I needed to modify my gate to make the opening wider in preparation for a pool remodel to allow easier access to the back yard. I had an extra piece of the original gate that I had kept and it was used to make the opening from about 3 feet to 5 feet. They also reversed the gate to open to the street rather than to the back yard and secured the original gate posts to the side wall and house stucco. I called one day and Jeff was here the next day. Had American Wrought Iron out again as the County requested modifications to our existing perimeter fencing. The modifications included the removal of 200' of existing 2' high wrought iron fencing on top of an existing block wall and replacing it with 3' to 4' high wrought iron fencing atop the same wall. Also needed was the replacement of a 4' high by 8' wide double gate with an 6' high by 8' wide double gate. We were under a time crunch as the new pool could not be plastered until all perimeter fencing and gates were completed. Jeffrey understood this issue and his crew worked hard to complete the fabrication ahead of schedule. The fencing had to be constructed with the consideration of a significant slope in finished grade and a wall curve in one area. The finished product was outstanding and met County code requirements. Ray and his crew completed the install, which was challenging, as most of the fencing had to be installed in a very tight space between a large ficus hedge and the existing block wall. Ray and his crew did another great job. Their attention to detail and hard work is impressive. I will call no one else for iron work. read more

OUTSTANDING, is how I would describe our experience with this company! We were needing some attention paid to one of our metal side gates that was becoming inoperable. I placed a voice mail to the published #, and within a few minutes I received a return call from Debbie. She was very pleasant to have a conversation with! She asked all the right questions about our situation, and told me that she would be contacting her brother Jeff, and she would get back to me with an estimate. In the meantime, I texted her a few photos of our project. A short time later, she called with the estimate, and said that Jeff would be able to do the job the following day. Great service on the broken Shade sail structure that broke during the strong winds and also a great fix on my RV gate. The shade sail was literally ripped from the pole. The team rehabbed and reinforced the center poles, plus put caps on the two middle structures to give real stability to take the force of the wind in my area.
