Right away that tells me that this company has a great reputation with other plumbing companies. Tom came out, was able to diagnose the problem and get it taken care of right away. He was so courteous, did a great job and was so reasonable with his pricing. I hate to say it, but sometimes with service companies they overcharge you because they figure that you don't know any better, but I'm really happy to say Tom did not do this. He was upfront about pricing and he didn't try to change it at the last minute. Of course it's impossible to give exact estimates over the phone and before you see what the problem actually is, but he was correct with what he thought the problem was and he stuck with what he estimated it would be. Tom is a licensed and insured plumber (VERY important when hiring any kind of service company) and he services all of Pinellas County. I can't recommend him highly enough and I really encourage you to use him for any plumbing needs you might have.
