Im having to have my bank dispute this so I can get my money back. it's seeming like he's not…read morewanting to do a refund since I've given him back computer that didn't work. the bank said if he had issued it would have already showed up on their end. lucky for me I had him on a merged call and my bank heard our whole conversation the second time I was able to talk to him. the first time I had him on a merged call with them he was in a hurry to get off the phone stating he was busy with customers and that call lasted 36 seconds. I would just recommend not going to him and just got to Walmart for all your electronics needs.

I would not recommend getting any computer repairs done at this shop. They lost all of my…read moremusic--the titles stayed on my computer but they contained no music, messed up many files--lost them or duplicated them up to 4 times. Had to return the computer to the shop 3-4 times before it was even usable. I never did get it back to what I had when I took it in, and the kicker was that I took it to them because I wanted to support a local business and I wanted it "cleaned up" so that it would run at top efficiency, not because I had a major complaint with the machine.
