Firstly I live in a HOA community and the colors are defined. The first finish was wrong and had to be repainted. Then an employee cracked the fiberglass attached to the door and had to be replaced. Because of Covid we had to scramble out of Palm Desert and only returned November 2021. The door's handle is not secure/peeling, the lock is peeling and parts of the door has blistered.
