Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company. I was told that they're closed until Monday so they'd have someone call me Monday to see why Brian did a no call no show... Monday comes and I have a lady trying to tell me that the rep couldn't locate my house... umm he had my number and I had no missed calls so come up with another unacceptable excuse, and waste someone else's time.
