The sales team manipulated numbers to make the deal seem more attractive than it actually was. Furthermore, I discovered that their financing options were designed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers through predatory lending practices. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their prioritization of profits over people's well-being is appalling. Take your business (and your wallet) elsewhere. Disorganized and lack of professionalism. I worked with Jessie from sales and Travis (manager) and have attached the text exchange screenshots. I wanted to buy their 2019 Lincoln Navigator L for $43k. I told them I can pay cash at what I believe the vehicle to be valued at ($41.5k) which isn't too far off of their valuation. They didn't have a problem with this. I also have the flexibility of trading in my old 2008 Lincoln Navigator L. l've done extensive research and found that they are going for about $8k to $10k. I offer to pay $38k cash plus the trade in which values my car at $5k and means I'd be paying full price for their car. They give me the run around and tell me to take a bunch of pictures of my vehicle when I already gave them the vin and some basic pics. All I asked for was a best case scenario number to see if the trade in is even worth it. After several phone calls and text messages they offer me $2500. Okay I get it, you're not serious and don't want to buy my car. No worries l'll just buy yours cash. But then I caught something. These guys showed me their own comps they ran that my car is worth $9,500. They claimed it was worth $4k and said that's why they were offering $2500 but when I pointed out the comps they were using (see attached) were for a different car (They used the cheaper base model and mine is an L model), they just gaslit me and refused to acknowledge it. Even though it came from their own internal software. You can't make this up. I just get an overall slimy sketchy vibe from this place and would advise anyone interested in being treated fairly to go elsewhere. read more

went to purchase a vehicle there. Things went fine in the haggling. Happy with the vehicle we got. Day two of owning the vehicle, found out the horn didn't work. Day 44, we still don't have a way to register the vehicle. Had to file a complaint with the attorney General. had to pay a late registration fee. Also, figured it out we had a warning sensor, not working in the van. Dealership also supposedly did a tire alignment before we purchased the van, but when we had new tires put on, they prove there was no alignment done. would definitely not recommend this dealership. read more

Wife scheduled an appointment for today, took the car in for engine light and brake noise (brakes under recall) (2021 Acadia), they gave her 5 minutes and told her to reschedule. She protested so they worked on the car, 6.5 hours later, they fixed the car and tried to charge her $600 for the work, she told them the car was still under warranty, they zeroed the balance, but how many times have they pulled this and people have paid. I had a flat tire one Friday night; new car no spare. I had it towed to McGonigal. The next morning I got there before business opened. Once open, I went in and told them I had a flat tire. The service attendent started up the car and drove it, on the flat tire, and changed the oil. WTF? I asked the service advisor to repair the tire. He stated they couldn't because the tire had been driven on flat. He wanted to sell me a 250 dollar tire, since, allegedly, the tire couldn't be fixed. I told him since the tire couldn't be fixed and his service attendant drove on the tire flat, that they needed to replace the tire for free! Well son-of-a-gun, they repaired the tire! Can't say enough good things about this dealership! The sales team treated us so kind and respectful and made sure the purchase of our "new" to us truck went smoothly. The finance team is top notch and found us better financing then our own credit union we have given all our business to for over 40 years such a welcoming place to do business. Had my oil change and warranty work preformed at McGonigal which I did not purchase my Terrain from them. That was no problem for them and their service department and fast lube department not only did the job correctly but went out of their way to take care of a warranty issue that needed to be fixed. The personal attention and respect to me from these employees was over the top nothing like I had ever experienced from any other dealer including the dealer that I had originally purchased it from. I highly recommend and gladly give them 10 stars instead of five due to the experience I had encountered this past Friday. read more

Took 1 hour and 15 mins for an oil change and was the second person in line. I asked that the nail be taken out of my tire but was told they didn't have time. I did have another commitment but allowed 1 hour to receive this service and told them I had another appt. but was already 15 mins later for just the oil change. The woman that drove my truck out of the bay pulled up hitting my drivers side tires against the curb. I commented ' are you kidding me ?' and her reply was, No, but have a wonderful day! read more

i saw a picture of a car online. it said "warranty forever" on the picture. the description of the car explained the warranty but no where did it say this car did not qualify. i drove 2 hours to see the car. there was no sticker on it that said it was "as is". after i signed all the papers to buy it, they told me it had no warranty. they also told me it was in no accidents. driving it home, i noticed the windows were different on one side. i found broken glass under the seat on that side and primer on the door frame from being repainted. they said they didn't know anything about it. apparently they don't clean out their cars very well if they can't see broken glass under the seat. before i drove it off the lot, i lifted the sun visor and found a huge chip in the windshield which was hidden from me when the visor was down. the salesman said he didn't know it was there. he had told me before that he drove it home everyday for awhile. didn't notice? don't they wash the cars and check for damage, this car came to them just under 100,000 miles and he drove it around until it hit 100,000 miles so they didn't have to offer a warranty. shady dealership all around. reported them to the bbb. read more
