She did not call and they were backing onto my lawn at 7:30. I was in bed. I went outside in my pajamas and one of the workers was using all the force he could muster driving down a large prying bar onto the tank. Cement pieces were flying everywhere! I go out and the guy who looked like the boss. Said I had a broken cover. I looked...sure enough split in two.. Said he could put the old broken one back on or provide a new one. 350 for a new one and 350 for the pump out and I've been lied to and cheated by these ragtag bums! Don't let them pump you out without watching them!!
