My first visit I enjoyed, I could have used a bit more pressure, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed it. My first massage therapist was a lovely woman, so sorry but I can't remember her name. Though I was still wanting to be massaged with a bit more firmness, I was impressed by the service that I received. My last visit was for my birthday in July. My massage therapist's name that visit was Andrea. Andrea was polite, professional and amazing at what she does. I explained to her that I perform physical work, and the areas I wanted the most attention and pressure on. This amazing woman worked me over I tell you!!! I did request a deep tissue, and that's exactly what she gave me. From head to toe, she applied deep tissue massage in true fashion. After my massage, I was so impressed, that I scheduled my Husband an appointment for exactly two weeks later. I was a bit sore after my massage, but that is to be expected with a true to form deep tissue massage. Even right now as I'm typing this my traps and my back are much more loose and relaxed. I was blown away by the outstanding, top notch service that I received on both of my visit. The lobby decor is very nice from the lighting to the seating. There are essential oils, lotions and scrubs to choose from. So yeah you choose your fragrance- lavender, orange, honey, etc. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful in choosing and explaining the various oils . The wait time was less than 5 min. The massage rooms are all separated by long drapes. Maybe 20 stalls. The massage chairs are quite comfy. Fluffy pillows for comfort. Since it was my first time, I chose the 30 min foot massage along with 5 min neck/head massage, $30. Now I wish I had chosen 60 min. But I will next time. I apologize for not getting interior photos but I did not have my phone. Sorry! I will take pics next time but I captured exterior photos of the price list. It's reasonable as you can see and well worth it. We all need to practice self care especially if you're an athlete or work out often you need to unwind. Highly recommended! The treat about this establishment are the hours - 9:30AM to 10PM Monday thru Sunday so 7 days a week. You can also call to schedule with your favorite masseuse. I asked to book an appointment for 7 , my and my partner arrived 15 minutes early , when we walked in we where asked what service we would like ( for the second time , with no greeting ) either way I asked again for the 60 full body deep tissue for both , the man didn't even let me finish after saying 60 min before he walked away . In the past when I have added feet the have started me out in the foot massage room then moved me to another room where I could undress so I didn't have any read flag when we went to the room first during the foot portion my partners masseuse left three times . Then when they asked us to turn over and face down we both asked if this was the body portion and if we could remove our clothes . We were told yes to the body portion , and no to the removal of clothes . That was another red flag bc iv NEVER gotten a full body with cloths on . But to add the worst part the body only included 10 mins of our backs being massaged then he said we where done . I asked the man what happened to body he tells me that's not what I asked for then proceeded to call a lady named Bella . She tells me that's she miss understood me earlier when I called and I would have to pay for that service . I told her it was unfair that I had to pay for a service I never asked for not to mention I was asked again when I arrived and still wasn't listened to . A complete disaster this was my partners first time getting a massage and I'm very upset this is how it turn out for him .
