They NEVER let a child walk into/out of their school without a personal greeting. I would say that this is a very safe and well run school. Nicole is an excellent director, she takes good care of the kids AND the parents. You can't forget that parents write the checks. I might also add that my child learned more in Mrs. Flugman's pre-k class at this school, than she learned the next year at another location in kindergarten. One day, I saw a teacher spray water toward my child's face with a spray bottle. I understood that spray bottles may have been used outside to help cool children off in the summer, but what I saw concerned me enough that I asked administration for a meeting to better understand the policy and whether spray bottles were ever used for anything other than cooling off. When I spoke with Lauren, I did not feel my concern was received well. The conversation focused more on my wording and whether I was accusing the school of abuse than on giving me clarity about what I had seen. I left the conversation feeling that my concern as a parent had been met defensively rather than constructively. Because of that interaction, we withdrew our child that day. I had a positive impression of some parts of Goddard overall, but based on my experience with this specific location, I would not personally recommend it.

We have arrived to this location in a little amount of time and are so happy! We had to take a tour after finding the most positive recent review of this school. Omari answered all of our questions during the tour with no hesitation. She mentioned the classroom my son would be in the kids perform above their grade level and can read! The staff provides excellent attention and care. It feels like home already and Oxford made upgrades at the school. For our youngster, Ms. Krystal has made the transition into the class incredibly simple. Our procare is updated often, and kids do really pick up a lot of knowledge here. At pick up, he tells us how much he loves his new school, how much he admires his classmates and all the things they learn! This isn't "another" check to this school. My mistake was going for "well known" "name brand" schools. Don't sleep on daycares & academy's like this in the area. The level of teaching and care is on another level. She did not report the incident (we found out 24 hours later) nor did she call my husband or myself. Supervisor(s) knew nothing (which is a reflection of their managerial skills) the day of the event. I spontaneously called shortly after on the incident (unknowingly) and she did not disclose what happened (told me everything was fine and he hadn't been crying). I removed him immediately. A facility that will not be upfront with you and inform you IMMEDIATELY about any incident involving your child, does not deserve your child's presence. They aren't trustworthy. The one star is for a clean and well-maintained facility. Please don't allow appearances to fool you. My son was there 3 weeks attending part-time. My background: I am a therapist (work with children and adults) and educational consultant. I've been practicing for over 15 years. During graduate school, I was an elementary school teacher. I hope this helps someone in the future and prevents child injury.

First, who ever asked for the traffic light right at the entrance and exit did all of us a great service. This place is right off Alpharetta Highway on Mansell Road across from Walmart. I wasassigned to student Devon from Charleston, SC. I wanted to lighten my hair one shade so when the gray shows it would blend better and not be so noticeable. I'm a Senior in a mobility scooter. Everyone was so helpful in getting me the end location so my scooter would fit. The Instructor advised me about lightening my color. Devon took before and after pictures. He told me how long I would have to wait. He was very professional and personable. Laying back in the shampoo bowl takes some special care. And even more care to get up from the chair. But Devon helped me. I couldn't have had a nicer person. And my hair looked great! Thank you everyone.
