Brought my car in for minimal repair from issues of a prior service visit. After dropping my car off, they called the next morning to report my car had been wrecked. It took 31 days to correct the prior repairs and get the concerns from the wreck fixed. The actual cosmetic repairs from the wreck only took 7 days of the total 31 days. The remaining days were wasted and much of nothing was accomplished. I requested updates and estimated timing on multiple occasions for the repairs and feel there was a blatant disregard for the inconvenience created by their organization. My frustration is rooted with their lack of urgency, their lack of effective communication, and lack of effective operational follow-up. To add insult to injury, my engine light is back on and the mechanical issues are still not corrected. read more

In 2025, I purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 with 87,000 miles. Daryl was my salesperson, and I must commend him for his excellent service. The purchasing experience at Mcelveen was highly satisfactory; however, the service side is a nightmare. After approximately one month of ownership, the driver information center began scrolling independently, the radio would turn off and go blank, and a persistent shudder occurred whenever the active fuel management system engaged. I returned the vehicle for service. They replaced the driver information center, claiming the issue was resolved. However, within a month or two, the problems recurred. I brought it back, and they suggested the wiring harness might be the cause. They did not inform me if it was replaced, so I remain uncertain. Shortly after, the same issues reappeared, including the black screen on the radio and the shudder during active fuel management. The vehicle was taken in again, with repairs taking from two weeks to a month each time. Last week, I was informed that the repairs were complete and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Since I was out of town, I had to return later to pick up the truck and return the courtesy vehicle. When I arrived, I was told the truck still wasn't ready, so I'd need to make an additional trip the following week. Before leaving the dealership, I noticed that all four TPMS sensors had failed, despite having been recently replaced, along with the body control module and other components. This marks the third or fourth time I have experienced these recurring issues. Each visit results in additional costs, yet the underlying problems remain unresolved. I considered trading up to a new vehicle, ideally the same model. However, instead of assistance, I was quoted $73,000 for a new truck, and they offered only a partial credit for my current vehicle, which I purchased less than a year ago and now has only 98,000 miles. As a disabled individual on a fixed income, acquiring this vehicle was a significant milestone after years of patience. I trusted GM and Chevrolet products based on prior positive experiences, but this truck has been a source of ongoing expenses and frustration. Despite repeated visits, the issues persist, and the dealership has yet to provide a definitive resolution. Their responses seem unhelpful, and my financial situation is increasingly strained. I am perplexed by the situation. I willingly paid the initial down payment, but I feel the dealership has not upheld its responsibility to stand behind its product. While I understand the truck is used, I expect qualified technicians to address recurring issues effectively. Instead, I have received assurances that problems are fixed, only to have them recur. This suggests either a lack of competence or unawareness of the real underlying issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dropped my truck off yesterday and hour before my appointment at 1:30 because I had other things to do when I made my appointment over the phone I had asked if I could drop it off to which she responded yes. When I arrived I was told by multiple different workers that I had to wait for my service advisor, Chris Martin. Worst service advisor at this GMC, on top of making me wait over 30 minutes, he was rude, unhelpful, and seemed miserable to even be there. Here's some advice if you don't like this job, get another one! Customers come here and bring their vehicles to be solved. On top of this I emailed him a couple hours after I dropped my vehicle off because nobody had let me know what was going on with my truck. He then proceeded to email me just to let me know my truck was ready, however when I dropped it off he stated it would be 2-4 days for a full diagnostic. I show up to pick my truck only to see a list of over 7 grand just in repairs. He then proceeded to ignore my concerns and questions and stated my truck would be out front after it got washed. Again I waited over 30 minutes, I had to talk to another service advisor, Daniel, who proceeded to locate my truck and bring it to the front. Only to see that my truck had not been washed. If it weren't for Daniel I would've been waiting even more time for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my truck in twice for the same engine noise. The first time, they replaced an engine mount. The second time, even though I had an appointment, the truck sat for about two weeks before I was told I only needed front-end struts. Not long after, the truck suffered catastrophic engine failure. The warranty claim process was also mishandled. I sent missing service records to the service advisor twice, yet claims were submitted multiple times without all documentation. Claims were also submitted without the required engine teardown being completed. I was told for roughly three weeks that a teardown had been completed, but documented photos and video showed otherwise. After the engine replacement, I was told the truck was ready except the technician noted a transmission shudder during the post-repair test drive. I had never had transmission issues before. This was not a minor shudder -- the truck felt undrivable, skipping, hopping, and shaking the entire vehicle. I specifically asked McElveen at least four separate times whether the issue could involve transmission fluid level/condition, connections, torque converter involvement, relearn/calibration, or other post-repair validation. McElveen maintained it was unrelated and quoted either a flush or full transmission replacement. I had the truck towed to Baker GMC for an independent diagnosis. Baker documented that the transmission fluid level was low, the pan was full of metal, and the transmission needed replacement. Baker replaced the transmission, programmed/relearned it, cleared codes, and test drove the truck back to normal operation. In my opinion, the most reasonable explanation is that the truck was operated or test-driven after the engine replacement while low on transmission fluid, which caused or accelerated the transmission failure. That is especially concerning because I had no transmission issues before McElveen replaced the engine and repeatedly asked them to verify the fluid level/condition. When I tried to pick up the truck from McElveen, the battery was completely dead and the electronic parking brake would not release until codes were cleared. The next day, after calling ahead, I arrived and was told the only tech had left for a one-hour lunch. The communication, follow-through, and handling of this entire situation were unacceptable. I have extensive documentation, including emails, photos, videos, service records, warranty communications, and repair records supporting the statements above. Sadly great service we come to expect needs to be improved in many industries today including car dealers. we all read these perfect ratings which we are all hounded and guilted into giving but are they representative of people's true feelings? Today I went into McElveen to cancel an extended warranty policy that I bought when I purchased by 2022 Evision. Who knew there was value in the unused portion? I expected to get a run around based on the fact I purchased another car outside the dealership but experienced just the opposite. After the front desk handed me a form to fill out and then told me to take it to someone in the business department an employee walked by and said I can take care of that for you. His name was KJ and with a few taps on his keyboard, he had me out the door in 5 minutes. No hassle, no hard time and he had nothing to gain. We bought a pre-owned vehicle from McElveen barely over a year ago and, while the salesman and process was fine, are so frustrated a year in we are on the verge of selling the car and starting over. As soon as we purchased it the car had immediate issues we took in to get looked at. We were told "this is why you should buy the extended warranty, you never know with pre-owned cars." So we DID buy the warranty. Now every single issue we take it in for is magically not covered under the "extensive" multi-thousand dollar warranty. Electrical issues, oil leaks, faulty wiring to the motor blower on the AC. We even bought the oil change package that has been an ABSOLUTE PAIN to utilize; scheduling sucks and they take forever to do the oil change. This is not our first time buying used cars, and we've never had so many issues on a $25k+ investment. I hate to say this about a small business, but I would not recommend. read more

Recently bought a vehicle. First they tried to push an $869 flashing brake light package. I asked for it to be removed, and in the process they managed to burn up the battery junction box. They had to send it to another dealer to get fixed because they said they were "too busy". My truck sat at another dealer for almost a month without any updates. Every time I called to ask for an update they just told me there wasn't an update, or to call the other dealer, but they kept that dealer secret for almost 2 weeks before their service manager told me to call them. It was pathetic. Terrance even tried to threaten me with my trade in saying if I didn't bring my trade in to them they would change or cancel my deal. Then they wouldn't look into an issue I brought up during a test drive. Issue still exists, but forget taking it back to McElveen, they'll have to send it somewhere else, or I risk them messing up again and being without another month because of how useless they are there. Go somewhere else, this company is just trying to take you for all they can and leave you high and dry. Run while you can. I purchased my jeep here was told everything had been checked however with in weeks an alert came on stating low oil pressure. I called and asked when the oil has been changed no one could give me an answer - they did not have a sticker that stated when it had. Been done or when to come back . No one could inform me of when it had been done . I got the run around and was told they could see it but it wouldn't be for 2 weeks but also advised i not drive it either and should get a rental. After receiving nonstop messages from you about coming in to trade my truck I finally decided to swing the almost 2 hours down to see what you have. Upon arriving, I am bombarded with a very aggressive salesman who proceeded to block my truck with his golf cart. Tell me what to do, and not listen to a word I said about what I wanted. I explained I wanted to walk around to see what you have, he proceeded to tell me I needed to go inside to look at a computer. I again said I wanted to walk around, he insisted I ride in his golf cart. Then when me and my friends whom were with me went ahead and proceeded to walk around to physically look at the vehicles, he proceeded to try to show me what he wanted to sell to me. Not what I preferred to look at. Despite me stating that I was not interested in certain vehicles. So we were about to leave at this point when I seen another salesman, & asked him to please show us around where we can walk around. He did apologize for the aggressiveness from The first salesman. I was interested in a vehicle (thank goodness I didn't get it after doing further research). Well, after a test drive, we went to discuss numbers. Wellllllll I'm unsure if your people were upset because the first salesman was no longer working with us or what, but the very insulting numbers they offered me for my truck (which is valued at just below 50k per kbb and nada mind you) then refusing to even discuss Those very insulting numbers. I'm unsure if this is how you treat women who come into your "fine" establishment without men or not. But I will no longer continue to recommend your dealership to my friends as I have over the years, nor will ever be a returning customer again. I love my GMC Acadia but I've only taken my car to McElveen because it was still under warranty. My car had been having an error message come up, so I took it to the dealership to figure out what was wrong with it. They were unable to diagnose it because it was not currently reading the error. The next time it happened, my husband took it to Advance to get the diagnostics run on it. I sent the report to McElveen, and explained to them everything else that was going on, but I was told by Amanda, the service associate, that I had to bring it in. I asked if I could swing by and get them to diagnose it the next time it happened and then schedule service for a later date, and she said they were far too backed up for me to do that and I would have to schedule to bring it in. Mind you, they were two weeks out on appointments so I kept having to reschedule based around my car. Finally, things lined up with my car and my appointment, and I was able to take it in. Amanda immediately seemed to know what was causing the issue, and after the techs did their diagnosis, she told me it needed a new thermostat. The dealership only wanted to charge me $1,787.02 ON TOP of the $147 diagnostics (of course by that point, I was just past the warranty period). They said they'd be able to fix it that day (it was already almost 4 PM), but my husband told me to just pay the $147 and he'd fix it. Amanda told me the reason for the cost is because it was a very labor-intensive job (yet they'd be able to fix it before close at 4 in the afternoon on a Friday). The part cost us around $120, and it took my husband about 3 hours to fix it (while he was home alone with our 4 year old daughter). He also topped off all my other fluids and made sure everything else was working well. So please tell me how the math maths for McElveen to charge close to $1,800 for a (hopefully under 3 hour job by professionals) and a $120 part. I will continue to own GMCs, but it definitely won't be from them! read more

This location sold me an unsafe vehicle. Purchased on July 3rd, on July 7th the tire pressure indicator lit up. Thinking nothing of it I filled it up at a gas station and checked the pressure again upon arriving home that evening. I came out the next day and the rear tire was completely flat. After removing the tire I discovered extensive cracking in the treads indicating dry rot. I checked the date on the tires and discovered they were 5 years old. Additionally, once putting the spare tire on to take it back to the dealership I discovered that the brake pads were almost done for and in desperate need of replacing. When purchasing the vehicle I told the saleswoman that I saw several options priced lower from smaller dealerships. She stuck to her price, mentioning how thoroughly they inspect their cars and ready them for purchase. I've heard good things about McElveen and assumed I was making a wise decision. It doesn't appear that even basic maintenance was done on this vehicle for quite some time, now I'm worried about what other problems might exist. Nobody purchases a vehicle from a large dealership and expects to need to drop $1000-$2000 in just basic maintenance a week after purchasing it. After contacting the dealership, I was told that superficial cracks can form on tires from someone spraying Armor All on them or I must have ran something over. I've attached pictures in the Google review for this business of the clearly dry rotted, 5 year old tires so that you can judge for yourself. There is a large split on the wall of the inside of the tire that clearly was from the tire cracking and rupturing and not from a puncture. Ironically, the evening I dropped it off I had to cancel an appointment with another salesman who was supposed to test drive some SUV's with my wife and I, who reassured me they would take care of me. After assessing the vehicle they initially told me they would be able to offer me one tire, but replacing the other 3 and replacing the brakes would be up to me. After speaking with a sales manager, he offered me 2 tires or a chance to back out of the deal. I was advised they couldn't offer anything more than this because they only make a small profit on the model of vehicle they sold me. After leaving he offered me a "better" deal, which was paying them $500 for 4 tires and to flip the rotors. At this point I'm glad they have offered me a chance to back out of the deal and return the car to them, but still a very unhappy customer as we sold our 2nd vehicle with the intention of buying a larger one for my wife after I made this purchase. Now we're completely without transportation, I've missed many hours of work and will have paid for several Lyft/Uber trips. Not to mention the fact that they want me to pay for repairs that they will need to perform anyway to make the car safe for the next customer who buys this vehicle. Thoroughly unsatisfied and would not recommend McElveen to any of my friends, family, or co-workers. The last car I purchased was from Rick Hendrick Dodge. It needed a couple of small repairs after purchasing it and they were completely apologetic and happy to fix it at cost because of how recently I had bought it. Most of the individuals I spoke with at McElveen were noticeably annoyed at having to speak with me. After voicing my frustrations to the dealership's parts department, sales department, and service department, without any resolution, I was directed to SHAWN LAFLAMME the (service director) by sales advisor Carol Dingle Moultrie. I bought a used car. As soon as I left the lot I noticed that the car was more than a month overdue for an oil change. I also noticed the steering wheel was severely off center (needed alignment) and that the pieces or the center console were not fit together properly. I called them and they scheduled my service to fix all of that. A week or so later I was cleaning my car and noticed that my center console was now severely cracked and shifted in the back. I called them and let them know that it hadn't been like that before they serviced it. The woman on the phone told me they would fix it free of charge And she scheduled my appointment. When I got there, the tech who i had the appointment with wasn't even there. The service manager that was there called him. He asked if he was on speaker, she said no and then turned the volume down on her phone. She left the room to look at my car. Told me to go to the waiting area. Not 2 minutes later she came back for me and said they would not be fixing it because the damage was preexisting, even though it was not. she said they were claiming that they had advised me of this damage prior to my buying the car, which is not true. They were always the first dealership we entertained doing business with. We purchased a 2018 Yukon in December 2019. We paid over $50,000 for this vehicle. After having it for 3 1/2 months we decided it wasn't the right fit for our family. We found a diesel pick up truck that we were interested in and they would only give us $43,000 for a trade. $7000 depreciation in a 3 1/2 month period time frame! I understand them needing to make a profit but they are not only profiting on the new vehicle they are selling us but they will profit when they sell our trade-in as well. Not to mention the money they made off of our initial trade in! Of course after we left the dealership they have tried to call and text to offer a better deal but it is too late they have lost our business and our Family and friends business for life. This review is of the service Department of the dealership. Please read my review of the sales Department prior to reading this in order to get more details. To some up the present issue, my wife and I purchased an automobile from McEleven recently. We were promised floor mates which we received, and a second key as the dealer only had one key for the car on hand. After not hearing for a week after being promised a date, we found out that someone canceled the order. The keys were promptly reordered and we were told it would take another week before we could pick them up. The keys finally arrived in the weeks time. I drove to the dealership to pick up the keys. A worker from the parts Department came out and supposedly programmed the keys. I drove home which was about 9 miles away and needless to say had to turn around and come back due to the fact that the new key seemed to have lost the program and no longer worked. When I returned the worker told me it would be at least an hour wait to get the car into service where they could program the keys with a computer. After two weeks, double the time it should have taken, after driving back and forth all morning this dealership refused to get me in faster, even though I have been inconvenienced for two weeks and a day do to their lack of service to begin with! I had to return home with a useless key and the knowledge that I still had to make an appointment at another time in order for them to program said key. This Dealership will make it easy to sell you on an automobile, but once you purchase it, they can care less wether or not you are inconvenienced when it comes to servicing your needs. There are more Buick dealers in the area that may be a little more thankful for customers, and who may care about earning your future business. I would give McEleven Service Department a wide birth, and one star. This is an update. On November 27 I brought my car into the shop for the first oil change and tire rotation. I pulled up to the service area and a young woman Who was extremely nice welcomed us with a smile. She quickly found our name, checked off our service, and told us to go inside and relax. She said our automobile would be done within an hour. 50 minutes later another worker came to get us, and the work on our car was complete. They did not differentiate between oil changes, and more complex mechanical needs. They treated each and every customer with the same grace. I fully recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a certified or a new vehicle. Your days to come will be made pleasant and you will never feel like you were charged too much by way of under handed tactics. I continue to give this Dealership five stars. read more

So upset with this dealership! Beware of what you are signing!! We bought a vehicle last month from McElveen. We saw an SUV online and went to look at it on June 22nd. That car was no longer there but they told us about a similar car that had just been traded that hasn't even gone through their check yet. We were able to see the outside (and my husband saw the inside) but since it wasn't ready for a test drive, hadn't even been priced yet, or anything, we left with the salesman's number and that is all that happened. After some back and forth, the salesman let my husband know it went through their safety inspection and was ready for a test drive on June 25th. He went after work, liked it, negotiated price and signed some paperwork. He and I went back the following day, June 26th, and I signed and we paid and took the car home. While there, we did all the paperwork with Troy. Our previous vehicle's registration was up in July. Troy told us to go ahead and pay that registration (even though we sold the car a few weeks prior) saying the tag fees were cheaper and would transfer over to the new car for this year. We paid the registration online while in Troy's office on June 26th and they put my previous license plate on our new car for us. He told us we would be good for this years registration and we would get it in the mail. It is mid July and we have not seen the new registration from the DMV. We called to find out that McElveen put June 22nd as the purchase date on ALL paperwork and since we paid the registration on the 26th (when we actually bought the car) we now owe a lot more money and have to go to the DMV to sort things out. While I am super upset at myself for not double checking the date on the paperwork before signing - there is NO reason why that paperwork should say the 22nd because we literally did NOTHING with the car that day. My husband called and talked to Troy to try to get answers as to why in the world June 22nd was put as the purchase date and he kept saying "I don't understand what you're saying, you need to pay the difference". NOT what he said the day we bought the car. I don't understand why June 22nd was put as the sales date when they didn't have any money in hand until $500 on June 25th and then the rest on June 26th. What business operates like that?? Bottom line, they screwed us. I'm very pregnant and can not stand in line at the DMV for hours and now my husband has to take time off work to get a refund for the registration Troy told us to pay and then go pay the new registration this week before it expires. The fact that they would put the 22nd on the paperwork is SUPER sketchy because literally nothing was done until the 25th. I'm wondering if they wanted those sales to post on a certain pay period or something. If you buy from them, triple check every single date and all info before signing because they lied on ours! read more

Bought a 2016 GMC Sierra. It took 2 weeks for them to replace the brakes and struts and get the truck to me. And they took the entire 3-point trailer hitch off calling an "aftermarket part" that they don't warranty. Then it took them 3 days to attach the bumper because it was barely attached by a single bolt. And during that 3 days I called them about 9 times and only got 2 callbacks. They have a great selection of trucks on the lot but their customer service seems to have taken a dive. read more

It's pretty clear by the reviews what a poorly run and incompetent place this is. We purchased our car here a year ago and I should have realized at that point to stop right where I was and go somewhere else. My car was not the color that was shown in the picture but because I wanted the car, I bought it anyway. I had to wait hours to do this as well because they make you wait for one person to go through the purchasing process...and that was just a few of the annoyances... but I digress... We have brought the car to the dealership twice for an oil change. The first time took forever and everyone in the service department was so unorganized. My husband brought the car in today for an oil change and to get the tire light turned off. Not only did it take 2 HOURS, they charged him the wrong price, thought he had a different car and then gave him the wrong keys. What is the point of making an appointment when it's going to take that long. The 2 hours happened to end at 5:00pm, just in time for I26 traffic. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. No one seems to know what is going on and it hasn't gotten any better in a year and it's very frustrating. For such a well know name in the Charleston area, the McElveens should look into fixing their customer service. read more

Our visit to McElveen started out relatively well and seemed like maybe it wasn't going to be like the normal car-buying experience. When we arrived we were greeted by David, one of the sales associates. He took us around and showed us 2 vehicles that were in our desired price range and had the features we wanted. We drove the one we liked the best. The only negative issue up to this point was that he tried repeatedly to get us to look at models that we weren't interested in. He wasn't super pushy about the other models and came across as very friendly and knowledgeable throughout this process, but then we decided to purchase the car and everything changed. We were up front and honest about the fact that we had no intentions of letting the dealership shop around or secure financing for us, but this was clearly an issue. They had 3 different people attempt to persuade with different tactics in order to get us to agree to let them run our credit and use their financing. Wasted 45 minutes of our time and at the end our answer was still no. Then it was time to start signing paperwork...mounds of it, which I expected. However, it was just not an organized process. We started out with the Allstate agent on site for insurance verification purposes. She called the after hours hotline for our insurance company and was on hold when we got in her office. She indicated it would likely take 20 minutes for them to answer, so in the mean time we stepped over to the finance office to finish up the paperwork for how we were paying. When we returned to her office she had hung up the phone and indicated that she couldn't make the call without us present. I showed her my existing policy and the clause that shows my policy is transferable with a 5 day grace period on a purchase. She refused to accept that or the confirmation of this from my agent. She was very unprofessional and was texting on her phone the entire time, never making eye contact or having an actual conversation. Before we left, we agreed with the finance department and our salesman that we would return with our down payment on Saturday and pick up the car before lunch time. The salesman agreed that he would have the car ready and call us when he arrived the next day. At 11:45 we still had not heard from David. He called finally and told us our car was 4th in line to be serviced prior to pick up and would be ready by 3 or 4 o'clock. We had our down payment and were furious it wasn't ready, which must've come across in our conversation because he called around 1 and said it had been moved up and was ready for pickup. We dropped off our down payment and our trade. Agreed with finance to bring the check for the financed balance back on Monday and picked up the car. On Monday before handing over the remaining balance, I asked for a copy of everything we had signed both electronically and with a wet signature...you would've though I asked them to give me the car for free...it took forever for them to give us a copy and they had multiple reasons why it wasn't necessary for us to have all of that. Essentially they wanted us to be happy with the one sheet bill of sale. They were unable to produce our "due bill" for a ripped piece of weather stripping. We got what we could and headed on our way. I waited 2 weeks for David to call and notify us that the weather stripping arrived. I called and the service department said it was in. I scheduled an appointment, arrived, and waited 30 minutes only to be told the wrong part was ordered. I'm here today having it installed. I've been here over an hour and a half now. In conclusion, make sure you have a lot of time and patience if you are gonna by a car here. The only positive experiences we had were the huge selection of vehicles to chose from and the overall customer service provided by Savannah in the service department when the mistake with the weather stripping occurred. read more

Bought a used Truck less than a year ago. Haven't put much mileage on it and it recently started to stall at lights, no big deal normal take it in and see. However 1500.00 dollars later come to find out MCElveen sold us a truck that had bad breaks. Three recalls not fixed and spark plugs really bad. According to our mechanic when McElveen got it they put it on the lot and didn't do any inspection or tune up on it. I feel used and abused and will NEVER buy from them again and I will make sure to spread my experience with friends and family. **UPDATE** put another 2200.00 into it. read more

I have taken my truck here 2 times for my sunroof spring and it's broke again also transmission gets were it won't shift been there 3 times for that they say they have never seen that code before. and my truck keeps asking for my password every time you drive it they can't fix that either and forget getting service to answer the phone it's not gonna happen read more

Well where to begin I bought a Ram 1500 2109 truck back in late June. Noticed my back right lock would not work so I called McElveen they told me "Go to Dodge it's under warranty they will fix it" so I took it there turns out there were no locking components in the door so therefore it is not covered by warranty. Good thing is dodge gave me a parts list so easy I called McElveen to fix it and they told me no problem I also brought up the fact that my transmission is knocking as well and asked them to check up on that as well no problem. They gave me a rental Buick Enclave and I went about my business. I called them after about four days have passed by to get a status on everything they told me that "no one was in the office leave a number and we will call you back by the end of the day" so I did. Nobody called me for three days so I called them back again after a total of ten days FINALLY get a customer service representative in the phone. They told me "Plain and simple we are trying to figure out who is paying for it" so after all this time no one has even taken a look at my truck. I have literally never had service this bad in my life at a dealership I would give zero stars if I could and they have no excuse why they haven't even looked at my car they haven't even ordered the parts to fix the door yet so that's that I would never go here. Update: After 22 Days of working with this dealership they they tell me that my truck will be ready yesterday so I drove all the way out yesterday to pick it up. When I get there the truck is not ready. So know they tell me they "swear to god" it will be ready the next day so I get here to pick the truck up and sure enough it's done great news right WRONG the door is reassembled completely messed up and they won't let me talk to anyone about the issue they just move the truck in the back once more still waiting to hear what they are going to do now but it seems like they aren't going to do anything. read more

This place said they would do a hundred point complimentary check and I was glad because after having my car worked on I heard a different noise, however, they weren't able to find anything but tell me that I needed to get my basic 100 mile check-up which would have cost $500 all together. I was not impressed because I already knew there was a problem and they failed to recognize a problem with my air conditioning, how air doesn't come out in some vents. All together they want all kinds of money and they didn't even do a good job with their hundred point check, no thanks. read more
