Management seems to sit inside lobby with a McDonald's labeled laptop. Can't even see what employees are doing unless they run by on the way to the restroom. One good point is the restrooms aren't unisex. They still have brewed tea that doesn't come out of a soda machine. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too! I only go when my grandsons are visiting as they love McDonald's. We stopped this morning to have breakfast, I had to wait a few minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was standing at the register, then some kid with greasy uncombed hair ask for my order, my order was simple 2 hash browns, a sausage McMuffin, and a steak bagel meal with a medium drink.... Simple right? Well when I got my order I got 2 hash browns, a sausage biscuit and a steak bagel with a drink. I guess the manager showed up while I was waiting for our food, so I went to her to tell her I got the wrong item and I needed another hash brown... she grabbed my receipt from me and told me that you only ordered 2 hash browns... I said correct and I also ordered a bagel meal... don't that come with a hash brown ? She yes you got that. So the greasy headed kid used the hash brown in the meal to substitute one of the 2 hash browns I ordered... so needless to say one of my grandsons didn't get his breakfast because they refused to make it right. We had to leave and go to Jack in the box and pay for another breakfast... I will never go to that McDonald's again !!! Very disappointing read more

I went to the McDonald's in Woodville Tx today. I bought two twenty piece chicken nuggets they only gave me one. So I called them and told them I didn't get my other box of chicken nuggets.she told me I can come back and they would give it to me free. I get that this is one of the only viable options in the town of Woodville to eat. But the lobby isn't even open and they only sometimes get it right. CHECK THE BAG before you pull away. In the last 6 trips, 4 times I had to go back due to Missing food. I mean is it that hard to read a screen. Check. Then give the food out? I guess you'd have to actually care about what you're doing first. And the look on the face of person in the window says it all. Why would you put THAT person in a guest contact spot? Don't the floors need mopped or the trash taken out??? Ugh. read more

Stopped for an Egg McMuffin meal. No one at counter working a register. You must use a touch screen in lobby. With my glasses on, the screen is super dark and totally unable to see. I take my glasses off and not sure what is worse, dark or blurry. Too much screen touching.... Off to the bathroom I go washing my hands for 20 seconds. My egg sandwich was made rather poor. Egg and melted cheese half hanging out the side and most of the cheese not on egg and sticking to wrapper. I wonder if McDonalds would use that for a picture advertisement? Drive thru review, we ordered our morning coffees, Mine was a Mocha Frappe and Mom's was a Vanilla iced coffee. We also ordered breakfast biscuits. Everything thing was fresh, we went through the whole process in less than 6 minutes, not too shabby. read more

Always too long of a line and way too long of a wait. Service is extremely slow. Apparently, habitually short staffed. It's also really nasty at the drive thru window. They have those plastic Covid protectors that apparently are never cleaned properly. Pretty gross to drive up to the window and see hundreds of tiny outdoor bugs dead and plastered to what supposedly is for health protection. It's a health hazard. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Mcdonald's! Although I've not tried the food at this establishment, I did go through the drive-thru and order a Caramel Frappe and had such a nice experience! The gentleman who took my order was extremely pleasant, and when I met him at the window he went out of his way to be genuinely nice and looked me right in the eyes and said, "sweetheart, I hope you have the best day ever." Small gestures make a huge impact, and this establishment is definitely doing something right in terms of their employees! Keep it up, you made my day!! read more

This is a review of the all day breakfast only. I went during normal breakfast hours and had no problems or issues with the food. I next tried this restaurant during their normal lunch hour. I ordered breakfast items. Specifically, I ordered an Egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin. It took 30 minutes to get my food. The Egg McMuffin was missing the Canadian bacon, the bun was burned and dried as if it had been toasted and then placed in a microwave oven. The egg was not fully cooked and was runny. Really this was beyond a terrible sandwich. They should have paid me to eat it, and, I wasted 30 minutes of my time. Sausage McMuffin had similar faults. Although the sausage was good, it was not pan fried; rather it tasted like it was a precooked sausage patty that was put in a toaster oven. Also, the breakfast menu is very limited after normal breakfast hours. The all day breakfast that McDonald's promotes is a joke at this restaurant. I would never go back for breakfast items outside of normal breakfast hours. read more

The new remodeling of the Woodville site is better. The staff doesn't care. With the exception of a few dedicated employees the attitude hasn't changed. Cold hamburgers are not good. Why say anything to the staff? Nothing is going to change. read more
