We called someone else, they came the same day too and had the ladder, set a trap and capped both of our chimneys for a bit more than what Critter Control wanted to set a trap. Then Critter Control came to our house, unannounced, the following Monday, rang the door bell, when no one answered they were on our property with a ladder, basically trespassing. Then came to the front door again, this time I could answer, they asked who did the work. I told them if they had called we would have gladly told them the job was done, to which the man responded I should have called him. To which I responded that if he had planned to come on my property it was his obligation to call me. He was pretty confrontational, and I would never recommend them or use them again. Well I emailed at 4am on a Wednesday, got a call by 8am, set up payment and said first available was Saturday 2-4pm (ok morning problem) well Friday night I get a call from I believe he said his name was Brian and he asked if I still needed service and said he'd be by the next day between 10am-12pm. I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company.
