piece of cheese thrown on top, handed it to me and walked away!!! These 2 should NEVER be dealing with the public, and should be at the very least written up, although if it were my company they wouldn't be working there one more minute We will never return to this McDonald's! Weve always had issues with this mcdonalds but today took the cake. I wouldn't even give it a star if I didnt have to in order to leave this review. We went thru the drive thru with my kids and ordered our food, got up to the window to pay and we had $100 bill so the lady at the register called the manager because she needed a code for a bill this big . The manager comes storming to the register- he goes by the name Kyle. He proceeded to be so rude to the other employee and called her stupid in front of us, with their window open. She told him call her stupid one more time so he said "stupid. You are stupid." We spoke up and told him that was rude and unnecessary- he slammed the window closed. Reopened it to give us change and had a shot eating grin on like he was up to no good. Instantly we decided against getting our food as we did not trust him at this point so we got up to the window where the food comes out and we just asked for our money back and told them we were appalled at his actions and how he treated his co worker in front of us. We were then told by another lady that nobody was being rude and to mind our own business- again, RUDE! they had us pull up where we waited another 10 mins for our money back and Kyle, the kid who called the first lady stupid was the one who came out to give it to us. We let him know my wife was on the phone with corporate and I told him that his job was at stake after that. He called me a white piece of trash and flicked me off IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! My wife spoke to corporate where she informed them he needed to be fired for not just the fact he treated his co workers badly but the customers and for his racist remarks. NEVER again will I step food in this mcdonalds until Kyle is gone. read more

Went through their take-out yesterday morning on my way to Thruway. Voice on speaker asked me to repeat my order five time "Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal. No coffee, medium oj" Five times we went back and forth. After I get on the Thruway and bite into my biscuit, bacon, cheese, eggs; lo and behold - no egg at all. Great service. read more
