Very disappointing experience - I ordered 2 butter burgers both which came with the incorrect / or missing toppings, they also were dry (no butter to be found) and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The pretzel bites which came with one of the orders were cold. The only thing good from the experience was the lemonade slushee and the blueberry smoothie - everything else left something to be desired. This place is too expensive for fast food to be having the issues this order did. read more

I ordered Concrete Mixers many times, 3 or 4 times a week for months. A few of those visits, I complained about missing items that I ordered and paid for. Instead of actually properly training employees create what a customer is asking for for continued quality, they tell they're refusing to serve me anymore. What kind of customer service is that, when they're mission statement says, "every customer leaves happy" I think they are missing they're own mark!! read more

For fast food they typically have fresh food! I usually get a burger from them and they have really tasty butter buns. Their crinkle fries are nice and hot. My father in law tried the fish and he said it was really good. Quick service and clean place. read more

I am always excited to see this chain expand beyond WI across the US. Pretty solid smashburger, decent fries and good service. Having seen the first expansion into IL and now in many states, keeping the standard going is always hard to accomplish. This is why my recent visit to this location was so disappointing. Food: I ordered a two patty melt. Finally getting the right order, I was still searching for the 2nd patty. In addition to the sandwich being poorly assembled, I did not see 2 full patties on it. Fries were nice and hot though. Service: After 10 min I was first brought or I should say dropped off a completely wrong order. Had to walk it back to the counter, as the runner was long gone. I showed them the receipt and asked for the right order. 5 min later a single patty burger was brought out. After a quick inspection, saw only one patty. Again a walk back to the counter to point out yet another error. Finally 25 min after walking in, got the right order. As noted above, the sandwich was really not up to Culver's standards. The store staff apologized and made up for it. In the end, I just wanted what I ordered in an acceptable time. That was not the case. Will I be back here, I guess. Lets hope visit #2 goes better. read more

We normally love Culver's, but on our visit today I happened to see a male employee lift his apron and revealed, what looked like a revolver tucked in his waistband, to a female employee in the dining area. This made me terribly uncomfortable. Just thought management should know. read more

This was my first time ever trying Culver's and I was blown away by the service. I dined in, and needed a few minutes to look over the menu. The cashier was helpful and gave me her recommendations. The restaurant itself was clean, everyone was kind and helpful. Someone brought my food to my table, which is often unheard of in fast food. I ordered the single patty bacon deluxe burger, cheese curds, and a concrete based on the staff's recommendation. The cheese curds were seasoned, the custard was tasty, and the burger was fresh and delicious!! Seriously one of the best burgers I've had, and up there with restaurant quality. The bacon was a generous portion, the pickles were crisp, the cheese wasnt gooey. I likely won't be back to Cincinnati to dine at this location again, but would love to dine at more Culver's and hope I have the same service and quality elsewhere. read more

A little over a month ago I went to this Culvers location with my husband and ordered a single patty with just cheese and he ordered a burger as well and we ordered pretzel bites. We are regular visitors of other Culvers locations and had always been pleased with the food. But when I took my burger out of the bag which was on top of the other food I noticed it was in a paper wrapper which normally I've seen them in boxes. Which is what my husband's burger was in. My burger on top in the wrapper looked like someone had rolled over it with a rolling pin. It was so flat. The bun was completely smushed. I unwrapped it and looked underneath the bun and there was half an onion slice in it which I'd never gotten an order wrong from a Culvers before. I called the location the next day and explained what happened to the store manager. She was disappointed about what happened and wanted to make it up to me. She said she'd mail me a coupon. She asked for my mailing address which I gave to her and she said she'd stop by the mail box on the way home from her work shift. Well it's been a little over a month and I never received the coupon. Visited this location for the first time. Was short on time so used the drive-thru. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich value basket which came with fries & a soft drink. I also got a cup of dark chocolate decadence frozen custard. The employees I interacted with were polite & helpful. I was given a number & asked to pull forward & wait for my order. An employee brought it out within 4 minutes. I was impressed that the fries were steaming hot! The spicy chicken sandwich was good & made as I requested. I always enjoy the frozen custard - yum! Culver's is one of the better fast food restaurants with a drive-thru... the food is consistently very well prepared, very delicious... the hamburgers are fantastic and the fries are generally extremely fresh... the other sides they're good too... the staff is polite efficient accurate they're always very crowded but have a good system in place for keeping people moving and getting people served quickly. I've been to this Culver's quite a few times and have liked it all times, but one. Today, they really made my day epic, with something simple. My wife and I decided to stop at this Culver's after church service. This time, everyone seemed to be dining inside, but we stuck with the drive thru. The person taking our order sounded like he was sleepy, but the woman at the window was very friendly toward us. My wife ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Burger Combo, and I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss Burger. We were told to pull to the side and they would bring it out. It was at that time, I had noticed the parking lot, sidewalks and building were CLEAN! I am not joking, this restaurant is one of the cleanest ones I've seen in a very long time! Our food arrived and we made our way home. My wife had her first bite, and said it was absolutely delicious. She also enjoyed her drink and fries. I had never had a Mushroom and Swiss burger from Culver's, and took a bite. TOTAL AND COMPLETE BLISS!!! The burger was fresh, juicy with melted swiss cheese and one of the softest buns I've had in a while. Here's the amazing part: My burger, (the swiss cheese), had cooled from it's melted state, and it was still INCREDIBLE! I can surely say with confidence this Culver's deserves a 5 star rating, for the cleanliness, staff friendliness and especially the FOOD. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. service was very bad. A guy named Dakota was very rude and was playing around with a girl and didn't notice me until at least five minutes. It took forever to bring my food out and when he did it was in a very disrespectful manner. Was talking under his breath as he was walking away. Disclaimer: From MN so I'm a die hard Culver's fan. (Culver's is from WI but I love them just the same.) We have been to the Mason Culver's and Springdale Culver's here in Ohio and in my opinion the Springdale Culver's is a more consistent one. There was one time it took us about 30 mins to get our order, but that had never happened again and we go there approximate once a week. Butter burger with cheese is definitely my go-to order. I love the single, because I find that to be the best salt-bread ratio (also my metabolism can't handle the double). I never want my burger to end every time I go. Food is consistent every time, hot and fresh. Service is hit or miss but most times they are pretty good at delivering the food to our table. Do yourself a favor and eat there instead of getting take out. They give you a little sticker after you order and you put the sticker on your table, they will deliver your food to you. Do yourself a favor and order fries and onion rings. Can skip the cheese curds (they use the crumbly breading, not the smooth breading for cheese curds). I'm an onion hater but would eat their onion rings (I actually got them for my side and forwent the fries this time, what a time to be alive!). Fried shrimp and cod filet are both good too. When we are extra hungry, we would get the shrimp basket or fried cod in addition to our typical burgers order. Really can't go wrong with these items. Custard is my favorite. I like my food plain so I always get a plain vanilla (but sometimes I "venture out" to get a chocolate custard). Back in MN, I would go yo the drive through and get lemonade with a scoop of custard and it's literally the best thing in the summer time. I always wanted to try their chicken tenders but their other food are just so good to not get them every time so I never had the space to. I know some of my friends really like their burgers though! Overall, my favorite fast food burger joint. Would be really sad when I move away from the Midwest, so I'm getting all the Culver's when I can. Definitely check them out. read more

My coworker and I ordered food to be picked up last week, however we got slammed at work and it took about 1 1/2 hrs until we were able to pick up. The lady behind the counter said that they would re do the order and make sure everything was fresh, Stated that was their mantra. Fresh and hot. I was shocked. Overall, good service! Persons are always nice and people are nice too, one warning though. Don't go there on Sunday at 11;00 to 12:00, some aggro people go there. I really sat in line for 30 minutes to get cold food lolololol My sister hyped this place up so much, and being me, I was excited to get to try a new place. I was ready. So I went, and there was a medium sized line. It was the middle of the day on a Saturday, and there were lots of hungry people waiting for food. That's not the part that bothered me because you can expect that from a Saturday lunch time rush. But when I did finally get my food, the order was wrong and everything was cold. I'm willing to give most places a 2nd chance, so I figured, factoring in everything I previously mentioned AND the fact that the place was still kind of new, I went again several weeks later, hoping they'd worked out the kinks.
