I'm not a huge fast food fan so I have to say I haven't had a CFA meal in more than a decade but I visited with my sister to use some free chicken cards before they expired at the year's end. I have to say everything I heard about CFA's service being good was true! The cashier was thorough and kind even when they were being slammed with a long line. I was carefully asked which sauces I wanted, if I wanted a cherry on my shake, etc. The staff were noticeably busy throughout cleaning tables and waiting on folks. The seating area was packed and I think this is probably typical. But it is large with nice finishes. There was a Happy New Year banner out with markers for kids to color on one of the large tables. Our food came out real quick and it was all correct. I don't think we sat more than 4 minutes before it arrived. I don't care much for the chicken sandwiches, and the fries were just slightly cold. But the peppermint milkshake I ordered was delicious and the whole meal met my expectations. I'm just not a big fan of the food to begin with, but no fault to this restaurant specifically. As we left, the owner/operator of the whole place was taking trash so we didn't have to stack it by the trash cans. I recognized his name and phots from the door. This CFA is by far my favorite restaurant in the Cincinnati area! Food always tastes good and is well prepared! Service is quick, polite, and of great excellence! In the 14 months I've gone to this location, they've only messed up my order once. When they did, they resolved it quickly and apologized profusely. The manager on duty even came out to apologize personally. I've only been in the building a handful of times, but every time I have, the restaurant is in peak condition! They're always cleaning tables and booths between every customer! If you're gonna stop by any CFA in Cincinnati, I hope it's this one! read more

Went in this morning. I live the minis but cutting out the bread so just got an 8 count worth lemonade. The service was good. The young lady even went out of her way to make a guest a strawberry lemonade frozen drink that they no longer carry. My food was hot and it was good. Had waffle fries which I love. I will definitely return to this location. Update on 1/19/18 I recently ordered the chicken minis for breakfast. The service is normally good. I was disappointed that one of my minis was fast and I wasn't able to eat it. Those things are extremely expensive to have to throw one away. I visited this location on 9/6/23 for breakfast. Bought two breakfast meals and went on my way. Opened my bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and there was a long brown strand of HAIR smashed ALLLLL in the cheese and throughout my biscuit. Ewwww!!! So Grateful I didnt bite into it first. Had to drive all the back and explain what happened; they remade my sandwich but no "sorry for the inconvenience" or any kind of apology. Asked to speak to a manager for a refund because it's quite disgusting due to health concerns and she looked at me like I was a complete piece of shit. It was shocking. She then walked away and started having a side conversation with a lead/manager right in front of me about how ridiculous it was I had requested a refund because they remade the sandwich and that she was too busy to deal with me. The lead (tallish female with long brown hair) took my credit card and refunded me $3.95. Again, ZERO apologies given. Called customer service. They documented the incident and said the owner would contact me within 24 hours. ZERO follow up. Save yourself the frustration and stomach ache...go somewhere else!! read more

Fries were cold and seemed an hour old. The sandwich was no better. Dry and stale. My sister didn't enjoy her nuggets either as she said her fries and nuggets were cold and old as well. The Thursday after Christmas, I brought my youth group to this location. We had 20 people (more than I had anticipated) when we showed up. The staff handled our very large order, very graciously. They did amazing - everyone got their food. I really wish I could have tipped them because they were amazing. The staff just smiled and were extremely pleasant to work with. The staff did a great job of getting orders out quickly. Staff was friendly and despite the mob scene, did not seem overwhelmed. Food was good. I was happy with my order. I mean this Chick-fil-A is almost always busy, but you can normally always find a spot. The thing that makes this location, is the staff! They're always friendly and the place is so family friendly. There's always a clean high chair ready to go with a wet wipes and a placemat for the little ones. We always ask for the book for kids 3 and under. Very disappointed in the customer service. When we go up to Sams Club we always eat there. We ordered take out last time but we didn't receive the mac and cheese we ordered. We called them and they said we needed to come in. This is a bit far from our house and when we made it back 3 weeks later they said we waited too long and wouldn't do anything. Really surprised me as we spend $65 every time we eat there and for them to totally dismiss us was really surprising over something so small. It must be in a bad neighborhood where they have tons of false claims or something. They lost us as a customer and really over nothing. The funny thing is we were going to order then left due to their lack of any customer service. The profit they lost was much more than the cost of the item. I drive up to the window and ask why that was my total and they said it's because you ordered a water . When did asking for water raise the price of the meal? I was so confused. Wait till 1:55pm because no has approached me and order no longer appearing on app, get into drive through line to get someone's attention. We love Chick-fil-A Springdale! I can't begin to guess how many meals I've eaten there over the last 10 years. Many, many play dates with friends, the monthly kids club, Cow Appreciation Day, visits with the cow, my son stealing my frosted lemonade and his squeals of joy as he drank it when he was just 10 months old, HOURS in the play area, building friendships with employees-hi Shelby, Mrs. Peters, Gabby, Kevin, and everyone else! Even the longest line moves quickly and the wait is worth it. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are always amazingly delicious. Chick-Fil-A is a primary example of what fast food SHOULD be like. The food is great, but not only do they offer great fast food chicken fare, but they also have healthier menu items. There's a great healthy menu posted in the restaurants that helps you stick to a total calorie count. Chick-Fil-A also offers some great diet lemonade and Coke Zero on the menu. There's something for everyone! I suggest the spicy chicken sandwich - spicier than Wendys! You'd be surprised - the breakfast is fantastic. The people are what keeps me coming back. The staff is quick and always polite. It's hard to find a Chick-Fil-A without a line, but either counter service or drive through moves extremely quick. They even have people outside assisting the drive through line during peak lunch hours to keep things moving along. There's always someone inside coming around to offer refills or to clear your table. The little things are what makes this a GREAT restaurant and company. My favorite has to be the dancing cow. During lunch - you can see someone in the cow suit (dressed for the appropriate season or holiday) dancing on the street. It never fails to make me smile... and draw me into eat lunch there. I always enjoy dining at Chick-fil-A. This location is especially pleasant to dine at. Today, my order was taken by the operator of the store. I have a calendar card which entitled me to a free nuggets. I thought it was only for grilled, but he informed me otherwise. I mentioned that I had never tried the grilled nuggets. I would even go as far to say that they have a designated employee for cleaning off the tables, or so it would seem.
