Once you've found HighGrain, park in the parking lot and go inside. You walk in and La Terza is immediately on your left. When you walk in, you can go up to the counter and check out the menu. Just hit the little doorbell on the counter if nobody is there when you arrive. They'll show up quickly. You'll also likely notice the coffee's that they currently have "on tap", if you will. During this visit I selected a small black coffee and an iced vanilla latte. The black coffee was a Costa Rica bean that was bold and robust with flavor. I really enjoyed this. The vanilla latte was not sweet at all. So, if you're looking for something a little sweeter, I'd ask for it to be sweetened or possibly go with the caramel latte, as that was a little sweeter. They do roast their beans on-site. I was going to take a walk over there but the door was closed once I got my coffee order. I did buy a bag of their whole Peru sourced beans that I'm very much looking forward to grinding up and French pressing to perfection. Combined with HighGrain, there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a small bakery cabinet to check out and order from as well. I can only assume that the coffee shop and brewery work together, so you may be able to order food from HighGrain and have your coffee too. Would I go back? 100%.
