They source as locally as possible, with their perch and other fresh fish coming straight from the fish market across the street. I had a hand-patted juicy beef burger topped with their homemade chili -- delicious. The curly fries are made in-house: they take a whole potato, spiralize it on the spot, and fry it fresh. They were outstanding! The owner also makes all the pies in-house, and everything we tried was super fresh.
