He helped me understand what causes mold and how to prevent anything from starting. I haven't gotten the results and will not until next week, but I feel great about having pure maintenance come and do the test testing. He came in and looked around, checked areas I was concerned about, wrote up my estimate and after my instant approval he got to work. He was extremely professional in his setting up, taking care to protect corners where his hoses or cords might hit. He pretreated areas of concern and was even able to remove an unknown stain from 18 years ago that I could never get out. Mason did an excellent job, this is my second time using Zerorez and I will never use anyone else. And right now they are running some specials that are worth taking advantage of, everything is on their website.
