In fact, if the truck was not what I wanted, I would have left and never returned. The truck was in the shop on a rack when they showed it to me. I walked around the truck, and they explained what was being repaired. While walking around the truck I saw a scratch in the bed, and I asked if they could have someone touch that up for me. They made it sound to my wife and I that they would. We said cool. They appraised my trade, and they told me the amount. They did not come off the price of theirs at all when they presented the numbers. I told them we are close, but I think we are $2000 apart can we make that up somewhere. The salesman pulled out this stupid piece of paper that said, we make buying easy here and make it easy for you. (Paraphrased a little there but you get the point.) So, the easy way is for you to bow down, pay their asking price, and take what you get for your trade. No discussion, no handling objections, no sales skill whatsoever. Just shut up and take it. Again, they knew that had me and their smug attitudes showed. I bought the truck and was told I had this awesome interest rate. When I showed up it was way higher than we were told. In the finance managers defense, the guy that gave me the rate they let go home early and the F&I Manger work for a while to at least keep a promise made. Now let's go back to scratch. When I asked if the scratch got touched up, I was told no. The manager said it would have to go to the body shop to repair it, and he was not going to do that. Then WHY did you say you would touch it up? The truck was washed and filled the day I purchased the truck. But I was not picking up right then. So, I drove off in a truck with bird droppings all over it. They also did not care enough to put good tires on the truck. I drove about 4000 miles and had to replace all the tires. They were the original tires that came on the truck. A 2017 model F250. Lastly, my tags were going to expire soon. I called and was told no they were not ready. Excuse was we can only do 30 plates a month, what? I called back to let them know my tags expire today. I need a new temp tag. I was told they should get them today and they would be overnighted because of the expiration of my tags. I called two days later, and the tags had not been mailed. Just another lie from this company. Now, the salesman drove them to me, but I am located on his way home. Conclusion: I will not ever consider this dealership for my next purchase and maybe you should not consider them for your first purchase. Anyone I know looking for a truck, I tell them to run from Hillsboro Ford. Also, they have a perfect 5-star review on their webpage because you cannot post any less stars

They also happened to be the only dealership in the area to have a Toyota RAV4 with everything I wanted and the color I wanted. Nick was great to deal with even though I was negotiating with him over the phone from California as I was transitioning to New Hampshire. He was honest and fair. The whole experience was refreshing for what most people probably experience at dealerships. I even had a special request that they not wash the car or polish the outside of the car so I could get it ceramic coated before anyone touches it and he was awesome about that. I decided to get it fixed and wanted it to look perfect if I was paying someone and not DIY. Tom, the owner, assessed it and gave me an estimate. The estimate was higher than other shops in the area but I knew that going in from the other reviews and word of mouth. I decide to go with his shop and schedule the repair. Monday, the day I'm supposed to drop off the van rolls around, and I give a call into the shop just to confirm. Tom says he can't do it this week, and reschedules me for next Monday. I drop off the van the following Monday, and get the van back Thursday. Two phone calls to communicate status and progress in the mean time. The repair looks flawless to me and Tom stated he would stand behind the work if I had any trouble again. He took the time to even show me pictures and explained what the process was. There is a considerable amount of time and effort put into preparation with any paint work, and it is evident they do not cut corners here. Expensive, but flawless repair and excellent customer service. I'd recommend this shop if you're looking for your car to look exactly how it was from the factory and are willing to pay for it.

Called Monday morning, Matt picked up (yes, a real person, no recording:). He made sure his lift was cleared when we came in, diagnosed it and repaired it within 10 minutes. I brought my car in this past March to have the oil changed. When I returned to pick it up, I was…read moretold I needed some extensive work. The message was pay us now, $1,200 or, if I wait, the price of fixing the car at a later date would be $2,800. I was leaving on a 12 day trip in a couple of weeks so we left the car to have the work done while we were gone. When we returned home, we went down to pick it up and it was not ready "we need to test drive it one more time" We returned the next day, the car was ready and I was handed a bill of $2,800. That is not the work I asked for, that was the cost if I let the problem get worse. I was fuming inside but paid the bill and left. When I returned home, I found two Wyndham Hotel keys in my center console which I cleaned out before I dropped the car off. There was significant mileage on my car. I called and spoke with Eric. He claimed the hotel keys were probably found on the floor of the garage and someone put them in my car ( huh?). He also denied someone drove my car - well, I sure didn't and I knew what the milage was because they had just changed my oil and I was able to calculate the difference. Overall, very disappointing as it is so difficult to find honest mechanics. The people who referred us to Auto Advisors are no longer customers there either.
