Best McDonald's ever! It's the first time I asked for extra pickle and got a lot of pickles. Plus it's the first time we hit plenty of sauces. Usually McDonald's doesn't want to give you sauce but this one gave us extra. The service was a little slow but the people were nice and the food was good. read more

I ordered a six piece chicken nugget meal with extra fries and a toddler toy they give me a hamburger with no cheese, onions, mustard, ketchup, not the toy i wanted and apples. how can you get an order this is it wrong? It's truly upsets me. after a long day, I wanted was some nuggets and they had to give me a gross hamburger was terrible toppings. I am not happy and to be honest after this experience I'm going to Burger King from now on. to add onto that even their games in the arcade section or not working I'm disappointed. Breakfast McMuffin with sausage was lukewarm which I don't know how since it had clearly been under the heat lamp for several hours and the cheese was a plastic disgusting mess. Stopped on my way home on a late Saturday night. Took my order, and said there would be a wait, which was fine. After the guy took my order, he proceeded to stand there and eat a McDouble while sitting there, talking to other workers. After 20 minutes sitting there around 11:30 at night, I got my order. When I checked the bag with my food, they gave me the wrong order, and it was food I couldn't eat as it was poorly prepared and not even close to what I ordered. One of the worst McDonalds I have patronized. Used to be good, but has slipped. Have had numerous items missing from orders in drive thru., where I had to come back on quite a few different times (which is on me, I guess.) Food is worst I've had at McDonald's. Burgers are advertised as "fresh", but are seriously overcooked and seem to be left in the warmers for too long. Fries are hit and miss, which is wuerd for McDs. If it wasnt for the lack of options on the West side of town I'd never go back. The management team in the evening's is highschool kids which are poorly trained. They do give coupons for mistakes, but still.... Take your chances on what you get for food this roulette wheel. Good luck! read more

This McDonalds is embarrassing as an institution. Every time I come here, I ask for the same meal. Every single time, they say they don't carry it and then I have to tell them that they definitely do... It's unbelievably stupid. This time when I was here, I went through the drive thru and they charged my card the completely wrong order. Then, at the second window, they gave me a completely DIFFERENT wrong order. The employees at this McDonalds are incompetent, I swear to god. Not to mention, the employees are super rude when they mess up and try to somehow make it the customers fault despite everyone knowing its not. ALSO, you have to wait what feels like a lifetime for your food. This McDonalds is a McJoke and I am really over their McBullshiz. If there was an option for negative stars, I would choose it. Terribly disappointing. We went here at 7 on a Saturday with our kids. There was an occasional car through the drive thru but certainly no line. Inside, there were 2 seniors sitting at separate tables reading newspapers. That's it; 2 customers, so they weren't busy. I counted at least 7 employees. One was just sitting at a table. Maybe he was on break, in his defense. But the place was a disaster; there was a mop tipped over just laying on the floor where my kid tripped over it, there was napkins and fries and misc garbage under some of the tables, there were lids and straws and garbage all over the soda area, both ketchup dispensers were empty, and some of the tables needed wiping down. Maybe we were waiting on fries or something, but 2 happy meals and 2 adult meals took what felt like forever, and when I got my "artisan mushroom swiss melt" burger, it was a hastily slopped together mess, there was more "sauce" than meat, and it had a total of 5 mushrooms that covered about 1/4 of the burger patty. I'm not normally picky but that was upsetting. read more

Their fries are so salty I'd rather eat a deep fried dick on a stick and they don't even smile at me or give me any napkins in the drive though. read more

this store is very busy but seems to run you through quickly and for the most part does a very good job. do check your drinks before you leave the drive thru as they get them wrong from time to time. kinda stinks that they almost always move you to a waiting spot after your order is paid for though read more
