This place is a mess. It's a shame because the next closest is about 15-20 miles away. No matter what time of day, you are asked to pull in a spot and wait on your order. Please never stop here or anywhere in this shopping center. The staff is inattentive, insanely and bizarrely slow, and doesn't listen to your order, on top of being rude and unpleasant. We stopped at the second drive thru and watched three cars get their orders taken and move along in the line before anyone answered. The woman got our order wrong four times, Crystal, was really rude. We ended up not getting the correct order and had to go back. It took them forever to give us the rest of our order and the whole time kept saying things that implied everyone knows this employee is rude. read more

This appears to be a new restaurant with a two-lane drive-thru, electronic kiosks from which you can order, and a nice clean environment. The person who waited on us was very pleasant. Unfortunately that's where the pleasantness ended. Took quite a while to get out food, so we were soon out the door after that to get back on the road. When we started to eat our food, we found that the food was so carelessly put together that half the cheese was hanging out of each of our burgers. And there was almost no ketchup on them, even though we specifically asked for ketchup only. On top of that, both the burgers and the fries were cold. It was too late for us to turnaround to take the food back. If we had been in the restaurant, we certainly would have done so. I am hoping that this was a case of a new store with inexperienced staff. Otherwise, they spent a lot of $$ on a new, fancy restaurant that will be sure to fail in the long run. read more

absolutely terrible. i told the cashier about an issue with the receipt machine and she shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to make a rude remark back. i feel that if there is an issue with the kiosk receipts, it should be taken more seriously. if i could give this absolutely 0 stars i would. also it's incredibly disgusting. many tables were open but you can't even sit at them because they're covered in old food. read more

McDonald's I love them their food is so good and tasty I want to eat them for dinner everyday

first the person up front was very distracted. then I ordered simple 2 cheeseburgers plain , 6 nuggets small French fry and a bottled water. she told me after 15 minutes the burger meat was in hold . don't know what that means but the drive through order we're flying out the door. I had to ask is she could give me my bottle of water. then she has. burgers and niuggets afte 22 mini and says I know have to wait for fries . I said keep your fries. got to car and nuggets were the worst nuggets i have ever tasted old and cold and gross... TERRIBLE place I've been around I'm 60 so the worst . should close it down!!! read more

Zero stars would be more accurate. All customers in lobby were completely ignored after ordering and left waiting and wondering. Literally no staff would even come up front or glance back at anyone. 1:31pm on a Sunday placed a simple order inside for carry out. Took 15 minutes , not an exaggeration, I timed it after realizing other people there had been waiting a long time before us. One gentleman's order took 22 minutes and he had hungry kids. Another lady had to come up and complain because her elderly mothers hamburger was not fully cooked. A manager acting woman gave another man a refund because he had been waiting so long and his food hadn't even started being prepared yet. Drive through seemed to be rolling along and they had quite a few people in back working but it seems they were simply focused on drive through and ignoring all the inside customers. NEVER AGAIN! We travel through this area all the time but lesson learned!! read more

Constantly giving us cold food, burnt food, dry food... etc. John Ebert doesn't know how to properly hire management or cook staff at this restaurant. It's pitiful that all the fast food in Weston is garbage when all they have to do is follow the guidebook given to them by corporate. I think the employees should have to eat their breakfast lunch and dinner there so they would start cooking better. Do not stop here. Go across the street to Burger King. Stopped at 7:30 for a biscuit and it is rock hard. Orange juice is disgusting because it needs more syrup and less water. Save yourself the hassle of incompetent employees that can't get food out or correct. Poor guy in front of me didn't get his drink until after me because the employee tried to give him my nasty OJ. This is the slowest service I have ever had at a McDonalds! The bathrooms are disgusting, and out of supplies, ie toilet paper, and soap! There are also blow flies everywhere inside the facility. Hands down terrible. Waited 20 minutes for my order to be filled at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon! Finally I just asked for a refund. All we ordered was a happy meal for our son. read more

I stopped in here on my way to Pennsylvania today and was overwhelmed by the incompetence of the staff here. The order was for a Fish with American Cheese only. Both sandwiches arrived plain, with nothing on it. There is no drink machine. You must give your cup up and let the staff refill it for you. I won't be stopping here again. read more

I'm usually not a big fan of fast food but I have to say that the new sandwiches with guacamole on them are amazing.

Cheap, fair quality food delivered fast. What else can you say. It gives everything promised. The building looks new, clean, and well kept. I only get about one percent order error, while it is still not perfect, but I have had much worse from other fast food restaurants. read more

I was just at this McDonalds 9:30 am 12/22/14 at the drive thru. This man working the drive thru window handed me a medium ice coffee when I ordered a large. When I informed him that he gave me a medium he said that it was a large at that McDonalds. I drink large ice coffees everyday at several different McDonalds locations This man is rude & an idiot.
